This papper is concerned with robust design of a linear DC motor which is steading fast in OA and FA systems due to simplicity in structure high-speed operation and high-precision positioning. The approach is based on the Taguchi method and utilizes the orthogonal way for design of experiments. In this study, first, the important factors are chosen at first. and then the concept of signal-to-nose(S/N) ratio is allied to evaluate the motor performance and each value of the design parameters is determined. This method is useful to robust design in a short time. As a result, the performance of the motor is improved.

An Electronic Document Management System(EDMS) is an electronic system solution that is used to create, capture, distribute, edit, store and manage documents and related structured data repositories throughout an organization. Recently, documents of any type, such as text, images, and video files, and structured databases can be controlled and managed by an office automation system and an EDMS. Thus, many organizations are already using these information technologies to reduce process cycle-times. But what the organizations are missing is a integrated system the current workflow or office automation system and provides immediate access to and automatic routing of the organization's mission-critical information. This study tried to find out the user's requirements for integrating current information system and relatively new technology, electronic document management system in order to improve business operations, productivity and quality, and reduces waste. integration of electronic document management system(EDMS) and office automation system and proper use of these technological will improve organization's processes, and compress the process cycle-times. For this study a case study was done by a project team in cooperation with a government organization(say A company). Through this case study valuable electronic document management and office automation system requirement have been identified and reported for providing a system model in order to design an Integrated EDMS(IMDMS).

기어는 기계시스템에서 동력전달 및 운동전환을 담당하는 기본 요소로 공작기계, 건설기계, 농업기계 등의 산업기계와 항공기, 자동차, 선박등의 운송분야, 사무용 및 계측기기 등 산업전반에 걸쳐 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 로보트를 위시한 자동화 장치의 구동 및 동력전달 장치로 사용되고 있다. 최근의 기어시스템은 기계류의 일반적인 경향인 고속, 고부하, 결량화 추세에 따라 고정밀, 소형화되어 가고 있으며 부하한계에 가깝도록 큰 하중에 견딜것이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 기어의 설계 및 제작시, 여유있는 설계가 허용되지 않으며 정밀성을 높이기 위한 설계로, 설계인자의 세분화가 요구되어지고 있다. 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 강도설계 규격에서 면압강도시 표면상태계수(Surface condition factor)를 정의하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 동력순환식 기어 시험장치를 이용하여 표면처리 상태가 다른 3종류(열처리를 하지 않은 기어, 침탄 및 고주파 표면 열처리한 기어)의 스퍼어 기어를 이요하여 회전수별 표면거칠기의 변화 상태를 고찰하고, 변수를 응용하여 물리적 의미를 파아갛고, 윤활해석을 통한 윤활조건과 치면상태와의 상호 관계에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다.

3차원 실물복제기(RODS)는 3차원 스캐닝, SFFS 및 네트워크 등의 복합기능이 내장된 장치로서 제품개발 및 사무자동화등 다양한 분야에 적용 가능한 장비이다. 또한, 기존의 각각 독립된 시스템인 3D스캐너와 SFFS를 하나의 시스템으로 구성함으로서 제작시간과 업무 효율을 높일 수 있는 차세대 시스템의 일종이다. 실물복제기는 산업용과 오피스용으로 구분되어 질 수 있으며, 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 다종 재료용 하이브리드형 SFFS는 다품종 소량생산 환경에 적합한 제품의 제작 방식으로서 기능성 부품을 직접 제작/검증 할 수 있다.(중략)

본 논문은 방송국으로부터 기준 시각을 전송 받은 DTV를 Network Time Server로 활용함으로써 가정, 사무실, 공장 내의 네트워크 기기들에 대한 시각동기를 맞추는데 목적이 있다. 기존의 옥내 네트워크 시스템에서 발생하는 시간의 불일치를 해소하기 위하여 GPS를 이용한 Common-View방식으로 방송국간의 시각동기를 맞추고 방송채널을 이용하여 모든 DTV와도 동기를 맞춘다. DTV는 옥내 시간관리 서버 또는 Network Time Server로서 역할을 수행하며, 건물 내 네트워크 장비에 대한 시각동기를 수행한다. 또한 시각동기를 개선시키기 위해서는 시각 정밀도를 향상시키는 알고리즘을- 적용할 도 있다. 이러한 시각동기를 이용하여 공장내 네트워크 시스템, 사무 자동화 시스템, DTV 기반 홈네트워킹 등의 응용에 적용될 수 있다.

지난 3월은 세계적인 업체들이 한 자라에 모여 저마다 자신의 기술을 뽐내는 기회가 많았던 달이었다. 미 통신기기협회(The Celluar Telecommunications & Internet Association) 주관으로 열리는 ‘2001 CTIA Wireless 쇼’는 예년과 달리 IBM, 컴팩 컴퓨터(Compaq Computer), 썬 마이크로시스템즈(Sun Microsystems) 등 세계적인 컴퓨터 및 반도체 업체까지 대거 참가함으로써 세계 최대규모의 전시회로 부각되고 있다. 또한 "CeBIT-Center for Office and information Technology(사무 자동화, 정보 기술 및 텔레커뮤니케이션 관련 세계 비즈니스 박람회)“ 역시 지난 3월에 세계적인 정보통신기기업체들이 마음껏 자신의 신기술을 뽐내는 자리를 마련했다.정보통신 강국을 향해 끊임없이 노력하고 있는 국내 업체들에게 전시회 리뷰는 좋은 정보가 될 것이다. 지난 3월 21일부터 22까지 미국 라스베가스 Sands Expo & Venetian hotel에서 열린 “CTIA Wireless 2001”과 또한 22일부터 28일 까지 독일 하노버에서 열린 ‘CeBIT 2001 HANNOVER"에서 대한 자료들을 정리, 싣는다.

현재 WWW(World Wide Web), 사무 자동화 시스템(Office Information System), 전자 도서관(Digital Library) 등의 빠른 발전으로 인하여 정보가 기하급수적으로 증가하였다. 이러한 방대한 양의 정보를 처리하기 위하여 많은 인터넷 기반의 문서 표준들이 출현하였고, 대표적으로 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 차세대 인터넷 전자 문서의 표준으로 많은 곳에 응용되고 있다. 이에 따라 XML 문서의 정보들을 효율적이고 정확하게 저장하고 이용, 검색 할 수 있는 기능을 요구되어졌다. 현재 대부분의 연구들은 XML 문서에 대한 구조적인 정보만을 저장하고 검색하는 기능만을 지원 할 뿐 검색된 결과에 대한 재사용이나 재구성에 대한 기능의 제공은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 검색기들이 제공하는 XML 문서에 대한 구조적인 검색 기능을 확장하여 XML 문서를 보다 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 새로운 색인 기법을 제안하고, 데이터베이스 내에 저장된 XML문서에 대해 구조적인 검색과 이것을 바탕으로 문서를 재구성하고 재사용하는 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 새로운 질의어(TQL)을 설계하였다.

과거의 금융 산업은 단순한 사무자동화였으나 최근에는 지식정보산업으로 전환하게 되면서 금융과 IT가 융합된 금융 IT 산업이 SW 업계에서 중요한 부가가치 산업으로 발전하고 있다. 이 산업은 일정시간 동안 고유한 결과물을 산출하는 프로젝트로 진행되고 있으며, 이 프로젝트의 목표를 성공적으로 완수하기 위해 기업은 더욱 세밀하게 프로젝트관리 활동을 진행하고 있다. 프로젝트관리성숙도는 프로젝트관리업무를 측정하는 것으로 프로젝트 성공을 위해 관련 있는 업무가 어느 정도 수준으로 진행되고 있는가를 평가하는 목적으로 사용한다. 이에 이번 연구는 아직 연구 자료가 없는 금융 IT 산업에 대해 프로젝트관리성숙도(PM Solutions PMMM)를 측정하고자 한다.

This study attempts to investigate the IT utilization and e-business level of the small and medium companies in order to facilitate their e-commerce efforts. Results show that they have basic IT infrastructures such as internet and PC, but they use their IT resources mainly for office automations. Major problems with such low level of IT utilization are in their lack of manpower, skill, and fund. Considering above issues, web hosting service is believed as a good measure to alleviate their problems. Hence, this paper suggests that utilization of the web-based ASP can be a viable solution for the currently revealed issues. Also, development of creative IT application(business) cases and their advertizement can lead small and medium finns to more productive IT investments, which requires more diverse IT performance measurements such as BSC(balanced scorecard), other than traditional ROI.

When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.
