전국 항만에 VTS 시스템이 설치되고, 또한 최근 승선경험이 있는 항해사들이 해상교통관제사로 근무하면서 관제구역 내의 해양사고는 꾸준히 감소하는 추세이다. 그러나 관제사별로 승선경험을 살펴보면 1종 내지 3종 내외의 한정된 선종 승선경력을 보유하고 있으며, 이는 현장에서 다양한 선종에 대한 관제를 시행함에 있어 관제사별로 관제기법과 관제역량의 차이를 가져오는 원인중의 하나라고 생각된다. 또한 관제의사 결정과정에 있어서도 최적의 관제의사 도출을 어렵게 만드는 요인이 아닐까 한다. 여기에서는 관제사의 자질 및 역량강화를 위해 개인별로 한정된 승선경력을 보완할 수 있는 방법의 하나로서 모든 선종 교육의 필요성과 함께 교육의 방법 및 기대효과에 대하여서도 고찰해 보고자 한다.

온라인 정보자원의 활용이 급속히 증가하면서, 정보자원 이용량에 대한 일관적이고 표준화된 통계 구축의 필요성에 대한 인식이 널리 확산되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 도서관에서는 정보공급사로부터 이용통계를 수작업으로 수집하고, 정보공급사별로 상이한 통계 보고서를 재가공하여 분석하기에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 전자정보 컨소시엄에 참가하는 개별 도서관을 대신하여 컨소시엄 주관기관에서 각 정보공급사별 이용통계를 자동으로 통합 수집하여 표준화된 포맷으로 구축하고, 이를 다양한 형태와 정보로 재가공하여 서비스 방안을 제안하였다.

핵연료 피복관의 일차 결함을 통해서 유입되는 냉각수에 의한 피복관 내면의 산화와 이에 따른 수소침투가 핵연료 피복관의 기계적 건전성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 시험 시편은 Westinghouse, NRG, Sandvik에서 제조되는 Zircaloy-4 tube와 Westinghouse사에 개발한 신 합금인 ZIRLO™를 동일한 조건에서 수증기 산화와 수소 주입 실험을 수행하여 제조회사별 성능 평가를 하였으며 기계적 건전성 저하의 평가 방법으로 튜브 파열 실험(tube burst test)을 상온에서 수행하였다. 그 결과는 수소 침투량에 따라 피복관의 기계적 건전성이 지수적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였으며 500ppm이상에서는 취성파괴현상을 보이며 심각한 연성저하를 나타냈다. 제조회 사별 성능 평가에서는 A사 제품이 내식성과 수소흠수특성에서 다른 B, C, D사 제품에 비해 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다.

This research is intended to examine adult children's experiences with parental bereavement and the effect of the experiences on family relationships and their lives. In order to describe the subjects' experiences as they are and understand their meaning and essence, data was analyzed using the Colaizzi method, an approach to phenomenology as a qualitative research methods. The findings showed that subjects suffered from the loss of parents; however, they recovered from their conditions after an ancestor worshiping service. In addition, they took heavy responsibility for a survived parent after bereavement and experienced changes in the roles of family members. In conclusion, experience with parental bereavement caused adult children to reflect on themselves, to discuss the essence of life, and to change the attitudes of their life from a future-oriented perspective to a here-and-now perspective.

소상공인은 2012년 현재 우리나라 전체 사업체 대비 87.8%를 차지하는 중요한 경제활동의 원동력이다. 그러나 대부분의 소상공인 창업은 소자본으로 창업 및 폐업을 지속적으로 거듭하고 있는 실정에 있으며 소규모 기업은 많은 사람들에게 직접적인 생계수단이기 때문에 우리나라 경제에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 소상공인들이 소상공인 공동협업체를 위한 제조사별 제품정보 공유기반 협업 서비스 설계하고 유용한 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 보급하고자 한다. 소상공인을 위한 소상공인 공동체 협업화를 위한 시스템을 구축하여 제공함으로써 소상공인들의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing on the mental health in bereaved adults. Methods: A descriptive and correlational study was conducted in 160 adults who had experienced bereavement. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple linear regression analyses with SPSS 26.0. Results: The participants' mental health showed a positive correlation with complicated grief (r=.31, p<.001) and a negative correlation with grief and meaning reconstruction (r=-.30, p<.001). Sex, sleeping time, intimacy with the deceased, grief reaction, and grief and meaning reconstruction were significant factors influencing on the mental health. The total explanatory power of these variables was 31.8%. Conclusion: It is necessary to explore the persistent and impairing grief after experiencing bereavement. Our study findings will be fundamental evidence to develop nursing interventions to improve adult mental health dealing with bereavement and grief.

IMO는 해상사이버보안 관리기준을 제정하여 2021년부터 ISM code에 따른 선박안전관리 지침 상 사이버보안 관리방안의 반영을 권고하였다. 이에 따라 선박에 대한 사이버보안 관리지침 또는 계획서 등이 선박회사별로 개발되어 적용되어 오고 있으나 명확한 법적 근거 및 표준이 부재하여 선박회사별 차이가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 선사들의 사이버보안 계획서를 BIMCO, NIST 등의 Guideline과 Framework 기반으로 비교하여 선사별 사이버보안 대응을 위한 선내조직 및 역할과 책임, 비상 시 대응방안을 비교하였다. 비교 결과를 기반으로 차이점과 개선점 식별을 통해 실효성 있는 사이버보안계획서 수립 및 대응조직 구성 방안제시를 연구목적으로 설정하여 수행하였다.

Sungnyemun Gate, Korea's National Treasure No.1, was destroyed by fire on February 10, 2008 and has been re-opened to the public again as of May 4, 2013 after a reconstruction work. Sungnyemun Gate become a national issue and draw public attention to be a major topic on news or research. In this research, text mining and association rule mining techniques were used on keyword of newspaper articles related to Sungnyemun Gate as a cultural heritage from 2002 to 2016 to find major keywords and keyword association rule. Next, we analyzed some typical and specific keywords that appear frequently and partially depending on before and after the fire and newpaper companies. Through this research, the trends and keywords of newspapers articles related to Sungnyemun Gate could be understood, and this research can be used as fundamental data about Sungnyemun Gate to information producer and consumer.

This study estimates the role of public and private income transfer to the income status of women who experienced marital disruption. In detail, this study estimates five major subjects (1) women's socioeconomic background, (2) income and poverty status, (3) family income composition, (4) the anti-poverty effect of public and private income transfers, and (5) factors associated with women's poverty status. Major findings of the study are as follows: First, women's socioeconomic characteristics, income status, and poverty status are different according to what types of marital disruption (separation, divorce, death of spouse) they experienced. Second, the role of public and private income transfers to reduce women's poverty are also different according to their marital status. Third, widow's working condition and the level of public assistance are significantly associated with the poverty status of widow.
