디지털TV라는 진화된 매체와 방송, 통신 융합이 라는 새로운 패러다임의 등장으로 인해 T-Commerce는 그 잠재성에 많은 기대를 받고 있는 시장이다. 그러나 현재까지 국내에서는 양방향 데이터 방송이 보편화된 상황이 아니며, 성공 사례도 부족하여, 비즈니스 모델에 대한 구체적인 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델에 있어 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 고객 가치를 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 우선, e-비즈니스 모델과 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 가치에 대한 선행연구들을 통해서 e-Commerce의 고객 가치 요인들을 분석하였다. 선행연구 분석결과를 T-Commerce 프로세스와 접목하여 6가지의 주요 요인을 채택하여, 홈 네트워크 시범단지의 포커스 그룹을 대상으로 실시된 T-Commerce 소비자 조사 결과를 바탕으로 타당성을 검증하였다.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the synergy effect between the value creating attributes for digital convergence model in the service industry. Our investigation is based upon contingency fit theory to understand the strategic fit for the two inherent value attributes of fixed and mobile value, as well as resolving fundamental limitations of service processes. Empirical validation of the derived research model is analyzed using hierarchical regression method. The results indicate that the relative advantage of each value creating attributes are strongly associated with the characteristics of domain service industries, and compatibility is critical to user adoption of convergent service model. Moreover, the less significant statistical impact of the synergy between mobile and fixed value attributes and others implies that each value attribute uniquely contributes to particular IT convergence model, which thereby offers critical insight that focusing the convergent value in conjunction with specific application domain is the most appealing managerial focus. The findings provide useful insight for the further research in IT based industry convergent business model areas.

International sports events is one of the core products in the sports industry the scale of sports event business is steadily increasing. However, In terms of sports event management, knowledge and experience generated through sports events are ineffective and non-systematically managed. For this reason, unnecessary resources are wasted and trial and error are repeated in hosting, preparing and operating in sports event management. The purpose of this study is to develop a sports event management process and evaluate conformance. To accomplish the purpose of this study, developed the core processes of sports events in step by step and then applied and conformance evaluated of the designed process. Developed and evaluated sports events management processes are five Functional Area of registration, accommodation, transport, broadcasting, and food and beverage. Of these FA, 63 activities were selected and analyzed. The modeling was used as IDEF method, the conformity analysis was used as Fuzzy logic, analysis tool was used ProM.

In this paper, a university curriculum of Automation Robotics Process(RPA) among several goals for digital transformation of companies was developed. In the process of the development of ICT technology and the 4th industrial revolution, the existing analog information has changed through the stages of digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation. Recently, digital transformation has been cited as an essential survival strategy following a disruptive revolution that changes the paradigm of existing industrial systems and business. It is defined as a continuous process by which a company adapts to or promotes disruptive changes in customers and markets by using digital capabilities to create new business models, products and services. To this end, process automation in companies or organizations is an important factor. Accordingly, the need for a curriculum of robotics processes automation in universities has been raised according to these changes, and the related education contents, which have been centered on companies, have been redesigned to introduce the curriculum for universities. Education contents are composed to help students to attain certificates of essential or advanced of AA.

The objective of this research is to find out how work process influences employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction to compare hotels and residence hotels in Korea structured equation model. Many previous researches suggested that residence hotels similar hotel because residence hotels service based on the hotel service. As a results, all hypnotists are accepted. Work process positive influence on the employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction positive influence on hotels and residence hotels results as well. this results show that residence hotels service the same as hotel service in Korea. This mean residence hotels are providing stay a long time, expansion of rooms, hallmark and others based on hotel service.

In the network economy, the informatization of Small and Medium enterprises(SME) plays an important role in determining productivity while being competitive in the businesses. Informatization of SME has become important along with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the IT Business Value Model, this study analyzes the key factors of information service of SME with the structure model. In addition, multi-level model was conducted by dividing the layers according to the size of the SME. The analysis confirmed that complementary organizational resources are a key factor in determining the informatization of SME. In addition, the effect of informatization of SME on the scale of SME varies depending on the type of entry into the industrial complex.

The advancement of digital technology accelerates intelligence, convergence, and demands better change beyond traditional methods in all aspects of business models and technologies, infrastructure, processes, and platforms. Risk management is becoming more important because of various security risks, depending on the changing business environment and aligned to business goals is emerging from the existing information asset based risk management. For business aligned risk management, it is essential to understand the risk appetite for achieving business goals, which provides a basis for decision-making in subsequent risk management processes. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing the risk management framework, pre - existing risk analysis, and protection motivation theory that influences decisions on security risk management. To examine the practical feasibility of the developed risk appetite framework, we reviewed the applicability and significance of the proposed risk appetite framework through an advisory committee composed of security risk management specialists.

A change request in design education is a phenomenon manifested by changes in the value of the industry and market demands. Changes in external requirements and internal values that affect the design industry today are shifting from consumer-centered design to stakeholder-centered design. At the center of these changes, design education should be transformed into an educational mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of each field and design specialization should coincide with the direction of the capitalist market. Design specialization must realize the policy of education in economic value first, and should be changed to a design process that enhances rationality and efficiency from the previous apprenticeship education.

Recently, the requirements of the embedded software are getting diverse as the diversity of embedded software application fields increases. The systematic development methods are issued to deal with the dependency between hardware and software. However, the existing development methods have not considered the software's close connection to hardware and the high-level reusability for common requirements of several similar domains. In this paper, we propose a design method of development process model of product lines to support an efficient development method for embedded software. For this, we firstly suggest a domain scoping method and an IDEF0(Integration DEFinition)-based business model for extracting the efficient requirements. Next, we present a component deriving method based on the service architecture and an architecture design method after considering the hardware dependency. And we explain the artifacts of MSDFS(Multi Sensor Data Fusion System) at each design step in order to show how the proposed model can be applied to the embedded software development.

디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.
