  • Now it is a difficult situation to compare the apartment houses expenses with the others because of showing the difference according to several facts such as the location, the time of completion, the number of households, the heating system and the management system. So tenants who do not know related information cannot know whether the management expenses which they are put to expense is fair or not. Therefore firstly, this study presents cost breakdown system with investigating and analyzing the management expenses levy system of the apartment locating the city of Seoul. Secondly, this deduces problems and presents a remedy with analyzing cost management business procedure.

  • 효율적인 재난관리를 위해서는 재난발생시 신속하고 적절한 대응 및 과학적 원인분석을 통한 재발방지, 재난관리에 소요되는 비용을 최소화하기 위한 노력 등이 필요하다. 재난관리단계별로 분석기반의 선제적 예방, 재난 대비능력 강화, 대응기술의 개발 등을 통해 과학적 재난 원인규명이 가능하고 재해복구에 드는 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 이미 해외 주요 국가들은 융합기술 기반의 선제적 재난 예측 대응 기술 개발과 재난관리비용 절감을 위한 재난관리전략을 수립하여 추진 중에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 과거 재난발생 이력을 기반으로 재난관리단계별 조사항목 및 업무절차를 체계화하고 최신과학기술을 적용하여 정보수집 및 재난원인분석을 지원하는 재난관리체계의 고도화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The objective procedure and criterion needs to efficiently perform the safety assessment and improve reliability for results of the cost analysis. There are many studies about cost analysis of safety assessment, but the these studies have problems such as non-quantification of criterions and methods. The purpose of this study to suggest the procedure and criterion for successful cost analysis and quantify cost factors. First, in the cost analysis of the housing reconstruction that is presented this study, determinate the life-cycle and the discount rate, then estimate reconstruction cost and remodeling cost. Finally, compare the annual equivalent LCC of two costs for decision malting to reconstruction or remodeling.

  • 기업의 IT 환경이 시스템 중심에서 비즈니스 중심으로 바뀌어감에 따라 IT 서비스 관리 프로세스 구축에 대한 가이드를 제공하는 Information Technology Infrastructure Library(ITIL) 모델이 나왔다. ITIL 적용이 가장 큰 목적은 IT 업무 프로세스 개선을 통한 서비스 품질 개선과 서비스 비용 절감이다. 변경관리 IT 환경의 모든 사고 및 변경에 관해 효율적이고 신속한 처리를 위한 표준화된 방법과 절차를 사용하는 ITIL 의 Service Support 의 한 영역이다. 그러나 기존 모델에는 우선순위, 업무범위등 처리절차에 대해 선진사례가 나와있는 반면 일정에 대한 신뢰성이 없다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 프로젝트 관리에서의 일정관리 개념을 도입하고 Goal Question Metrics(GQM) 기법을 사용하여 일정관리의 신뢰성을 부여할 수 있는 개발기간 지표를 제안한다. 또한 이러한 지표의 타당성 검증을 위해 S 사의 데이터를 비교 분석한다. 결과적으로 제안하는 지표를 통하여 조직운영의 효율성과 비즈니스에 초점을 맞춘 IT 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

Business Architecture Design of a Highway Asset Management System (도로자산관리시스템의 업무아키텍처 설계)

  • As the social infrastructure becomes deteriorated, its maintenance cost has been increased rapidly. There are growing needs to manage facilities systematically to reduce this kind of maintenance budget, and furthermore to avoid safety accidents in Korea. Asset management is widely used in New Zealand, the United States, Great Britain to manage their social facilities. In these countries, standardized information model and its system are developed and in service for asset management. There are several researches on asset management of social infrastructure in Korea, and the KTAM-40 work procedure is one of the main results for these researches. In this paper, the IIMM of New Zealand and the KTAM-40 of Korea, were surveyed to develop a business architecture of the highway asset management system. A new business architecture for the highway asset management system is proposed based on the KTAM-40 work procedure: First, the organization and its role for the highway asset management are defined. Second, business functions of the highway asset management are classified. Third, the highway asset management functions and the flow of information are defined. In the last section, differences between the newly designed architecture and the other systems' architecture is reviewed.

  • Configuration management is an important project management method. Configuration management is increasing daily and improving defense power as a management tool for technical data of power support systems. Configuration management work must be carried out properly from the beginning of development to acquire an excellent weapon system. In procurement, configuration management is a vital factor that can determine the cost of maintaining operations during the transfer of military supplies and carry out systematic management among operational support. Countries are making changes to policies and systems to manage R&D, standards, and patents in conjunction with each other from the beginning of research and execution, and it is important to establish the concept of managing and controlling the configuration as an efficient means of managing military resources. To identify the activity details during the entire life cycle from the beginning of acquisition to the end of disposal by linking munitions configuration control with the total life cycle, and redefine the appropriate work system, this study investigated and analyzed the U.S. configuration control procedures to identify the activity details and present areas to develop.

  • 사회기반 시설물들의 노후화로 유지보수 비용이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 선진국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 해외의 뉴질랜드, 호주, 캐나다, 미국, 영국 등의 나라에서는 공공시설물 유지관리에 자산개념을 도입하여 관련 법과 제도를 정비하고 대웅적 유지관리방식보다 자산의 가치 중심의 예방적 유지관리로 전환하여 일정 부분 성과를 내고 있다. 국내에서도 시설물을 체계적으로 관리하여 안전사고를 예방하고 유지관리 예산을 절감하고자 하는 관심이 날로 증대하고 있다. 이에 IIMM의 자산관리 업무절차 모델과 국내에서 제시된 KTAM-40을 비교하여 공공시설물 자산관리 정보시스템의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the paper, we can select the best safeguard as proposed the definite and systematical method and procedure on risk mitigation of risk management for information system. The practical risk mitigation methodology has a good fulfillment procedure and a definition to fulfill procedure on each phase. So, it is easy to fulfill and can apply to any risk management methodology. The practical risk mitigation is composed of 6 phases, which are the existing safeguard assessment, safeguard means selection, safeguard technique selection, risk admission assessment, cost-effective analysis and safeguard embodiment. The practical risk mitigation's advantages are as follow. Efficient selection of safeguards to apply to risk's features with safeguard's means and techniques before embodying safeguards. Prevention of redundant works and security budgets waste as re-using the existing excellent safeguards through the existing safeguard assessment. Reflection of organization's CEO opinions to require special safeguards for the most important information system.
