The purpose of this study was to examine relationships among information resources use, critical thinking, and nursing information literacy competency, and then to identify predictors of nursing information literacy competency in nursing students. The self-reported questionnaires were administered to 118 senior nursing students in two universities, J city. As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting nursing information literacy competency in nursing students were critical thinking (${\beta}=.54$, p<.001) and electronic information resources use (${\beta}=.27$, p<.001), explained 44% of the total variance (F=44.96, p<.001). Based on our results, a educational program for strengthening critical thinking disposition and use of electronic information resources is needed to be developed to improve nursing information literacy competency of nursing students.

To prevent accidents and take immediate actions to minimize the damages caused by such disasters, there have been several information system related to marine transportation in or near harbour areas and coastal waters. However, those systems were operated independently and not able to exchange each others important data necessary for the cooperation of the relevant authorities in case of accidents. Standards of data formats and their exchanges needed to make information systems play efficiently their roles are proposed in this paper, and the proposed method is expected to help manage the marine transportation in the waters of jurisdiction and prevent marine accidents which cause huge amounts of casualties in the shipping industries and the natural environments.

최근 1~2년 동안 개인정보보호라는 말을 무척 많이 들으셨을 겁니다. 그만큼 개인정보가 사회적 관심사로 떠올랐으며 이는 곧 개인정보유출과 관련된 사건사고가 그만큼 많았다는 의미이기도 합니다. 이런 가운데 얼마 전 개인정보 침해예방 및 피해구제를 위한 제도 발굴 및 개선을 목적으로 KISA 내 설립된 개인정보침해신고센터(전화 국번없이 1336, www.1336.or.kr)가 지난 2007년 한 해 동안 접수된 상담 및 신고민원 통계 및 동향 분석자료를 내놓았습니다. 국내 개인정보보호 사건사고의 요약본이라고 볼 수 있는 이번 자료에는 어떤 특징이 있는지 살펴보죠.

This paper proposes elementary robot programming problems using the algorithmic thinking-based problem model with material factors in the elementary robot programming. And this paper proves the validity of developed robot programming problems in defining them as algorithmic thinking-based problems through experiments. The experimental results are analyzed in views of variety and effectiveness evaluation of answer algorithms and suitability of allocating degrees of difficulties to the developed robot programming problems. As a result of the experiment, we find that the developed problems has various answer algorithms and suitable degrees of difficulties for elementary school students.

This paper is Intersection image recording system for transmitting to the central center after integrating the intersection image and signal split image into one image information. The system was configured to collect the intersection image and the signal split image and transmitted to the central center after integrating images into one image and recorded. The system is expected to be effective in preventing a secondary accident by immediately propagate the accident information and reduce the time it takes to dispute and determine the cause of the accident.

Smart AtoN(Aids to Navigation) that meet the future environment will generate variety of information and be provided in variety. In order to provide a customized service to marine users, the managers of AtoN should be able to check the any time and data in the desired format. In addition, in order to properly manage the AtoN in the future, it is necessary to identify the cause of the AtoN accidents and make efforts to prevent accident. In this study, 7 types of causes and 11 types of accidents were presented for AtoN accidents.

본 논문에서 제시하는 통합 관리 지능형 에이전트 기술은 개인정보보호 사고의 원인분석을 통해 도출된 요구기능을 통합 구현하는 기술이다. 본 기술은 PC 및 인터넷 이용자들의 개인정보 침해에 따른 경제적 피해를 줄이고, 안전한 인터넷 문화를 정착하여 인터넷 이용자들의 인터넷 경제활동 활성화에 기여할 뿐만 아니라, 개인정보 노출방지 등을 통해 명의도용 등의 사고를 예방하여 실물경제활동도 촉진하는 효과가 있다. 먼저, 피싱 파밍 등의 개인정보 침해에 대응한 상황인식 기반 피싱 파밍 자동분석 기술을 적용함으로써 인터넷 사이트를 통한 경제활동의 신뢰가 확보되어 인터넷 금융, 온라인 쇼핑몰 등의 인터넷 경제활동을 촉진하게 되며, 개인정보 노출에 따른 피해를 줄임으로써 다양한 형태의 명의도용 사고를 방지할 수 있다.

Marine casualties are caused mainly by collisions and grounding, due to human error. The SMART Navigation Service is preparing a measure to reduce marine casualties caused by human error and establish an LTE Accident Vulnerability Monitoring System (SV10) to evaluate the danger of collision or grounding for a vessel based on location information collected on land. This service will also share real-time vessel locations and danger information with related agencies to enable them to respond more quickly to accidents on land. In this study, statistical reports on marine casualties and investigation reports provided by the Korea Maritime Safety Tribunal are analyzed, so the percentage of marine casualties that could be reduced using the SV10 service could be identified.

Purpose: In this paper, we propose a common dataset structure which includes the incidents investigation information and features data for machine learning. Most of the data is from the incidents reports of the governmental part and restricts on the social disaster and safety areas. Method: Firstly, we extract basic incidents data from the several incident investigation reports. The data includes the cause, damage, date, classification of the incidents and additionally considers the feature data for the machine learning. All data is represented by XML standard notation. Result: We defined the standard XML schema and the example for the incidents investigation information. Conclusion: We defined the common incidents dataset structure for the machine learning. It may play roles of the common infrastructure for the disaster and safety applications areas
