Effects of Ego-resilience on the Relationships between Risk Factors and Juvenile Delinquency (복지시설 이용 청소년의 위험요인이 비행행동에 미치는 영향에서 자아탄력성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to find whether ego-resilience shows mediating effects between risk factors and Juvenile Delinquency. The data was conducted by using the multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, correlations among variables of risk factors and ego-resilience on subordinate variable of Juvenile Delinquency were significant. Second, the personal risk factors and ego-resilience have a significant influence on Juvenile Delinquency, and ego-resilience showed mediating effects between the personal risk factors and Juvenile Delinquency. Third, school related risk factors and ego-resilience have a significant influence on Juvenile Delinquency, and ego-resilience showed mediating effects between school related factors and Juvenile Delinquency.

  • Since IMO(International Maritime Organization, hereafter IMO) has decided the Wing-In-Ground craft as one of the ships, A few regulations and recommendations have been revised and approved internationally and domestically. However, the navigation rules considering types and navigation characteristics to secure the safe navigation of Wing-In-Ground craft are not sufficient and especially, there are no navigation rule between Wing-In-Ground crafts. In this situation, it is judged that the navigation rules related to the Wing-In-Ground crafts in any condition of visibility should be moved to the section of the ones in sight of one another to define the responsibilities between WIG and other vessels, and the new regulation, which Type 'B' and 'C' WIGs should avoid Type 'A' WIG, has to be established to ensure the safe navigation between WIGs on the current laws.

A Fault Management Design of Dual-Redundant Flight Control Computer for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (무인기용 이중화 비행조종컴퓨터의 고장관리 설계)

  • Since the flight control computer of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is a flight critical equipment, it is necessary to ensure reliability and safety from the development step, and a redundancy-based fault management design is required in order to operate normally even a failure occurs. To reduce cost, weight and power consumption, the dual-redundant flight control system design is considered in UAV. However, there are various restrictions on the fault management design. In this paper, we propose the fault detection and isolation designs for the dual-redundant flight control computer to satisfy the safety requirements of an UAV. In addition, the flight control computer developed by applying the fault management design performed functional tests in the integrated test environment, and after performing FMET in the HILS, its reliability was verified through flight tests.

  • 드론 Photogrammetry는 높은 기술적 활용가치가 있는 기술로서, 결과물로 생성하는 3D 디지털 공간정보 모델이 시설물의 비육안 안전점검 및 진단에 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 디지털 트윈 구축을 위한 가장 기초적이고 핵심적인 수치 데이터를 제공하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 드론 Photogrammetry의 적정 품질을 구현하기 위한 임무비행의 다양한 영향인자에 대해 고찰하였다. K-water연구원 누수탐사실습장을 대상으로 드론 사진 촬영 시 비행고도, 비행속도, 중첩도, 카메라 Pitch각의 영향에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 비행시간에 영향을 미치는 인자로서 비행고도, 중첩도, 비행속도의 순으로 중요도가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 드론 임무 비행 시 후처리 결과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 중첩도로 나타났다. 중첩도 60% 임무비행은 3D 모델의 geometry 왜곡이 큰 편으로 나타났다. 비행 고도는 GSD (Ground Sampling Distance)와 직접 연계되므로 중요하며, 낮은 고도일수록 높은 품질의 모델링이 가능하다. April Tag를 통한 지상기준점 자동 패턴 인식 기능은 후처리 과정에서 시간 절약이 가능하여 유용하였다. 비행속도에 의한 결과물의 품질은 큰 차이가 없었으나, 수직 구조물의 모서리 부분에 다소 차이가 있었다. 짐벌 Pitch각도에 의한 정사영상 품질의 차이는 크지 않았으나 수직구조물과 평면적 구조물에 따라 각기 다른 촬영각도를 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구성과는 향후 보다 다양한 환경에서의 데이터 수집을 통해 최적 디지털 현실 모델링에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

H-IMA : IMA based Hybrid Platform Architecture for Improving Portability of Flight Software (H-IMA : 비행 소프트웨어의 이식성 향상을 위한 IMA 기반의 혼합형 플랫폼 아키텍처)

  • Flight software operated on the on-board computers in the satellite has requirements such as real-time and high reliability. These requirements make dependency between the flight software and operating environments. Further, whenever a new system is built, such problem drives that all flight software are redeveloped. Thus, the dependency between them should be removed. And the work can be achieved by improving the portability of the flight software. In this paper, we propose a platform architecture based on the IMA architecture. The platform architecture is a hybrid one built by blending two kinds of realizations of the IMA architecture in order to maximize portability. In addition, we implement a prototype system and analyze the execution results of the system to justify the proposed architecture. The proposed architecture enables us to remove the dependency between fight software and operating environments.

Flying Safety Area Model Creation and Obstruction Identification using 3D GIS Techniques (3차원 GIS 기법을 이용한 비행안전구역 모형 생성 및 장애 식별)

  • In this paper, we studied the techniques to analyze the flying safety area focused on the air base rules for military that has been the criteria of the altitude restrictions around the airfield for both civilian and military purposes in Korea. We wanted to present the effective method to analyze the restricted area and to help solving problems that could result recently from the altitude restrictions around the airfield at the beginning of the development projects. To do this we proposed the methods to effectively generate the model of the flying safety area in accordance with the air base rules using 3D GIS techniques and to automatically identify the obstructions caused by the natural and man-made features in those areas. To apply the proposed methods actually to the airfield chosen for the study area, we presented the approaches to generate geospatial informations based on the commercial digital maps and satellite imagery and by generating the flying safety area model, identifying the obstructions, and visualizing the integrated model for the flying safety area analysis we showed the practical usability of the proposed techniques.

  • The flight software monitors the status of the satellite and performs attitude control and its own mission. Due to the operating environments and its uniqueness, the high level of reliability is required for the flight software. To this end, a variety of activities to meet the given requirements and improve the safety and reliability are made during the development of flight software. A variety of development environments should be provided to support execution of flight software on hardware or satellite simulator and dynamic verification of flight software through command/telemetry interface. The satellite flight software team has been developing the IVF to be applied to various satellite projects more effectively and to improve the reliability of flight software. In this paper, the design and configuration method of IVF for the effective verification of flight software is introduced.

  • The operation and transportation environment for an unmanned aerial vehicle will be completely different from those for the conventional air and ground transportation. The requirement for a traffic management system for its safe operation has been emerging. Accordingly, investigation is being conducted to analyze the danger that unmanned aerial vehicle may encounter during the flight and to provide the countermeasure by the simulation. When the drones operate in an urban environment, they may be affected by the wind around the building. Thus it is essential to predict the influence of the gust and analyze the resulting risk. In this paper, a method for evaluating the safety for a flight mission under the gust is suggested. By using the precise 6-degree-of-freedom flight simulation that is capable of simulating the gust condition, possible deviation from the pre-planned flight path in terms of the attitude orientation will be predicted. A method of quantifying the probability of the flight mission failure will also be presented.

  • 본 논문은 SOM을 이용하여 비행슈팅게임을 하는 게이머의 긴장과 이완상태를 학습한다. 학습된 SOM을 이용해 게이머의 새로운 심박데이터가 입력되었을 때 긴장과 이완 상태에서 플레이하는 게이머의 인식을 제안한다. 게이머들은 비행슈팅게임을 플레이하면서 게임 환경들의 패턴들에 익숙해진다. 게이머들은 반복하면서 지루해지면서 자연스럽게 긴장감도 떨어지게 된다. 만약 긴장이완 정도를 알 수 있다면 게이머의 상태에 맞게 게임환경을 조절하여 긴장감을 유지할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 비행슈팅게임을 하는 게이머의 심박신호를 이용하여 게이머의 긴장이완상태를 신경망 SOM으로 분류한다. SOM은 주어진 입력패턴에 정확한 답을 정해주지 않고 자기 스스로 학습하여 해답을 찾는 신경망중의 하나이다. 따라서 게이머의 심박신호는 SOM 학습을 통해 게이머의 긴장과 이완상태들을 군집화 할 수 있다. 비행슈팅게임을 20회 반복 플레이하여 SOM으로 게이머의 심박신호를 입력해 본 결과 긴장이완상태를 인식 할 수 있었다.

Flight behavior of cinereous vultures (Aegypius monachus) in the wintering season in Korea (한국에 월동하는 독수리의 비행 행동 특성 분석)

  • The flight characteristics of 11 cinereous vultures (Aegypius monachus) were analyzed by a global positioning system (GPS) tracker(WT-300; KoEco, Inc.). The wintering period in Korea averaged 131 days (SD=17.4) and the average flight rate was 19.6%. The flight altitude was below 100 m for 21.6% of the flight, 101-200 m for 25.3%, 201-300 m for 19.0%, and below 300 m for 65.9%. There was a positive correlation (r=0.929) between the hourly flight rate and altitude. The predominant monthly flight altitude was 101-200 m (p<0.05). The wintering cinereous vultures lowered their flight rate and flew at an altitude of less than 300 m. This is thought to be an efficient way to find food through social interaction.
