이산 환형 방식의 비구면 렌즈 연마 경로에서 체재 시간 제산 알고리듬 (Dwell time calculation algorithm in aspherical lens polishing with discrete annular tool path)

  • This paper describes a dwell time calculation algorithm for polishing tool path generation in the small toot polishing process of the axis-symmetrical lens. Generally dwell time control in the polishing machines means that small polishing tool stays for a dwell time at the specific surface position to get the expected polishing depth. Polishing depth distribution on an aspherical lens surface consists of the superposition of the local polishing depth at the each dwell position. Therefore, tool path generation needs each dwell time together with tool positioning data during the polishing tool movements on the aspherical lens surface. The linear algebraic equation of removal depth removal matrix and dwell time is formulated. Parametric effects such as the dwell d interval are simulated to validate the dwell time calculation algorithm.

  • A Study of birefringence in an aspheric lens of injection molding became more important to improve its optical properties. In the present study, the experimental study was carried out to investigate the relationship between birefringence and injection molded conditions. The processing factors are conditions include packing pressure, packing time, injection speed, melt temperature of optical resin and wall temperature. Birefringence was observed figures by using a polarizer in light. This experiments were carried out using the simulation software and injection molding machine.

  • This study examines the use of ill-structured problem to help the 4th graders' problem solving and reasoning. It appears that children with good understanding of problem situation tend to accept the situation as itself rather than just as texts and produce various results with extraction of meaningful variables from situation. In addition, children with better understanding of problem situation show AR (algorithmic reasoning) and CR (creative reasoning) while children with poor understanding of problem situation show just AR (algorithmic reasoning) on their reasoning type.
