Objectives This study is to report a significant improvement in a Taeeumin patient with systemic contact dermatitis after eating urushiol chicken by herbal medicine treatment. Methods The patient had complaints of erythema, swelling, pruritus, scaly skin, and facial flushing. We treated the patient with an herbal medicine 'Galgeunhaegi-tang' for three months. We evaluated the treatment outcome of systemic contact dermatitis using the Three Item Severity(TIS) score every visit and facial flushing by Image color summarizer at the first and last visit. Results After the treatment, the severity of the patient's skin complaints lessened from moderate to mild. The Image color summarizer showed a minor decrease in the normalized red color level and a significant increase in the brightness level and facial color percentage. Conclusions The patient diagnosed with systemic contact dermatitis, treated with Galgeunhaegi-tang for three months, showed a significant improvement in skin complaints with brighter and even facial color.

Objectives The purpose of this case study was to investigate the effects of Jowiseungcheong-tang on edema after chemotherapy for advanced rectal cancer with lung metastasis in a 51-year-old female patient. Methods A 51-year-old Korean female patient diagnosed with advanced rectal cancer with lung metastasis was treated with Jowiseungcheong-tang. The treatment was executed two times everyday from March 13th to September 8th of 2021 except for the chemotherapy period. Clinical improvement was evaluated with Numeric Rating Scale. Results After the treatment, the patient showed improvement in Numeric Rating Scale and she no longer complained of edema after the chemotherapy. Conclusion The results suggest the Jowiseungcheong-tang may be an effective additional treatment for edema after chemotherapy in a patient with advanced rectal cancer with lung metastasis.

Objective This case report is to show the effectiveness of Sasang Constitutional Medicine treatment on the patient with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide intoxication. Methods A 40-year-old female patient diagnosed with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning 2 weeks ago before visiting our hospital. The patient suffered gait disturbance and cognitive disorder. She was identified as Soyangin and treated with Sasang constitutional Herbal Medicine(Yangkyuksanwha-tang and Hyungbangjihwang-tang). Improvement of symptoms was evaluated through Korean Version of Mini Mental Status Examination score(MMSE-K), Modified Barthel Index(MBI), Manual Muscle Testing(MMT), Range of Motion(ROM) and Hand Function Test. Results After 7 weeks of treatment, total score of MMSE-K increased from 0 to 26, the patient could walk by herself and had no trouble carrying out her daily life. Conclusions This case showed the effectiveness of Sasang constitutional medicine treatment for delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide intoxication.

Purposes : As the population of old people has increased by the improvement of medical techniques, the concern on degenerative diseases has increased gradually. Especially the researches of osteoporosis have been carried out in view of prevention and treatment. But there wasn't any research related with Sasang Constitution. So we investigated the relation between Sasang Constitution and BMD(bone mineral density). Methods : Authors measured BMD and BMI(body mass index) of healthy women. We devided our subjects into Young age group and Old age group, and analyzed the data of Sasang Constitution subgroup. Results : 1. BMD of Taeumin was higher than those of Soyangin and Soeumin in Lumbar spine and Femoral neck in both Young and Old age group. In Old age group, there were significant differences in Taeumin vs Soeumin, and Soyangin vs Soeumin in BMD of Lumbar spine 2. BMI of Taeumin was higher than those of Soyangin and Soeumin in both Young and Old age group. In Young age group, there were significant differences in Taeumin vs Soyangin and Taeumin vs Soeumin. In Old age group, there were significant differences in Taeumin vs Soyangin, Taeumin vs Soeumin and Soyangin vs Soeumin. Conclusion : BMD and BMI of Taeumin was higher than those of Soyangin and Soeumin.

We analyzed 45 types of herbal medicines for Soyangin, clinically applied in Dongyisoosebowon. In order to discover the standard of herbal classification for the Sasang constitutions, four concepts of Sasang Medicine were applied. These included 'Sadangron(theory of four groups)', 'Seungganggaehap(ascending-descending and gathering-dispersing)', 'Pyorihanyoul(exterior-interior and hot-cold)', and 'Hyungchiaekmi(fragrance, smell, bodily fluid and taste)'. According to these analyzing methods of herbal properties, we have reached the following conclusions: Herbal medicines for 'Soyangin' are characterized by descending energetics that reinforce the Yin Qi. The 'Exterior cold disease' is treated with herbs that descend the "Exterior Yin" in five ways: by releasing exterior, by resolving dampness, by clearing and transforming heat phlegm, by clearing heat, and by settling and calming the spirit. The 'Interior heat disease' is treated with herbs that raise the "Interior Yang" in three ways: by tonifying kidney Yin, by clearing heat, and by clearing heat and purging.

1. Object: The primary purpose of this case study is to report that a Tae-Yin-In patients with sweaty scrotum and dysuria was treated with 'Chung sim youn ja tang' and then his symptom decreased 2. Subject: A male obese patient with sweaty scrotum and dysuria that visit Kirin oriental hospital to be treated for obesity 3. Method: The patient was to have a very low calory diet and to exercise for an hour daily and to take a Herb-medicine, 'Chung sim youn ja tang'. Change of his subjective symptom, sweaty scrotum and dysuria, was measured by VAS(Visual Analog Scale) 4. Result: A Tae-Yin-In patients with sweaty scrotum and dysuria was treated with 'Chung sim youn ja tang' and Change of his subjective symptom, sweaty scrotum and dysuria, was measured by VAS(Visual Analog Scale) then his symptom decreased. 5. Conclusion: 'Chung sim youn ja tang' may have an effect on Treatment of sweaty scrotum and dysuria. Further study is needed how to conclud 'disease pattern of constitution' accroding with co-symptom.

Objectives This case study was aimed to report improvement of Soyangin patient with non-syndromic hyperacusis using Hyeongbangsabaek-san. Methods A 57-year-old female patient had hyperacusis, tinnitus and headache. The patient was identified as Soyangin and treated with Sasang constitutional herbal medicine (Hyeongbangsabaek-san). Global assessment scale (GAS) was used to assess the improvements of symptoms. Results After treatment with Hyeongbangsabaek-san for 12 weeks, the GAS score of hyperacusis was reduced from 100 to 0. Conclusions This case study suggests the significance of Sasang constitutional medicine treatment for hyperacusis.

The purpose of this study is to help classifying Sasang Constitution through correlation with sound characteristic. This study was done it under the suppose that Sasang Constitution has correlation with sound spectrogram. The following result were obtained about correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang Constitution by comparison and analysis 1. Soeumin answered his voice low tone, smooth and quiet in the survey. Soyangin answered his voice high, clear, fast and speaking random. Taeumin answered his voice low, thick and muddy. 2. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in the time of reading composition. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in Formant frequency 1. Taeyangin was significantly discriminated from Soeumin in Formant frequency 5. Taeyangin was significantly low compared with the others in Bandwidth 2. Soeumln was significantly low compared with Taeyangin in Pitch Maximum and Pitch Maximum-Pitch Minimum. Taeyangin was significantly high compared with the others in Energy mean. 3. In list of specification, the discrimination rate was higher than that by lists of 13 in the results of Multi-dimensional 4-class minimum-distance. The discrimination rate of three disposition except Soyangin was higher than that of four disposition in the results of One way ANOVA and Analysis of dis crimination in SPSS/PC+. In CART, the estimate rate of Sasang Constitution discrimination was higher than any other method. It is considered that there is a correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang constitution according to the results. And method of Sasang constitution classification through sound spectrogram analysis can be one method as assistant for the objectification of Sasang constitution classification.

This Paper aimed to survey, synthesize and systemize the Economy and Management thought of J. Calvin. On these changing current society, it surveyed if His thoughts that has long history, can be applicable or not and Where and How it may. Calvin's Thought not only on his age caused important changes and Reformation but now suggests critical milestones. His Thoughts of Love, Justice, and Fairness based on the Bible have been evaluated as the universal truth and important criteria. Until nowadays his Philosophy has composed critical Principles of decision making rules of Economy and Management and National policies. Especially today, when economy has been more emphasized as a center of our lives, His Thought suggests momentous directions on various Human Life such as Justice and Fairness, deepening of gap between poor and rich, expansion of conflicts among social classes, employment and wages, freedom of markets and its balance, and public good of land use. Reviewing Calvin's Economy and Management thoughts as meaningful basis on the our and world Economy which became worse caused by world monetary crisis and Europe financial crisis that aroused by world Economy globalization and expansion of neo-liberalism, this Paper suggested some future directions. And for the practical sectors, Distribution and Logistics, it proposed some issues and Directions, considering the impacts of His thoughts on the Industries. Nevertheless it can deliver some contributions, as a literature research, it reveals some limitations that it may contain lacking of practical investigations and cases on economy and management fields. In the future, more detailed and deeper research on the practical and situations of economy and management shall be needed.

This study was conducted on a servicism basis as a study to build the management wisdom of Korea as an asset of human society. The case of the founding and development of the Republic of Korea, which developed into one of the world's leading powers with unprecedented rapid growth despite the devastating three-year war immediately after its founding, is an important subject of study. This study conducted a macroscopic analysis. In the process of carrying out the founding activities, it was confirmed that the original idea inherent in Koreans was the Taegeuk idea of the National Flag. The founders of the Republic of Korea consciously or unconsciously adopted the Taegeuk ideology as the founding ideology. It can be said that the Taegeuk ideology has led to greater success because it is based on the service philosophy, which is the common truth of mankind. In this study, the process of preparing for the founding of the Republic of Korea, which was founded by accepting a new maritime civilization from a country with a long continental civilization, the process of national foundation, and the process of operating the country after its founding were analyzed as a whole. In particular, it discovered the excellent wisdom of the founders who appropriately utilized the strengths of continental and maritime civilizations in necessary situations, and confirmed that the dynamic operating model of development through fierce competition between the two opponents was a success factor for high-speed national development. It requires great wisdom for Koreans with diverse ideological backgrounds and unique personalities to unite to establish and run a nation. This is because fierce competition and cooperation must be carried out at the same time. The great wisdom of the founding of the Republic of Korea was able to be demonstrated because the Taegeuk ideology was acting as a common basic ideology for Koreans. Taegeuk ideology, the source of wisdom that Korea has developed under constant tension, can be capitalized as human wisdom, and additional case studies are needed.
