Towards a Value-Creation Framework for Proptech Business (프롭테크 비즈니스 가치창출 프레임워크)

  • Recently, there has been a dramatic change in real estate markets with the development of information technology. The word, Proptech, is defined as the real estate transaction innovation motivated by various types of information technology including artificial intelligence, sensing technology and big data. The objective of this study is to provide a value-creation framework for Proptech business based on the understanding of how and what types of values are created and shared, which gives organization to develop strategies and business models. And a new classification scheme of Proptech business is also suggested based on the recognition of created values along the development of Proptech business. Then, the proposed matrix is applied to derive the business value such as intangibility value, relational value and enhancement value with the case analysis on the each components of Proptech business.

  • The development of IT increases the importance of understanding of IT-driven ecosystems. Platform business is the representative business model in the era of innovative IT-based businesses. However, it lacks the review research that entails ecosystem perspectives from traditional disciplines in which the perspective of ecosystem had been applied. Further most of platform research have focused on the comparison between ecosystems as a whole rather than exploration on complementors in the ecosystem who are selected and survive and, in turn, contributed to maintain the ecosystem to compete with other ecosystems. The current study listed highly cited papers from economics, sociological ecology, socio-technical ecology, organization studies, and marketing research which have cumulated research on ecosystems. And the three most critical features that determine the success of complementors, which are competition, relationality, and adaptability. Present study showed how the features were explained by each perspective from the different disciplines.

  • 본 연구는 대화형 인공지능 스피커의 수요 증진을 위한 새로운 비즈니스 전략 제시를 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 해당 IoT기기 소비자의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선정하여 집중적으로 고찰하고 각 요인 사이에 어떤 상관관계가 존재하는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 기기 사용에 대한 안전성이 확보 되었음을 의미하는 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 기술적 흐름에 따른 시대적 압박, 기기 사용으로부터 발생하는 쾌락적 동기와 실용적 동기, 기기의 혁신성으로부터 오는 차별적 동기를 고려하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 통해 모든 요인은 각각 소비자의 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 특히 차별화 욕구와 쾌락적 동기, 실용적 동기 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있을 것으로 나타낼 것으로 기대된다. 더불어, 본 연구의 핵심 연구 요인인 시대적 압박 요인의 경우 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 사용 의도에 있어 정의 영향을 주지만 차별화 욕구와 실용적 동기와는 음의 상관관계를 보일 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 일반적인 연구 모델에서 취급되는 주요 요인들과 더불어 시대적 압박이라는 새로운 요인을 제시하고 그 영향력을 논증하여 융합형 기술에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 전략을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 가치를 갖는다

  • As major industries become information -centered, business transactions and information -sharing processes are being computerized and automated, which ultimately re-defines electronic commercial transactions in a broader context. Business documents are the basic tools for corporate transactions. The use of business documents in electronic commercial transactions has increased markedly and this sphere is rapidly being extended to include information sharing between companies. XML(extensible Markup Language) was selected as the focus for this thesis. XML can help to make a complicated and data-rich document easy to share. The thesis proposes a business XML document editing system, comprised of a style document editor for business XM document structure, business documentation, and business document presentation, along with a business document transformation system which makes a transformation possible regardless of platform or using various corporate document standards.

  • Business Process Intelligence (BPI) is one of the emerging technologies in the knowledge discovery and analysis area. BPI deals with a series of techniques from discovering knowledge to analyzing the discovered knowledge in BPM-supported organizations. By means of the BPI technology, we are able to provide the full functionality of control, monitoring, prediction, and optimization of process-supported organizational knowledge. Particularly, we focus on the focal organizational knowledge, which is so-called the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge that represents the affiliated relationships between performers and activities in enacting a specific business process model. That is, in this paper we devise a statistical analysis method to be applied to the BPM activity-performer affiliation networking knowledge, and dubbed it the activity-performer correspondence analysis method. The devised method consists of a series of pipelined phases from the generation of a bipartite matrix to the visualization of the analysis result, and through the method we are eventually able to analyze the degree of correspondences between a group of performers and a group of activities involved in a business process model or a package of business process models. Conclusively, we strongly expect the effectiveness and efficiency of the human resources allotments, and the improvement of the correlational degree between business activities and performers, in planning and designing business process models and packages for the BPM-supported organization, through the activity-performer correspondence analysis method.

  • B2B registries provide spaces to register and retrieve information which is necessary to support B2B transactions among business partners or potential business partners. Business process specifications are one of important contents in B2B registries, and there is high complexity of representation due to complex and dynamic characteristics of business processes. Also, currently there exist several competing specification frameworks such as ebXML BPSS, WSBPEL, BPMN, and so on. This paper proposes a metadata schema to register business process specifications which are represented by different specification frameworks. The proposed schema has extensibility to register business process specifications which are represented by various different specification frameworks. Also, it extends reuse level from whole business specification processes to their components. To show the usefulness of the proposed schema, this paper demonstrates metadata extraction from business process specifications which are represented by two representative XML-based business process specification languages, ebXML BPSS and WSBPEL.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the factors on the usage level of e-business in the shipping companies. In order to do empirical analysis, firstly, this study carried out reliability analysis and factor analysis. Secondly, this study examined the effects of the factors on the usage level of e-business in the shipping companies by multiple regression analysis. In conclusion, the analysis result revealed that 5 factors effect on the service business usage's level and 4 factors effect on the real transaction usage's level of e-business.

A Study on the Determinant Attributes for Developing Korean-Style Industrial Tourism (한국형 산업관광 활성화를 위한 선택속성에 대한 연구)

  • This article aims to identify the selection attributes for developing korean-style industrial tourism. Evaluating attributes is the most important stage in consumer decision-making process and culture has a significant influence on this stage. This study is to analyze in the evaluation of selection attributes with the theory of industrial tourism and come up with developing tourism. a survey was conducted to the staff of travel agency in korea. Through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, authors identified five factors(i.e. business, conveniences, tourism attraction, hospitality, property) were amenable to the industrial tourism, found that the most important attributes had the strongest influence on satisfaction level. According to the results of this study, author suggests that nationality of industrial tourism have an effect on evaluating selection attributes of the korean-style industrial tourism. therefore, nationality could be the basis of target marketing strategy.
