우리나라 시스템 통합(System Integration) 프로젝트는 최근 들어 공공부문을 중심으로 점차로 대형화되고 장기간에 걸쳐 수행되는 추세에 있다. 그러나, 프로젝트를 주도해야 할 IT 인력의 이직률이 증가되고 근속기간이 점차 단축되는 현상은 국내 산업계의 기술축적과 경쟁력 제고에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대규모 시스템 통합 프로젝트를 수행 도중에 이직한 IT 인력의 이직 원인이 무엇인지 알아보며 이직방지를 위한 대안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존의 연구에서 공통적으로 제시하는 이직 영향요인을 업무측면, 인간관계 측면, 처우측면으로 재구성 한 설문분석을 통해 어떤 요소들이 이직에 큰 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한 사례연구를 통해 응답자들을 업무적 성향과 처우적 성향별로 분류하여 이직에 영향을 준 각 측면별 이유와 해결책 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 IT인력에 대한 기존의 이직방지 대책보다는 효율적으로 IT인력을 운용 할 수 있는 참고기준이 될 수 있을 것이다.

In trying to bring about online CRM(customer relationship management), companies have paid much attention to eCRM. The key of eCRM is a recommendation system, which is being used by E-commerce sites to find products to purchase. To maintain a constant flow of marketing information and feedback it is important to staying in touch with customers. In this respect, eCRM becomes a serious business tool for sales activities. In this article we present tee case of Kookmin Internet banking eCRM welch is one of the first examples of implementing eCRM in commercial web site in Korea. We examine how Kookmin Internet banking develops eCRM and how it provides customized services to customers. We also explore the role of eCRM in Internet banking and the level of personalization technology used in Kookmin eCRM case.

The objective of the paper is to recommend a database format of geographic informa¬tion systems for transportation (GIS-T) based on a review of geographic data files (GDF), a European standard format for navigation and the topologically integrated geographic encoding and referenc¬ing files (TIGER) if the USA The establishment of the standard format for transportation database is important for sharing data since data collection is costly. We believe the recommended format would reduce the implementation costs for GIS-T in Korea in the future.

For a continuous revenue increase, a new scheme to increase sale volume is a necessity. This new scheme is based on a revaluation of the customer value for the sake of the future of a company. The concept and use of CRM and OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing) are introduced in this report. The effectiveness of OLAP-based CRM is demonstrated through a case study of a typical retail company. The research suggests the need for the establishment of a marketing strategy to build a long-term relationship with individual customers. The needs for a scientific and systematic analysis of the industry, competitors and customers are elaborated.

STEP(Standard for the Exchange of Product Data)은 제품데이타의 표현 및 교환에 관한 국제표준으로서, 특정 시스템에 관계없이 제품생산에 관계된 정보를 표현할 수 있는 중립표준을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. STEP은 화일교환을 위한 중립표준을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 , 제품데이타베이스를 수현하는 기반을 제공한다. 따라서, 향후 STEP은 좁은 의미 로서는 시스템간의 데이타 교환의 표준으로,넓은 의미로서는 컴퓨터통합 생사시스템(CIMS) 의 구현시 정보모델의 근간으로 사용될 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 STEP을 이용하여 CAD의 형상정보와 특징형상정보를 변환하는 변환기를 개발하였다. 변환기의 개발은 크게 3단계로 나뉘어 지는데, 1) STEP에서 제정한 데이타 정의어인 EXPRESS를 이용하여 각 CAD 시스템에서 사용하는 포멧을 따라 형상정보및 특징형상정보의 스키마를 모델링하는 단계 2) 실제데이터를 이용하여 모델링된 스키마에 맴핑(mapping0하는 단계, 3) 피니컬 화일로 변환하는 단계를 거치게 된다. 이글에서는 STEP을 이용한 특징형상정보의 호환을 위한 변환기의 구조를 제안하고, EXPRESS를 이용한 스키마 모델링 및 특징형상 정보의 변환사례를 소개한다.

해양 플랜트분야는 다양한 제품의 생산을 위해 여러종류의 CAD 모델, 도면, 기술 자료를 주고 받으면서 생산을 위한 정보를 생성하게 된다. 이를 위해 컴퓨터내에서 쉽고 빠르게 제품을 모델링할 수 있는 기술, 이 기종 CAD간의 데이터 변화기술이 필요하며 엔지니어링 전문회사, Owner, Maker 용역회사, 플랜트 주설계팀간의 제품정보 교환을 위하 PDM 기술이 요구된다. 또한, 해양플랜트 생산과 관련된 제품정보를 체계적으로 관리하기 위해서 테이터베이스를 기반으로 하는 PDM(Plant Data Management) 기능을 적용하여 업무 Process 별로 변화하는 제품정보들의 체계적 분류기법을 제시하고 동시공학(Concurrent Engineering)환경을 설명하고자 한다.

본 논문은 탬플릿을 기반으로 하는 새로운 정보시스템 개발 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이 개발 방법은 재사용을 극대화하여 개발 생산성을 향상시키고, 일관성 있는 설계 패턴을 유지하여 개념적 무결성을 유지하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 템플릿의 설계는 다양한 컴포넌트를 조립하여 구현하는 방법을 채택하였는데, 이는 객체지향의 중심 개념 중의 하나인 구성관계 개념에 기반을 둔 것이다. 템플릿을 적용하여 정보시스템의 개별 기능을 구현하는 방법은 유전관계 개념에 기반을 두고 있는데, 템플릿과 유전관계를 설정하여 속성과 연산을 유전 받은 후, 속성과 연산의 일부를 재구현하여 개발하는 방법을 채택하였다. 특히, 재구현을 감안한 연산에 대한 메소드 구현 방법을 제시하여 템플릿 설계의 난제를 해결하였다. 템플릿을 대상으로 성능 평가와 개선 방안도 제시하였다. 제시된 방법의 적용 사례 분석을 통해 실용성을 검증하고 있다.

본 연구는 Zeigler가 제시한 DEVS 모델링 및 시뮬레이션 방법론에 전문가 시스템 및 기호적 시뮬레이션기법등 다양한 추론기법들을 결합시킴에 의해, 캠퍼스 네트워크의 설계 및 성능분석 자동화 방법론과 도구의 개발을 주 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 연구에서는 SES/MB를 이용하여 정보시스템의 구성설계 및 성능분석 자동화 방법론을 제시하였고, 캠퍼스 네트워크에 대한 사례 연구를 통하여 그 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 기존의 연구들과의 차별성은 다음과 같이 요약된다; 첫째, 구성 전문가의 지식베이스를 활용한 구성 설계 자동화, 둘째, 해석적 기법이 아닌 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 성능분석, 셋째, 요구조전 및 제약조건들에 따른 행동궤적의 자동생성 및 이를 이용한 성능분석 자동화등을 들 수 있다.

We present development results for a Hangul thesaurus which was provided to improve performance of the intelligent information retrieval system. The important stages and methods in the process of term acquisition, classification, creation of the consistency-effectiveness relationship using HiTEL menu and text of dictionary are described. To cany out our study we have built a thesaurus management system and also describe its utility functions.
