5세대 이동통신은 소비자와 산업계에 엄청난 잠재력을 제공한다. 기존 기술보다 상당히 빠르게 진행되며 5세대가 보유하고 있는 사회적 및 경제적 가치와 애플리케이션, 그리고 초연결 사회(hyper-connected society)에 이르는 모바일은 사람들의 생활에 더욱 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이다. 세계 이동통신 사업자 협회(Global System for Mobile communications Association: GSMA)는 상업 및 5세대 생태계의 개발을 전략적으로 형성하는 모바일 업계를 대표하는 협회로서 5세대를 형성하기 위해 회원과 파트너가 함께 작업한다. 5세대의 정의가 안정화되면 GSMA는 상업적으로 가능한 5세대 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해 회원들과 함께 작업할 것이다. 본 논문은 지금까지 개발된 5세대 이동통신의 비전에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

This study aims to look into factors which exert an important effect on the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems of enterprises and finally to suggest an alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations. To accomplish the purpose, this research find each of important factors of the formation of cooperative employer-employee management systems through a theoretical consideration of those factors. The importance and priority order of the factors were systematized by the AHP analysis. The analysis showed the following two things. First of all, the management expecting the employees should be strengthened. Then, the establishment of transparent management and union-management systems sharing the enterprise's vision and values play important roles in the formation cooperative employer-employee management systems. In conclusion, this study provided alternative for establishing the future's union-management relations, based on the analysis results.

Psychotherapy supervision has long been regarded as a crucial component of psychotherapy education. Supervisory role is very important in supervision outcomes but the absence of and need for supervisor's education and training have continued to be emphasized. Supervisor's education and training can be used to better prepare and strengthen new professionals who serve in the supervisory role. This study reviewed on the literatures of supervisor's education and training, psychotherapy supervisor's development, and core competencies in supervision. As a result of this study, it introduced what supervisor should be trained. There were supervisor identity, ability to build supervisory relationship/alliance, ability to provide effective and summative feedback, knowledge of professional supervision and value of commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Also consensus has converged on the superordinate value of now crucial components in educating and training supervisors: didactic instruction and experiential practice. In conclusion, I discussed what should be considered in Korean supervisor's education and training and future research directions.

Anisotropic conductive film(ACF) bonding is widely used for making fine interconnections between two different materials where soldering is not easily applicable. There are three constraints for the successful implementation of ACF bonding. A bonding contact should be pressed by a hot head with the right pressure and temperature for a pre-defined curing time. In this paper, a method for ACF bonding based on machine vision system is proposed and verified through some experiments. The system calculates the position and orientation of printed circuit boards(PCBs) on a bonding table and estimates the optimal hitting point where the hot head should be applied. Experimental results show that the proposed system achieves better adhesive strength by providing head flatness over contact surfaces.

협회는 지난 3월 11일 농림수산식품에 낙농부분의 정책제안으로 '낙농산업 발전 종합대책(안)'을 제출하고 그 제시방안에 대해 농림수산식품부와 협의를 갖고 추진방안에 대해 논의를 갖는(4.17) 등 정책반영을 위한 활동을 지속적으로 전개하고 있다. 대책(안)의 내용에 따르면 현재 낙농산업의 현황과 문제점을 제기하면서 낙농산업의 안정적인 발전대책 수립을 위해 3가지 개선방향을 제시하고 있는데, 첫째, 낙농정책에 대한 비전을 수립, 국가 비전 아젠다를 설정하여 지속가능한 낙농산업으로서의 기반유지 당위성을 마련하고, 둘째, 전국단위 수급조절을 위한 계획생산제 실시 및 기구개편, 국내 유제품 시장 형성을 위한 가공원료유 한도수량제의 확대, 국산우유의 차별화를 위한 우유표기의 개선, 군급식 우유용량의 확대와 학교급식과 학교우유급식 통합(17대 대선 한나라당 정책공약), 북한어린이(학생) 우유지원 등 그 실질적인 정책마련에 해당하는 원유수급 안정화를 위한 제도 개선이 바로 그것이다. 셋째, 사료가격 안정을 위한 대책 및 목장시설 현대화 지원 확대, 낙농단지 조성을 통한 안정적 낙농생산 기반 유지, 유업체 경영합리화 방안 및 시설자금 지원, 유제품 수출지원 등을 통해 낙농.유업의 경쟁력 향상이 이뤄져야 함을 강조하였다. 월간낙농육우는 본고를 통해 낙농산업 발전 종합대책(안) 중 개선방향에 해당하는 자료를 소개코자 하니, 많은 관심을 바란다.

Companies, to establish a proper brand image of it, and to appeal to consumers effectively, mobilize advertisement and other publicity means through various communication media. In terms of access rates and degrees of interest of viewers among broadcast media, television is higher than other important media such as radio, newspaper, magazine, and DMB, etc. Since consumers get access to much commercials on television, television commercial activities of companies ultimately have effect on their brand images. Thus, this study, focusing on the screen image expression types among all the expression types of television commercials, examined what brand images consumers favor, and sought to know what characteristics in television commercials in Korea works as important factors in the formation of brand images.

Economic crisis, efforts to overcome the digital content industry development at home and abroad have been racing in the country's future lies in the digital content industry. Therefore, the digital content industry through vision, model identification knowledge-based global digital content market-based deployment is required. For research purposes the digital content industry to derive an alternative to national industrial development that will lay the groundwork. The deployment order for the first digital content industry, SWOT analysis performed to derive the Korean-specific model. As a result, measures based on the advancement of digital content industry as a long-term vision and specific goals are presented as staged. The age of convergence of the u-media content markets in government, corporations, consumers, and these form the structure of a virtuous cycle distribution systems for energy by being active, synergistic effects are obtained. Above all, based on the content industry to secure internal and external growth is key. Vision of the digital content, the growth momentum of the national social development policies to be used as a role model by changing the way a series of courses is required.

조직에는 조직의 목적을 효율적으로 달성할 수 있도록 조직구성원들을 움직이게 하는 리더가 존재하게 된다. 조직 내에 달성해야 할 비전과 목표가 있고 그것을 수행해야 할 과업에 있어서 가장 필요한 것은 구성원들의 비전과 목표를 달성하기 위한 리더십이 중요한 요인이다. 리더십은 비전과 목표달성을 위해 다른 사람들의 행동에 영향을 미치는 과정이기 때문이다. 따라서 모든 유형의 집단이나 조직, 그리고 지역사회나 국가에는 효과적인 리더십이 필요하고 그 같은 효과적인 리더십을 발휘할 유능한 리더가 요구된다. 따라서 리더십은 모든 집단이나 조직의 중요한 자산이며 성공요인이 아닐 수 없다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 기업경영전반에 걸쳐 경영자의 기호나 의도에 따라 수시로 변하는 경우가 많고, 최고 경영자의 개인적 속성이 조직구조나 전략에 적지 않은 영향을 미치기 때문에 최고경영자의 리더십이 중소기업의 조직문화 형성에 대기업보다 훨씬 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 변혁적 리더십은 사장이 카리스마, 지적자극, 개별적 배려 등을 통해 종업원들에게 기대를 능가하는 최고의 노력을 발휘하도록 동기부여 시키는 것이다. 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하는 사장은 종업원들의 욕구수준을 높여 주고 자신감을 심어줌으로써 성공에 대한 확신을 높여준다면 종업원들로 하여금 조직에 대한 몰입을 이끌어 낼 수 있고, 보통이상의 추가노력과 낮은 이직의도를 거둘 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 연구와 관련된 선행연구자들을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 연구모형을 설계하여 중소제조업체의 CEO들에게 요구하는 리더십모형을 제시하였다. 중소기업의 리더십 유형을 카리스마적, 전략적, 거래적, 변혁적 이론 등을 기본으로 하여 기업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 이론을 통해 제시하였다. 이러한 리더십 유형들이 기업의 목표에 영향을 주는지를 분석한 후 여기에서 중소기업의 CEO에게 필요로 하는 리더십 유형을 제시하였다.

Nuclear power has been an attractive energy efficient and to the pressure with the climate change despite of its risks. There are safety, security, and environmental concerns with the nuclear radiation, but the techno-optimism forms the mainstream by experts and the state to be able to control and manage the risks yet occurred. The disastrous Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear accidents brought about alternative action and thought including renewable energy expansion, efficient energy delivery and use, and enhancing stewardship to environmental carrying capacity. More significant alternative movement is sought by victims of nuclear radiation, technicians, and the general public who realized the pitfalls of expert and state centered policy formation. These laypersons become counter-expertise competent in recognizing local contamination and considering the risks and emotions seriously affecting peoples' everyday lives. They play important roles in the construction and legitimation of alternative knowledge about nuclear power widely realized across regions.

We studied the formation of nickel nano thin film that have various electrochromic properties. Nickel thin film having various thickness will apply photoelectronic devices, specially, electrochromic devices. These devices will apply lens, battery, glass and solar cell that have light, thin, simple and small that applied nanotechnology and quantum dot. Nickel thin film was coated by electrochemical method on ITO electrode. We studied the thin film properties by Cyclic voltammetry, Chronoamperometry. Impedance. X-ray diffraction analysis and Atomic force microscopy.
