촛불재단의 역할은 중대한 사회문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 활동에 보다 많은 사람들을, 보다 효과적으로 참여시키는데 있다. 중고생들의 봉사활동은 방과 후, 주말, 휴일, 방학 기간에 이루어지고 있는데, 교육청과 학교는 많은 기관과 단체를 사회봉사 기관으로 지정하고 학생들로 하여금 각 기관에서 활동 내용, 시간, 장소를 선별해서 활동하도록 권장하고 있다.

Many sports organizations have been founded due to the Increasing demand for sports with the development of leisure culture. As a social institution for sport facilitation, sports organizations should assure rationality and transparence of finance and operation by introducing a system for financial reporting as usually adopted for a profit-making corporation. Also, general regulations on the tax obligation in sports organizations have to be formulated more clearly. This study tried to derive some implications for the accounting and taxation obligations in Korean sports organizations based on a basic model of public sports organizations, formed with a profit-making organization and satisfying the requirements of public interest as regulated by German taxation law.

Today, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are considered to be an important actor in the policy process. Based on this fact, this study aims to analyze the perception of the housing-related NGOs in Korea. Questions were prepared around two main themes: housing welfare policy and local governance. The data were collected in 11 cities where multi-party talks on housing welfare were held in April and in May 2007. The results are as follows. When it comes to housing welfare policy, housing supply should be combined with rehabilitation policy of low-income households. The roles of local government are strongly emphasized. Stabilization of housing market is important, but concrete measures should be necessary to help those who cannot participate in housing transaction. Concerning local governance issues, local government is expected to play a great role in setting up a productive policy network; NGOs are inclined to rely on public aid; An emphasis is put on professional and academic education which can make housing welfare delivery system more effective. With the questionnaire survey results, evolution and characteristics of the NGO movements in the Korean housing sector and the recent change of housing policy orientations are explained. And, strengthening communication channel between central and local actors, participation of NGOs in the various housing surveys, establishing a regular forum on the local level, and so on, are proposed in the conclusion.

본 연구는 소프트웨어의 소스코드를 대상으로 보안 취약성을 자동으로 평가할 수 있는 방안을 연구하여 소프트웨어 취약점 관리의 자동화 기술 아키텍처를 제안한다. IT가 생활환경의 기반기술로 보급화 되며 소프트웨어시장이 가파르게 성장하고 있다. 영리 소프트웨어의 경우 개발기관에서 관리 및 지원을 하지만, 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 비영리 목적과 개발환경으로 인해 체계적으로 관리되기가 어려워 취약점이 발생하기 쉽다. 그럼에도 비용과 효율의 문제로 오픈소스가 광범위하게 활용되고 있어, 오픈 소스 소프트웨어를 도입한 기관 및 단체에 침해를 유발하고, 보안수준을 악화시키고 있다. 이에 오픈 소스 소프트웨어는 소스코드가 공개되는 소프트웨어라는 점을 활용하여 소스코드 수준에서의 취약점 관리 자동화를 지원함으로써, 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 활용하는 분야의 보안 환경을 안전하게 향상시킬 수 있다.

사설서버는 개발사의 동의 없이 게임 서버를 제작 및 운영 하여 게임에 대한 저작권 침해와 서비스의 권리 없이 영리나 비영리 목적으로 단체 또는 개인이 온라인 게임을 즐길 수 있도록 서비스 하는 행위 또는 서버 자체를 뜻한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사설서버에 대한 기술적인 대응 방법인 사설서버 방어코드에 대해서 제안 한다. 본 연구는 사설서버로 인한 게임 개발사의 피해와 사설서버에 대한 방어 방법, 그리고 실제 온라인 게임에 사설서버 방어 기술을 도입한 후 사설서버 방어의 효과에 대해서 조사를 한다.

This study examines financial performance of nonprofit performing arts organizations to provide concrete suggestions and improve their financial performance so that they can build strategies to continue organizational activities. This study investigates empirical data of IRS 990 tax form of top 73 US orchestras and analyzed GLS pannel. Dependent variables are measured as contributions and ticket sales, and independent variables are measured as economic environment, cultural capital, orchestra characters, government grants, and social capital. Based on the finding from the research, determination of contribution outcomes is positively affected by state employment and orchestra's internal characteristics including age, size and conductor's US nationality, government grants, and volunteer. Ticket sales are affected by employment, education level, orchestra's resources, government grants, and volunteer. However, a size of cultural market negatively influences on financial outcomes and cultural capital doesn't influence on results. Interesting finding is a relationship between volunteers and organizations is vital of their fiscal achievement. This is significant in empirical analysis on nonprofit performing arts organizations from an economic view point, and will contribute on organizations to improve their strategic plan to sustain a business.

최근 건설교통부, 해양수산부, 산업자원부 등 정부산하기관으로 물류업계의 권익을 대변하는 많은 협회 · 단체가 활동하고 있다. 23년의 역사와 전통을 가지고 있는 (사)한국물류협회를 비롯하여, 국제물류지원단, 한국유통물류진흥원, 한국물류관리사협회 등이라 할수 있다. 우리나라 물류산업이 급성장할 수 있었던 밑바탕에는 이들 협회 · 단체들의 노력이 있었다는 것에 누구도 이견을 가지는 사람은 없을 것이다. 이와같이 비영리 사단법인으로 공식적으로 활동해온 협회도 있지만, 단순히 연구회 모임으로 활동하는 학회나 소모임 동아리도 많다. 여러 모임 중에서도 국제물류연구회는 '한반도의 동북아시아 물류중심지화' 라는 비전의 실현을 향한 의지와 애정을 가진 산 · 학 · 연 관계자들의 토론 연구회 모임이다. 지난 2001년 9월 창립하여 매월 1회씩 정기적인 학술 세미나를 개최하면서 물류산업발전에 많은 기여를 해오고 있다. 창립 5주년을 맞이한 국제물류연구회는 현재 건설교통부 산하 사단법인으로 등록을 마치고 그 결과인 인가를 기다리고 있다. 앞으로 기존의 물류관련 학회와는 다른 연구회로 거듭나기를 기대해 보며, 국제물류연구회는 어떤 단체인지, 국내 물류연구회의 제2대 회장으로 있는 이호영 함부르크 항만청을 한국대표를 만나 보았다.

In the US, there are no governing bodies within the federal executive departments dedicated to the arts and cultural affairs. Direct government subsidies for the arts are relatively small compared to other countries with a comparable economy and standard of living. Nevertheless, the US produces artworks, artists, and arts groups, leading the world's arts and culture. Incorporating the concepts of network governance and shared governance, this paper examines the dynamic roles and interrelationships among various for-profit/nonprofit arts organizations, foundations, councils, service organizations, arts advocacy groups, and professional/amateur associations from the federal to local levels that compose the ecology of American arts and culture. Through our evaluation, we conclude that the local/state/federal arts agencies and arts organizations at various levels influence each other via the principle of subsidiarity and isomorphism, creating a unique cultural policy and arts-supporting system that correspond to the political and social structure and environment of the United States.

The main object of this study is explore to be consider a mediation model on the entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and business performance of the non-profit organization in the Western Gyeongnam and Busan Regions of South Korea. As a result, the $H_1$ was not shown to significantly the financial performance, and From $H_2$ to H8 was adopted to be effect on the variable. This study will be able to become data that is suitable system introduction in various field of Not-Profit organization and sector.
