This study aims to examine the influence of the philanthropic experience on the giving intention. There are many precedent studies arguing this influence but the empirical results are mixed or sometimes contradictory. We stipulate that this could be resolved by introducing the mediating variables such as trust and positive attitudes towards NGOs. Results of the empirical analysis based on the 189 person living in Seoul area show that philanthropic experience directly influence the giving intention, and it exert an influence on the giving intention directly through the trust and positive attitudes towards NGOs. And it is shown that the indirect effect produced by the mediating variables and process in less than the direct effect. Results support precedent studies emphasizing the important role of the philanthropic experience in the giving intention, and shed light on the process through which philanthropic experience determines the giving intention. A practical implication might be that we have to do a great effort to experience philanthropic activities in one's early age, and a theoretical implication be that researchers need to pay attention to find another mediating variables having explanatory power.

BSA(Business Software Alliance)는 미국의 시장 조사기관인 인터내셔널 플래닝&리서치(IRP)사에 의뢰해 각국의 소프트웨어 판매자료 및 시장정보를 바탕으로 사무용 소프트웨어 불법복제 실태를 조사했다. IPR의 조사방법 등 BSA 서베이의 신뢰성에 대한 의문과 BSA 회원사 10여개 업체들이 제공한 자료의 신뢰성에 대해 의문의 여지는 남아있다. 각 업계마다 자사의 매출 발표시 조금은 부풀려지는 수치들에 대한 정확한 확인, 자사 소프트웨어의 홍보를 위해 불법복제를 방조하는 현상들에 대해 고려된 조사인가 라는 측면에서 볼 때 100% 자유로울 수 없다는 지적들이 나오고 있다. 하지만 각 연도별 우리나라를 비롯한 정부의 활동과 소프트웨어 불법복제 단속과의 상관관계는 IPR의 조사결과에 신뢰성을 더해주고 있다. 이에 세계적으로 소프트웨어 산업의 균형발전을 위해 비영리단체로 설립된 BSA의 조사결과를 게재한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of donation expenditure details and the shift in awareness as a result of disclosure of donation expenditure details in order to promote constant donation by nonprofit organizations in the course of marketing activities. The first experiment was configured through $2{\times}2$ intergroup element design based on 2(feedback on donation expenditure details: available vs. unavailable) ${\times}$ 2(donation awareness: expenditure vs. exchange), and furthermore, MANOVA was performed. The results showed that the satisfaction with donation was higher when the donation expenditure details were disclosed(M=5.125, SD=0.437) and that the relation maintenance intention was higher(p<0.01) when the donation expenditure details were disclosed M=5.328, SD=0.459). In addition, the main effect was validated by using the bootstrapping method. The results of overall model validation showed that satisfaction & trust(=0.843, p<0.01) and satisfaction(=0.267, p<0.01) and trust(=0.691, p<0.01) had a positive(+) relationship. Based on aforesaid results, donors are expected to have greater trust if nonprofit organizations make effort to ensure transparent and detailed disclosure of information on expenditure of donations made by donors. Succeeding studies would need to investigate the effect that might vary depending on the type of feedback methods, etc.

최근 몇 년 동안 컴퓨터 업계에서는 신뢰 컴퓨팅, 특히 TCG가 내놓은 새로운 표준에대한 필요성과 기능, 그리고 새로운 가능성이 큰 이슈가 되어 왔다. TCG는 세계 IT 업계의 핵심 기업들이 중심이 되어 설립된 비영리 업계 단체로서 PC를 필두로 컴퓨팅 환경의 보안성 향상을 목표로 하고 있고, 이에 따른 여러 제품들이 출시되고 있다. TCG관련 제품 중 특히 TPM을 탑재한 PC 및 handheld PC가 국내 시장에서도 보급되고있고, 전세계적으로는 연간 5천만 대 이상이 TPM을 채용하고 있다. 이제 신뢰 컴퓨팅을 적용할 다음 목표는 임베디드 시스템 분야가 될 것으로 전망된다. 본 고에서는 신뢰컴퓨팅의 개념을 설명하고 TCG의 최근 동향과 애플리케이션을 살펴본다. 그리고, TCG에 속한 다양한 워킹 그룹들 중 특히 모바일 폰 워킹 그룹(MPWG)에 대하여 고찰한 후 결론을 맺는다.

최근 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 개방화 그리고 무선 모바일 통신 기술의 비약적인 보급으로 인하여 컴퓨팅 환경을 이루고 있는 각종 장치(PC, 모바일 단말, 저장장치, 네트워크 기기 등)가 다양한 형태의 보안 위협에 노출되어 데이터의 유실, 조작, 유출되어 금전적인 피해를 입거나 프라이버시 침해를 받고 있다. 이러한 문제를 근본적으로 해소하기 위하여 설립된 TCG(Trusted Computing Group)는 세계적인 IT 핵심기업들을 중심으로 구성된 비영리 단체로서 PC 혹은 모바일 기기 등의 단말과 서버 장비 그리고 저장 장치 및 네트워크로 구성된 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보안성 향상 및 데이터의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 TPM(Trusted Platform Module)이라는 반도체 칩을 신뢰의 기반(root of trust)으로 한 신뢰 플랫폼을 제안하고 있다. 한편 SaaS(Software as a Service)는 패키지 형태의 소프트웨어를 네트워크 서비스 형태로 바꾸어 사용량에 비례한 요금제로 과금하는 방식을 채택하고 사용자가 온디맨드로 요청한 서비스를 적시에 제공하는 기술로 최근 전세계적으로 각광을 받고 있다. 이때 다양한 컴퓨팅 환경 안의 사용자에게 높은 신뢰성과 보안성 그리고 연속성을 갖는 SaaS 서비스를 제공하고 데이터의 무결성 및 비밀유지와 정확한 서비스 사용시간을 기록하고 업로드하는 기능들을 제공하는 SaaS 플랫폼은 TPM기반의 신뢰컴퓨팅 기술을 통하여 쉽게 구현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일시적으로 네트워크와 차단된 상태의 PC 혹은 모바일 단말에서도 위의 조건들을 만족하는 SaaS 서비스를 지원하는 신뢰 플랫폼이 가져야 할 기능들에 대하여 분석-도출한 후 그러한 기능들을 제공하는 컴포넌트로 구성된 신뢰형 SaaS 사용자 플랫폼을 설계하였다.
