Load Forecasting for Lunar New Year's Day and Korean Thanks-Giving Day (연휴에 대한 전력 수요예측)

  • 전력 계통의 운용 계획을 최적화 하기 위해서 수요예측에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존의 수요예측 기법의 최대 오차는 특수일이 토요일과 월요일인 경우와 연휴인 경우에 발생한다. 이 중 특수일이 토요일과 월요일인 경우는 퍼지 선형회귀분석법과 상대계수법을 이용하여 우수한 결과를 도출한 바 있다. 구정과 추석은 특수일 중 평일과의 부하 차이가 가장 큰 특수일이며 약 $45{\sim}50%$ 정도가 감소된다. 이러한 부하의 감소 폭은 서서히 줄어서 연휴 당일 4일 후에는 완전히 복구가 되며 연휴 전 부하가 낮아지는 시점은 연휴 당일 3일 전이다. 연휴 예측의 불확실성은 연휴 기간의 길이 변동 및 기타 다양한 변수들에 의한 유동성에 기인한다. 특히 추석의 경우 과거 데이터 이용에 더욱 신중해야 하며 타 특수일에 비해 부하 값의 예측이 힘들다. 또한 직전 평일 대비 추석 연휴의 부하는 변화가 심하게 나타나며 본 논문에서는 퍼지 선형회귀분석법을 기본으로 변형된 알고리즘으로 향상된 예측도를 제시한다.

  • In this paper, a robust direct adaptive contrdler is presented in a linear time-invariant. Continuous systems with unmodeded dynamics and bounded disturbance using a rmdified control law and the adaptive law to Compensate for the drawback of ${\sigma}$-modification algorithm. The proposed algorithm is awlied to a plant with unrmdeled dynamics represented as a singular perturbation. Boundness of all signals in overall system is guaranteed with mathematical analysis. simulation results are presented the effectiveness foc the first-order plant even in the presence of unmodelled dynamics or bounded disturbance simulatneousIy.eousIy.

  • In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy control system is proposed for the speed control of the ASV (Autonomous Surface Vehicle) with nonaffine nonlinear system dynamics. We consider the turning speed of the screw propeller to be the control input instead of thrust so that we do not have to know the exact function between turning speed and thrust. But in this case, the ASV becomes a nonaffine nonlinear system because thrust is a nonlinear function of the turning speed. To solve this problem, we propose a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy-model-based control system and simulation studies are performed. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

A Study on the Measurement Accuracy and Linearity of the Mandibular Kinesiograph (Mandibular Kinesiograph의 선형충실도 및 계측정확도에 관한 연구)

  • The validity of the Kinesiegraph (MHG-5R) output was studied using a non-ferromagnetic positioning device within working range of a 3 cm wide by 4 cm deep by 5 cm high three dimensional lattice. To determine how well observed values of the M K G outputs may predict case values of actual measurements, relationships between those values were tested by viewing scatter plots and correlation between observed values and actual values. In order to devise some form of served values of the M k G outputs (volts), statistical regression analysis was performed. The statistical analysis showed that observed values and actual values were strongly correlated. However, high correlation does not necessarily mean perfect predictability of given linear models. The formulated models were not able to predict all of acutal values this is partly 엳 새the discreteness of dependent variables (actual values) and also is because of independent nature of observed values. In conclusion, unless the Kinesiograph is suitably modified, the inherent nonlinearity characteristic of the system output limits its application to the measurement of a limited range of jaw movements.

  • The use of electric arc furnace has been increasing as the steel consumption is increasing and the operation technique of electric arc furnace are developing. But as the use of electric arc furnace is increased, the furnace have produced the adverse effects of power quality: voltage and current harmonics, voltage and current imbalances, low power factor, and voltage flicker. One of the power quality problems, the harmonic have the characteristics of the time-varying and non-linear. This paper analyzed the harmonics for the various operation conditions of electric arc furnace. The power system model with electric arc furnace have been made, and the harmonic's effects on the power system has been analyzed according to the various operating conditions, first melting, second melting, so on. Also, the filter reducing the harmonic components have been designed and its effects on the power system have been examined.

  • STATCOM은 전력 계통에 병렬로 연결되어 역률 보상, 전압 보상 그리고 비선형 부하에 의해 야기되는 불필요한 고조파 전류를 보상하는 기능을 한다. 고조파 전류의 경우 대개 전원 주파수의 배수 형태로 발생하며, 이를 보상하기 위해 활용될 수 있는 다양한 제어기 중 하나로써 반복 제어기를 적용하였다. 공진 제어기의 무한한 합과 등가인 반복제어기의 경우, 모든 배수 고조파에 대한 제어가 가능하기 때문에 다양한 부하에 의한 예측 불가능한 고조파 전류를 보상해야 하는 STATCOM 제어에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 반복제어기를 적용한 고조파 전류 제어기를 소개하고, 그 성능을 15kVA 축소 모델 실험으로 검증한다.

Nonlinear Input-Output Feedback Linearizing Control for Power System Stabilization (전력계통 안정화를 위한 비선형 입출력 궤환 선형화 제어기)

  • Many nonlinear controllers for the power system are based on nonlinear models involving the power angle as an element of the state, and therefore the reference value for the power angle is needed. As this reference value is not generally available, it is difficult to apply such nonlinear control methods in practice. To deal with this problem, we present an input-output feedback linearizing control scheme by selecting the output as a combination of the squared voltage and the relative frequency. It is shown that the internal dynamics are locally stable with controllable damping, and that the frequency remains bounded for all time. Simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • This paper presents a Case-Sort method to solve the unit commitment problem using database in electric power systems. The formulation of the unit commitment nay be described as nonlinear mixed integer programming. However, it is hard to optimize a problem with discrete and continuous variables in a large-scale system at the same time. The Case-Sort method is based on the unit[MW]generation cost considered drive hour. Then, this paper shows effectiveness and economical efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

  • 산업발전과 전력용 반도체 소자의 비약적인 발달로 부하설비가 첨단화, 자동화 되면서 전력변환장치 등 비선형 부하 사용이 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 전력계통에는 고조파와 불평형이 필연적으로 발생하게 된다. 이러한 고조파와 불평형은 전력품질을 악화시킴으로써 설비의 효율 감소는 물론 전기적 사고와 불필요한 전력손실을 야기시키고 있다. 본 연구는 하이브리드변압기 동작원리 및 에너지절감 이론을 연구하고 실제 현장적용을 통한 에너지 절감효과 및 전력품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

  • In adaptive neuro-control, neural networks are used to approximate unknown plant nonlinearities. Until now, most of the studies in the field of controller design for nonlinear system using neural network considers the affine system with fixed number of neurons. This paper considers nonaffine nonlinear systems and on-line variation of the number of neurons. A control law and adaptive laws for neural network weights are established so that the whole system is stable in the sense of Lyapunov. In addition, at the expense of th input, tracking error converges to the arbitrary small neighborhood of the origin. The efficiency of the proposed scheme is shown through simulations ofa simple nonaffine nonlinear system.
