  • The purpose of this study is to study a method for preventing collisions of multiple drones in controlled airspace. As a result of the study, it was proved that it is appropriate as a method to control drone collisions after setting accurate information on the ROI (Region of Interest) area estimated based on the expected drone path and time in the control system as a method to avoid drone collision. As a result of the empirical analysis, the diameter of the flight path of the operating drone should be selected to reduce the risk of collision, and the change in the departure time and operating speed of the operating drone did not act as an influencing factor in the collision. In addition, it has been demonstrated that providing flight priority is one of the appropriate methods as a countermeasure to avoid collisions. For collision avoidance methods, not only drone sensor-based collision avoidance, but also collision avoidance can be doubled by monitoring and predicting collisions in the control system and performing real-time control. This study is meaningful in that it provided an idea for a method for preventing collisions of multiple drones in controlled airspace and conducted practical tests. This helps to solve the problem of collisions that occur when multiple drones of different types are operating based on the control system. This study will contribute to the development of related industries by preventing accidents caused by drone collisions and providing a safe drone operation environment.

  • The Ministry of Education announced the main points of the 2022 revised curriculum on November 24, 2021. Democratic citizenship education to foster citizenship appears as one of the detailed tasks among the key tasks of the 2022 revised curriculum. We are promoting democratic citizenship education to foster citizenship. Therefore, what does democratic citizenship education specifically mean and what does it consist of? There is a need to look into what methods this should be used for. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of democratic citizenship education revealed in the 2022 revised curriculum. The contents of democratic citizenship education for the cultivation of citizenship revealed in the general discussion of the 2022 revised curriculum are analyzed as follows. First, it means education related to democracy and social issues. The specific contents of democracy and social issues are ① peace, ② human rights, ③ gender equality, and ④ cultural diversity. Second, critical thinking education. Third, media literacy education is necessary because democratic citizenship education must respond appropriately to the times in line with social changes such as the emergence of Chat GPT. Fourth, while emphasizing democratic decision-making education, it includes social empathy and communication education. Fifth, it contains local and national community participation and practical education as a method for citizen participation and practice. As described above, democratic citizenship education was specified in the general introduction of the 2022 revised curriculum. In order to carry out such democratic citizenship education systematically, it is necessary to establish the principles of democratic citizenship education.

  • To describe the comparative awareness between media and industry, we conducted a survey with a professional group including 28 food safety managers at food corporations and 17 food journalists to find out the differences in perception of 'reporting terms' and 'correspondence terms' when food safety incident occurs. We surveyed by questionnaire methods and did the statistical analysis by SPSS. The results showed that 70.6% of the journalists and 92.9% of the corporation workers answered 'yes indeed' about the question whether the media has a great influence when food safety incident occurs. In the perception that use of the stimulating terms of the media was the cause of company damage, 83% of the corporate workers answered 'yes indeed', and 70.6% of the journalists answered 'yes'. It means that both groups agreed on stimulating terms causing company damage. In the question whether the 'reporting terms' of the media and the 'correspondence terms' of the government and academia made a difference in the consumers' perception and the spread of the incident, 92.9% of the corporate workers and 35.3% of the journalists answered 'yes indeed'. It means that both groups showed a common opinion that the difference in choice of words expanded the perception of consumers, and the spread of the incident. However, the corporate workers agreed with this in a more serious manner than the journalist group. In standardization of 'reporting terms' and restricting use, corporate workers were overall at a positive stand while journalists showed a big difference in opinion within the group. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a measure to standardize the terms used by corporations, journalists, and professionals in order to decrease the differences of terms and the damage of consumers and the company when food safety incident occurs.
