This study aims to examine the problems of the Article 31 of the Korean Copyright Act and to suggest the improvement of the Article 31. The study analysed the establishment and revisions of the Act and the Article 31. The study suggests the followings for the improvement of the Article 31: firstly, to limit copyright limitations for libraries operated by profit organizations but to extend copyright limitations for libraries operated by non-profit organizations, secondly, to abolish the system of property rights compensation, thirdly, copyright organizations and library associations closely discuss to solve the problems on reproduction prevention measures, the amount of reproduction, the inter-library loan of library materials among libraries.

금융서비스 분야의 급속한 개방압력하에서 국내은행들은 영업환경의 급변으로 심각한 경영위기에 봉착함에 따라서 어느 때 보다 경쟁력 확보가 급선무가 되었다. 장기적으로는 대형화와 전문화, 전문인력 양성 둥을 통한 경쟁력 확보도 중요하겠지만 우선적으로 과학적인 경영효율성 측정을 통한 은행내부의 비효율원인을 규명하고 문제점을 개선하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시중은행의 각 영업점 경영효율성의 측정방법간의 특성과 문제점을 찾고, 최근에 비영리기관의 경영효율성에 주로 이용되는 BEA기법을 적용하여 비효율의 원인을 규명하는데 중점을 두었다. 연구결과 은행 영업점의 규모를 지나치게 영세하게 운영함으로서 규모의 효율성을 이루지 못하였고, 주로 은행에서 경영성과측정수단으로 이용하고 있는 비율분석이나 회귀분석을 개별적으로 사용하는 것보다는 DEA기법을 병행 사용함으로서 측정상의 오류를 개선할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 또한 비율분석의 규명과 최적 생산규모점을 찾는데 DEA기법의 유용성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the current online PR activities focused on the websites of university archives. To achieve the goal, the research developed the indicators to assess online PR activities by synthesizing both the factors derived from the basic components and concepts of PRs at university archives and the existing indexes for evaluating the online PRs of related cultural organizations such as libraries, museums, archives, and non-profit organizations. The research found that most university archives did not have promotional activities positively because there was lack of archival information services development. Even if there were some archival information services, they were not actively publicizing the facts. On the basis of the results, the research suggested the alternatives to improve online PR activities and follow-up research topics to supplement limitations of the research.

Design and management of information and industrial engineering (DMIIE) is a project-oriented junior/senior class that integrates the methodologies of industrial and information engineering in order to solve real-world problems. It examines social issues, engineering approaches to solve the problems and business models that can generate sustainable value for society. This course help students use their engineering knowledge to assess and solve the problems faced by local community. By conducting real-world projects, students get an opportunity to refine their oral and written communication skills. In this paper, the experience of DMIIE course is presented. The effects of the community-based learning for a senior design course are discussed. The possibility of using this blended type of design course to meet the ABEEK outcomes is also stated.

Main research question of this study is based on situational gap between donation motivation and behaviour in non-profit organization. However, researches investigating the gap were limited. Therefore, this study examined components of psychological variables. Specially, we proposed the variables about consumer's impulsive motivation or behavior on impulse literature in donation toward non-profit organization. This study conducted a scale development to measure consumer's charity donation impulse based on non-conscious viewpoint. For the development of measurement tool for charity donation impulse, we conducted two stages of research process. First, the measurement items of charity donation impulse were developed through FGI and in-depth interview on experts. Secondly, the factor analysis was performed, and then some items were eliminated through this analysis. As a result, we found the final scale with 26 items, which were named as evaluation sensitivity charity impulse, reward sensitivity charity impulse, functional impulse, non-planning charity impulse. These results showed that the measurement items developed in this study were confirmed to be useful tools for measuring charity donation impulse.

조직의 업무활동에서 IT기술을 이용한 업무지원시스템의 필요성에 대해서는 이제 더 이상 논의가 필요가 없을 정도로 필수적 요소로 자리 잡았다. 최근에는 업무지원시스템을 웹기반으로 개발하여 원격지에서도 쉽게 접속하여 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 이러한 웹기반 업무지원시스템 개발을 위해서는 기존 HTML기반 웹의 한계를 극복하기 위한 개념으로 풍부한 사용자화면(UI)을 구현하기 위해 X-internet 관련기술을 이용해 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비영리 연구기관인 대구기계부품 연구원이 2006년 2월부터 2007년 2월까지 1년간 개발한 통합업무지원시스템의 구축배경과 과정, 정보시스템 개발결과 등을 소개하고자 한다. 이 프로젝트는 전체 목표시스템 구성으로 봤을 때 1단계 구축이 끝난 상태이며 전체적인 구축 및 운영성과에 대한 평가는 향후 시스템을 운영하면서 좀 더 자세한 분석과 연구가 필요할 것이다.

제 4차 산업혁명이 시작되고 있는 지금 소프트웨어 개발자의 수요가 늘어나고 이들의 교육이 중요해 지면서, 초, 중 고등학교 컴퓨터 코딩 교육이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 컴퓨터 과학 분야의 코딩 교육과 관련된 정부 및 비영리 교육기관들의 동향을 살펴보고, 정보올림피아드 경시 및 공모부분 대회, 해커톤을 통해 컴퓨터 과학 코딩 교육의 향후 방향성을 제시하였다. 이후, 코딩 교육을 통해 응용가능 한 학문분야에 대해서 다루었으며, IT 생태계의 활력을 불어넣은 스타트업 창업 사례를 제시함으로서 이후 코딩 교육을 받았을 때 향후 진로에 대해서 알아보았다.

효율성 평가는 그동안 주로 영리를 추구하는 기업들의 주된 관심사였다. 이에 반해 학교, 도서관 및 정부단체 등 비영리조직을 대상으로 한 성과평가는 이들 조직의 존립목적이 특별할 뿐만 아니라 조직활동의 성과인 산출물에 대한 계량화가 어렵다는 이유로 방치되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 들어 비영리조직에 대한 효율성이 이슈로 등장하면서 이러한 기관을 대상으로 한 효율성 측정방법론에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 프랑스의 경우, 공공서비스의 효율성 또는 생산성 측정의 방안으로 가장 널리 이용되고 있는 방법론은 전문가집단에 의한 항목별 평가다. This study focused on the Healthy Family Support Center and Multicultural Family Support Center, which supervise the main field of family resource management with institutional household factors. Our research objective was to present datas demonstrating an improvement in the organizational effectiveness of the Multicultural Family Support Center. The burn out average of employees working for the non-profit organization was 2.45, emotional burnout was 2.87, achievement was 2.43, and dehumanization was 2.06. The effectiveness average of the nonprofit organization was 3.56, profitability was 3.65, job satisfaction was 3.58, and organizational commitment was 3.45. The generic characters that caused burnout were age, information, and professionalism in research. The generic characters and burnout that affected the organizational effectiveness included a lack of accomplishment, and emotional exhaustion, and depersonalization, lack of information and professionalism, lack of external resources in that order. The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of burnout in order to prevent job changes and to provide basic data for the improvement of organizational effectiveness.

본 연구에서는 최근에 투입과 산출관계가 복잡한 비영리기관의 운영효율성을 평가하는데 많이 적용되고 있는 DEA분식기법을 이용하여 국내일반은행의 생산성을 상대적 개념에서 측정하고, 은행감독원에 의한 경영평가와 금융감독위원회의 은행퇴출평가 결과를 비교하여 봄으로서 평가결과가 타당성이 있는지 여부를 알아보았다. 금융감독위원회의 평가는 수익성, 건전성, 유동성, 내부유보 등 비율분석에 의한 평가와 BIS비율 등을 고려하여 평가해 왔기 때문에 다산출물 대 다투입물이 상호작용하는 것을 무시하고 있다는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그리고 은행감독원의 평가와 DEA기법에 의한 경영효율성 간에는 상당한 차이가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구 분석결과로는 1995년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 국민은행, 충북은행, 광주은행, 경남은행, 평화은행이며, 1996년도 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 광주은행, 제주은행, 동남은행, 전북은행, 국민은행, 1997년도의 효율성 값이 하위 5개 은행은 대동은행, 광주은행, 충청은행, 충북은행, 전북은행으로 분석되었다. 퇴출은행 5개중 1996년도에 동남은행, 1997년도에 대동은행, 충청은행만이 효율성 값이 하위 5위안에 포함되어 본 연구의 분석결과와 다소 상이한 결과가 분석되었다. 그리고 DEA 분석모형에 의하면 비율분석에서는 점검할 수 없는 은행의 상대적 경영효율성을 분석한 결과가 금융당국의 평가결과와 다소 일치한 점도 있으나 운영효율성 측면에서 퇴출대상은행이 효율성이 높은 은행으로 평가되어 금융감독위원회가 결정한 퇴출대상은행과 DEA 분석결과와는 상이한 결과가 도출되었다.
