''생산관리''라고 하면 보통 공장에서 생산에 종사하는 기술자로서 무엇인가 이질적인 것 같은 느낌이 없었는지, 생산기술에 대하여 이것은 사무계산에 불과하다든지 매일 변화하는 생산현장에 대하여 이것은 정형화된 사무처리에 불과하다든지 하는 극단적인 생각은 아닐지라도 ''생산관리가 공장의 생산성 향상에 기여하고 있는가''에 대해서는 별로 인식가치가 되고 있지 않는 것 같다. 생산관리란 ''생산이 과학적인 계획과 통제''이므로 그 목적은 생산성의 향상에 있는데 지금까지는 생산설비나 생산기술자, 워커 등과의 연결이 비교적 적었다. 컴퓨터가 대대량적인 수의를 아우트푸트하는데 이들과의 직접적인 연결은 별로 없다. 공장의 생산 시스템을 피라밋형으로 시행하면 생산관리는 상위에 있고 생산설비나 사람은 하위에 있으며 그 사이에는 왠지 갭이 있었다. 화학, 시멘트, 은, 지 등으로 대표되는 프로세스에서는 설비의 자동화가 ''프로세스오토메이션''으로서 일찍이 개발되어 이 갭이 서서히 메꾸어져 왔다. 한편 전기, 기계 등의 프로세스에서도 근년에 ''펙트리오트메이션''의 이름 아래 설비의 자동화, 라인화, 생산의 시스템화의 혁신이 이루어지고있으며 피라밋의 중앙에 가로 놓인 갭을 apRN는 요구가 강해지고 있다(그림1 참조) 여기서는 생산관리의 본체로서의 MRP는 간단하게 설명하고 이 갭을 메꾸는 시스템(여기서는 이것을 ‘생산관리’라고 한다.)를 중심으로 설명한다.

2005년 국내 복사기 시장은 최근 3년간 부동의 8만대 규모가 예측되는 가운데 디지털복합기는 전체 복사기 판매량의 85%에 달할 전망이다. 예전에는 디지털화와 네트워크화가 복사기 시장의 이슈였다면 지금은 컬러화와 사무환경의 솔루션화 쪽으로 시장의 큰 축이 이동해 가고 있다. 특히 디지털 컨버전스 시대의 도래에 따라 사무기기 기업 고유의 경계영역이 무너지면서 기업들이 IT와 결합된 고부가가치 솔루션 부문에 집중하는 현상이 두드러졌다. OA 3사가 올해 들어 기존 사무기기 업체로서의 이미지를 과감히 버리고 새롭게 ‘솔루션 제공 및 컨설팅’업체로 변신을 선언한 자체가 시사하는 바가 크다. 이제 복사기를 포함한 사무기기 시장은 단순 하드웨어를 판매하고 유지관리해서 이윤을 발생시키는 형태에서 벗어나 고객중심의 솔루션 제공을 통한 마케팅 능력이 관건으로 작용할 것으로 보인다.

The primary research objects of this study is to evaluate an importance of supplier selection factors as an index according the level of product standardization and to present the evaluation model for supplier selection. For this purpose, this study adopts the AHP method to calculate the importance of supplier selection factors. In this study 16 factors which affect on the supplier selection decision making are classified into three factors-product supply related factor, product related factor, management ability related factor. Results also indicate that standardized products are much more dealt by means of on-line compare to customized products. It means the buyer opportunities is potentially an increase in the amount of current supplier re-evaluation, which may lead to new suppliers being considered more often.

한국건강관리협회의 신임 성정웅 사무총장이 지난 1월 13일, 정식으로 취임했다. 20여 년간의 협회 생활을 통해 누구보다도 확실한 건협 정신을 다져 온 성 총장이, 건협을 이끌어가기 위해 어떤 계획을 갖고 있는지 들어보기로 한다.

Camps that provide students with edutainment and cooperative work experiences gain a great popularity worldwide. Accordingly, many camp programs with a variety of subjects and contents have been developed and introduced. The operations managements related to the camp, however, has not been nearly dealt with and the camp staffs in practical camp programs have had heavy burden of clerical works during the camp. To address this problem, this study designed a new operation system for clerical works in camp (OSCWC) for consistently managing associated data by its database and automatically providing camp-related documents via internet. In this study, we validated its effectiveness by applying an its web-based prototype to real data of previous camp case. The camp staffs can handle significant camp-related works and enhance the quality of camp program by reducing miscellaneous works through the use of OSCWC. As a result, the system will help to reduce total operating cost of camp.

The purpose of this study is to examine the historical course of legislations on management of public records, analyse the transition process of records management systems on the basis of the life cycle of records, and eventually provide an effective measure reflecting the environment of public records management in Korea. It is significant that this study may provide better understanding of records management systems in Korea through the analysis of legislations with relation to public records management.
