Teacher Feedback on Process-Centered Assessment for Scientific Argumentation (과학적 논의를 활용한 과정중심평가에서의 교사 피드백 유형 사례 연구)

  • This study investigates the types of teacher feedback in the process-centered assessment for scientific argumentation. The process-centered assessment visualizes the process of developing scientific argumentation at a group level. Four teachers and 353 high school students participated in this study. We analyzed video recordings, the collaborative modeling-argumentation papers, and teachers' interviews. The findings indicate that the teachers provided feedback on scientific concepts and the development of small group argumentation. We presented a representative case for each category in detail. The study suggests that teachers' efficient use of feedback leads to improvement in students' self-regulation. This study contributes to providing specific and useful guidelines on the use of process-centered assessment for enhancing students' scientific argumentation.

Improving Soil Environment Policy to Build New Greenfield at Brownfield Redevelopment Projects (기훼손(오염)지역에서의 재개발사업 사례를 통해서 본 토양환경개선방안)

  • In this work, soil environment policy which should be taken into account at brownfield redevelopment projects was deduced from investigation on their environmental impact assessment statements. Soil contamination sources such as small-scale factories were found at a few large-scale brownfield projects, so contaminated soils did often exist at these sites. Especially, military facilities within the sites caused severe soil contamination problems. Therefore, soil environment policy was presented in detail to solve soil contamination problem at brownfield redevelopment projects. Furthermore, land-use planning focusing on greening (soil and vegetation) should be pursued at brownfield redevelopment projects in order to maximize environmental benefits of greenspace.

A Study on the Evaluation Model for CMS using the AHP (AHP를 이용한 CMS 평가방법에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 최근 수요가 급격히 증가하고 있는 CMS의 평가방법론을 개발하기 위한 목적으로, CMS와 IT솔루션 평가이론에 대한 고찰을 통해 CMS의 평가항목을 크게 "솔루션 특성", "공급벤더역량", "구매업체 환경적합성"의 대항목으로 분류하고, "컨텐츠 관리기능", "경제성", "서비스", "정보화계획적합성" 등의 총 10가지 세부항목을 제안하였다. 또한 AHP 기법을 통하여 각 평가항목의 상대적 선호도를 결정하고, 과거 단순가중치법을 이용하여 도입된 CMS구매과정과 상호비교하는 사례연구를 실시하였다. 결과적으로 과거 단순가중치법에 의해 산출된 솔루션의 평가점수와 AHP를 이용한 상대적 선호도에 따른 평가점수 사이에는 큰 차이가 존재하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 CMS 솔루션의 선정에 중요한 평가항목들을 제공하였으며, 객관적이고 과학적인 방법론인 AHP를 활용함으로써 솔루션의 차이를 효과적으로 차별화하는 좋은 사례를 제공코자 하였다.

  • 인천시는 최근 해양재난 및 선박사고 해결을 위해 연안 중소형 안전운행 시스템 실증사업을 기획·추진하고 있으며 실증사업을 통해 선박충돌경고 등 4가지 서비스를 제공할 예정이다. 사업 관련 정책 결정 및 사업예산 근거 확보 등 사업의 지속가능성을 위해서는 서비스 효과평가를 통해 사업이 사전에 설정한 목표를 충분히 달성했는지 여부를 평가하고 필요시 추가적인 보완조치 등을 수행하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 효과평가 정의, 과정, 체계 및 모형 등 효과평가 관련 이론적 접근을 수행하였다. 또한 관련 선행연구와 효과평가 사례분석 등을 통해 효과평가 모델(안)을 제시하였다. 향후 연구 관계자 및 서비스 체험자 등의 의견과 서비스로 인해 생성되는 Data 분석 등을 통해 효과평가 기준을 개발하고 사업에 적용할 예정이며 이를 통해 해양사고 예방 등 사업 목표 달성에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Empirical Study and Evaluation of Case-Based Learning for Improvement of Learning Outcome (학습 성과 개선을 위한 사례기반 학습의 실험적 연구 및 평가)

  • This paper proposes and evaluates empirically a new recommendation method in order to improve the learning achievement of learners using case-based method. In this paper, we first carried out a survey targeting teachers who work currently in Gyeongbuk area, and constructed learning cases depending on critical factors of learning. We next recommended differentiated learning methods to learners classifying according to learning cases by achievement level through this survey. The students of a middle school took part in the experiment in order to evaluate empirically the proposed learning cases. The students were divided into three groups by their achievement level and three separate learning cases were applied to each group. The weights among learning improvement elements applying to each group were added through the survey result of teachers. The experiment using the proposed case-based recommendation method showed that the learning achievement of learners is improved considerably compared to the previous one.

A Research for Clustering of Conflict in Public Construction Project (군집분석을 통한 공공 건설사업 갈등 유형화 연구)

  • Conflicts in public construction projects lead to increase social costs as well as construction costs and schedule delay. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the conflict in construction project and find appropriate solutions based on previous cases. In this research, the conflict factors and criteria for evaluating conflict are derived and 30 cases are evaluated by 11 conflict experts. Using k-means clustering, the cases are clustered by three clusters. The cases were analyzed according to the characteristics of each cluster and labeled as 'NIMBY and harmful facility conflict cluster', 'environmental and pollution conflict cluster', and 'PIMFY and small conflicts'. In the future, when conflict occurs in the public construction projects, the conflict can be evaluated using this clustering and the characteristics of the conflicts can be found. As a result, it will be helpful to mitigate the conflict quickly and effectively by looking for previous cases that are suitable for resolving the conflict through appropriate clusters.
