지난 2003년 9월부터 이듬해 3월까지 MBC-TV에서 방영되며 국민드라마로 자리 잡았던 <대장금>이 애니메이션으로 새롭게 태어났다. 지난해 10월 29일 첫 방송을 시작으로 현재 매주 토요일에 방영되고 있는 대장금의 애니메이션 버전 <장금이의 꿈>은 장금이가 궁녀가 되기 전부터 정식 궁녀가 되기까지의 과정을 그린 작품으로 꿈을 이루기 위한 장금이의 동분서주한 수라간 이야기를 다루고 있다. 특히 조연급 캐릭터들의 액션씬을 가미해 영상에 활력을 주고, 의상과 배경 등은 가능한 현대적 조화를 꾀해 볼거리가 풍성하다. 동양의 신비함과 보편적 사상을 최대한 부각시킨 이 작품은 해외 판매와 부대사업에 주력하고 있다. 최근 들어 NHK 자회사인 MICO(Media International Corporation)와 수출계약을 체결하고, 오는 4월 NHK 지상파를 통해 방송키로 합의하는 등 이미 그 결실을 맺고 있다. 캐릭터 완구사업, 출판 및 DVD사업, 캐릭터 상품화 사업, 모바일 게임사업, 케이블 및 위성 DMB사업 등 부가사업도 활발하게 전개하고 있어 진정한 ‘윈소스 멀티유즈’를 실현하고 있다.

국제통화기금(IMF ; International monetary Fund)관리시대를 겪으면서 우리나라는 모든분야에서 실적 및 성과지상주의를 도입하여 모든 것은 효율성과 유연성 위주로 제도를 바꾸었고, 동양의 전통사상인 충효와 신의는 실적과 평가라는 목적과 수단으로 대체되었다. 본 논문에서는 국민의 정부에서 시작되어 참여정부에 이르기까지 동 시기에 우리나라에서 주로 사용해 왔던 성과지상주의와 이에 편승하여 정부가 그동안 만들어 시행해 온 각종 평가 중에서 국가연구개발 평가에 대해 집중적으로 살펴보았다. 평가시스템들이 양산된 배경에는 외국계 상공인들의 요구와 우리나라 시장 확대를 통해 이익을 극대화 하려는 외교적 압력 외에도 평가시스템을 활용함으로써 얻게되는 특정정부부처 등 평가기관들의 권력상승작용에 대한 기대감등으로 경쟁적으로 평가시스템을 도입하였고, 평가시스템에 평가위원 등으로 참여하는 각 대학의 교수 등 평가자들 또한 평가자로서의 권한을 향유하는데 따른 평가집단으로서의 역할을 하면서 냉철한 검토와 준비없이 평가가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 피평가기관이 업무추진보다 평가준비에 더욱 많은 시간을 소비한다면 국가경제에 큰부담으로 작용할 것이므로 사업에 대한 각종평가는 년2회를 넘지 않도록 평가를 제한해야 한다.

Study of new materials, which has been going on in many fields of modem art since the beginning of this century, has cintributed much to the development of modem art. In this regard, it is noteworthy that many in the field of fiber art have experimented with non-traditional, indusrial materials with some notable success. Industrial materials represent the world of thechnology we live in and help us form the kind of view on art that is reflective of the present age and its social milieu. Industrial materials, when used as media for art, also present us with new concepts and possibilities for artistic expression. In fiber art, the use of industrial materials has greatly expanded the very idea of 'fiber', effectively ferring the imagination of fiber aetists to experiment with diverse materials and new mathodology. Overcoming the traditional constraints of technique-orienthd their discipline, fiber artists began to pay more attention to matiere or the material jtself and the infinite variety of surface, color and texture that it promises. And informed by this newly discovered aesthetice of the material. fiber artists began in eamest to expand the area of their artistic expression, producing multi-dimensional works, conquering space and experimentiong with hugc environmantal works.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the ideological background, legal composition, and separation of powers contained within the institutional devices of The Dao Constitution based on the basic principles of the legal system, which would be embodied in The Constitution of the Republic of Korea. The ideological background of The Dao Constitution is that of the religion, Daesoon Jinrihoe. In Daesoon Jinrihoe, it is held that the Supreme God, Sangje, determined that Mutual Contention, the ruling pattern of the Former World, ran contrary to His divine will and this endangered the world as nature and humans had also fallen into Mutual Contention. As an act of divine intervention, Sangje established Mutual Beneficence so that nature and humanity could follow Mutual Beneficence as a paradigm shift culminating in a Great Opening of the universe. Sangje, the agent behind the paradigm shift, revealed His divine will that humans transform into mutually beneficent humans. Therefore, The Dao Constitution was written to be a set of fundamental norms based on the 'rights and obligations of the members of Daesoon Jinrihoe' to accept and implement the will of Sangje as it applies to each member's mission. The legal composition of The Dao Constitution consists of the body and supplementary provisions. The text consists of general rules, moral rights and obligations, origins, and institutional devices. Institutional devices include the Central Council, the Institute of Propagation and Edition, the Institute of Religious Services, Works, Financial Management, and the Institute of Audit and Inspection. The legal composition of The Dao Constitution is similar to that of the Constitution. The difference is that while the Constitution applies a 'principle of maximum rights and minimum obligations,' The Dao Constitution stipulates more obligations than rights in order to complete the mission of the members. The principle of separation of powers is applied to the institutional devices in The Dao Constitution. In The Dao Constitution, the organizational form of the central headquarters has been divided into a 'before and after' scheme surrounding the death of Dojeon. The organizational form of the central headquarters prior to Dojeon's death was similar to a Constitutional Monarchy. After the death of Dojeon, the central headquarters' organizational form became similar to a parliamentary cabinet system. The separation of powers at central headquarters is divided among a legislative power (the Central Council), an executive power (the Institute of Religious Services), and a judicial power (the Institute of Audit and Inspection). The separation of powers within the functions of the central government first occurs between the Central Council and its employees, then between the Central Council and the Institute of Auditing and Inspection, and also between the Legislative Government and the Institute of Religious Services. Furthermore, the principle of a vertical separation of powers exists between the central headquarters and the local organization.

Hongdong Herstory in an narrative-based archival activities. This Herstory Workshop designed by a facilitator who is using her love for language and storytelling to empower all voices. Herstory Workshop has been opened at winter every year for a month. The place where the workshop opened is located at farming area. Hongdong Herstory Workshop has been the field where the members of the community having a talk together. 20 women have been participated at the Herstory Workshop. Herstory projects have been published every year. This essay is an trial for rearchiving the herstory projects. This essay focused on the narrative function of archives.

Landscape Garden tradition of excellent examples of places that are focused on hydroponics management. In the late 19th century, the desire for pursuing new arts and aesthetics was evolveld and developed in various aspects in europe, and it appealed the characteristics of renovating society such as the arts and crafts movement in England. Vienna was developed in the center of the European empire under these environments, and provided the background as the main center for young artists. Vienna Art Nouveau blossomed under the mind of art pioneers that is "all arts are equal" and the Viennese political, economic, and cultural environments. They tried to show people new aesthetics under the mass-production by accepting machine. The goal of this study is to search the Secessions's role and the environment that make the base of modern aesthetics and differentiate from other Art Nouveau movements in Europe and to verify the meaning and value of that.

This paper deals with the cultural and ideoligical background of the landscape designs on Joseon blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period, and involves the government painters in the official kiln. Dongjeongchuwol-design (동정추월문), painted the full-moon night scene of Dongjeong lake on Jeseon blue and white porcelains, was in fashion in the late Joseon period. It didn't reflected the entirely realistic subject comparing to the painting circles at that time, but the principle and aesthetic appreciation of Royal family who leaded the official kiln. And Sansuinmul-design (산수인물화). painted the man of great caliber in the ancient history with mountain scenery, was similar to the painting manuals such as Gossihwabo (고씨화보) and Dangsihwabo (당시화보). It was a counterpart of Dongjeonchuwol-design on Joseon blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period. These designs were painted into ogival-shaped frame (릉화창) on the blue and white porcelains in most cases, and adjusted to shape of porcelain. The landscape designs on Joseon blue and white porcelains became stereotyped, involving subjects of folk painting in the late 18th Century and the early 19th Century. This essay will be just a start to research into the landscape designs on blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period, even though we seldom find works providing strict chronology among some works to the public.

1946년 그러니까 제2차 세계대전이 끝난 이듬해었다. 미국 메리랜드주의 수도이며 주의회가 위치한 에너폴리스의 해군사관학교를 졸업하게 된 한 젊은 이학사(BACHELOR OF SCIENCE)인 그는 수학, 이학, 공학에 정통한 유망한 사관으로서 승선하게 되었다. 전자공학과 사진담당 사관이었던 그는 "해중에서 전파의 전파"에 관한 논문을 쓴바 있다. 죠지아주 땅콩농장에 돌아가기 일년전 원자력대체수반의 승조사관에 임명되어 수학, 물리를 강의도 했고 원자로의 해체도 훌륭히 수행한바 있다. 미국과학기술계에서는 과학과 기술에 상당한 지식을 갖고 있는 대통령으로서 미국역사상 허벋, 후버이래에 이공계출신 대통령이라느니 Fourier급수로 부터 Bessel함수까지 통달하고 있는 대통령이니 하며 기대를 걸고 있다. 카터씨가 죠지아주지사로 있을때 과학제문을 두고 과학기술고문위원회를 열었으며, 주청은 죠지아대학의 성과를 이용하고 있는가? NASA의 자원위성을 죠지아주 지도제작에 이용할 수 없겠는가? 수질오염방지, 농업재해예방 씨스템 등을 검토했다. 개인적으로도 땅콩밭의 경영자로서 땅콩의 성숙기와 추수시기에 관한 연구가이기도 했다. 카터는 자유주의 개혁자로도 알려지고 있으며 환경보존에도 단호히 임하고 있다.

Oligomenorrhalgia is one of common clinical disease in the gynecologic problems, means menstual cycle of 35 days-6 months. In oriental medicine is similar to means of 'Delayed menstruation', 'Postdated menstruation', 'Retarded menstruation' etc. Because in many case Oligomenorrhea became worse to amenorrhea, is realation to outbreak of infertility or systemic dysphoria and need detail examination and lasting inspection. We treated one case of Oligomenorrhalgia. This study classified the disease of the patient the deficiency of kindey, seven emotions and blood feaver. After the treatment, Oligomenorrhalgia is cured. The result get effective by korean medicine.
