The way of approaching 'the relationship between love and justice' varies from person to person. We can argue for superiority of love or for superiority of justice by understanding the relationship between the two as conflicting. We can also argue that we need each other by understanding each other as a complementary relationship rather than an oppositional relationship. Hegel, however, sees love and justice as independent constitutive principles valid in different areas and does not regard the two as opposing nor complementary. This can only be understood when the structure of Hegel's theory of recognition is properly assumed. The relationship between love and justice will be considered mainly in Hegel's theory of recognition. Key philosophical points of Hegel's theory of recognition and consequences drawn on the relationship between love and justice on the basis of the theory will be examined. This can be summarized in the form of a thesis, roughly as follows. - Hegel presents love, justice and solidarity, that are various forms of recognition, to a family, a civil society and a state, that are three forms of social relations, as their constitutive principles. He does not grasp the relationship between love and justice as oppositional nor as complementary, that is different from many people's general perspective on the relationship of the two. - In Hegel's theory of recognition, love and justice differ in the areas in which they are valid. Love is a valid principle in the intimacy, and justice is a valid principle in non-intimacy. So, if justice and rights are asserted in intimacy, the area of intimacy is destroyed. Conversely, if love is asserted in non-intimacy, it cannot exercise real influence. - In the political community such as a state, where intimacy and non-intimacy overlap each other, the principle of solidarity is needed as a new constitutive principle, since a state does not stand on the principle of love as in a family nor on the principle of justice as in a civil society.

The goal of this study is to suggest various improvements and expanding strategies of the public library ecosystem. For this goal, researcher reviewed and analyzed the realistic landscapes and social recognitions about the public library ecosystem as local public goods, and discoursed the basic principles and structural terrain of public library ecosystem based on natural ecosystem. As a result, researcher proposed multifaceted alternatives (ensure library's identity and publicity applying Law of Karma, strengthen librarian's professionalism on the premise of overcoming the Minerva's syndrome, optimize the library service and collection management based on the Pareto principle, reduce reading room and differentiated program through resolution of Halo effect, eliminate usage bias by life cycle based on the Gauss distribution, acceptance of the digital paradigm and use-friendly spatialization that ruminates the Icarus paradox, incorporate small library into public library system through a clear understanding of the Gresham's law, and enforce communication and spread social and cultural value through the practice of the Pompeii paradox).

"사용자 중심의 디자인(User-Centered Design)" 은 좋은 사용성을 가진 제품을 만들기 위한 사용되는 보편적인 접근방법중의 하나이다. 그러나 투자대비 최대의 가치 창조라는 경제성 원리와 개발 기간의 제약을 고려하면 개발 중 사용성 평가를 통해 발견된 문제들을 모두 제품에 반영하는 것은 거의 불가능 하다고 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 발견된 문제들에 대한 우선 순위를 정의한 후 가장 중요한 문제점에 대해 먼저 개선하는 전략이 필요하다. 기존의 사용성 문제에 대한 우선 순위는 주로 문제 자체의 심각도를 고려하여 결정되었다. 그러나 사용자가 인식하는 사용성(Perceived Usability)를 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 효용을 우선적으로 제품에 반영하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 카노의 사용자 만족 모델을 활용한 사용자 효용과 사용성 문제들의 잠재가치를 고려한 사용성 문제 분류를 기구 사용성 평가 가이드라인의 제작에 적용하였다. 제안된 분류에 의해 디자인 가이드라인을 1) 반드시 만족 시켜야하는 제품 사용성 기준, 2) 경쟁사 대비 우위를 유지하기 위한 비교평가 기준으로 나누어 정의함으로써 단일 제품의 절대적 평가가 아닌 경쟁사 제품과의 비교 평가를 통한 개선 방향의 제시에 Kano 모델을 기반으로 정의된 사용성 문제들의 효용가치분류가 효과적이라는 것을 본 연구를 통해 보이고자 한다.

This study analyzed on the basis of the norms and experience the Seongnam youth dividend ordinance. Youth dividend pros in the normative dimension to understand in order to achieve social justice. Further, youth dividend can replace the existing policy. On the other hand, the opposite of youth dividend is pointed out that the policy is ambiguous without morally justifiable. Also it has been pointed out inefficiencies means. Youth dividend Pros empirical dimension is a social considerations measures, there is a need for innovation by the failure of existing measures. On the other hand, youth dividend opposed to target efficiency is low, and that the problem is often to the contents of the salary. Because both sides are too contrast, consensus is difficult, can be political point of view is a significant impact. The basic income is a new thought experiment for human self-realization. Therefore, the production social welfare policy personality is a different policy science. That is, it is a long-term care social policy that requires a holistic life support. In addition, a non-empirical policy that requires a material support for the substantial freedom. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the philosophical meaning than scientific evaluation of traditional policy aiming to realize autonomous life. Therefore, radio waves of basic income through the welfare politics and exercise is still important strategy.

Recently. the interest in Physical distribution has increased in economic geography This paper aims to review and prospect the internatonal physical distribution studies of international trade and international freight flows. And it has examined the changes in methodology of international physical distribution. Author has defined international physical distribution as the physical distribution of international trade and international freight flow The results are as follows : (1) As the methodology of international physical distribution studies developes, the physical distribution should be recognized not only as transportation phenomenon but also as total logistics which is understood as the combination of production and consumption including information flow. (2) The studies about model of international physical distribution flow ill need to study regional relations including urban, in the future. And economic geography and location theory adding culture and behaviour elements will be restructured, because not only state but also multinational corporation appear as trade subject in global economy. (3) The studies for the relation of habor and its hinterland in Physical distribution need to analyze the factors causing habor use with decision-making behaviour of corporation. (4) After oil crisis. as air freight is important, the studies for hinterland and foreland of freight centering international airport are needed because of necessity of light and small freight. flexible Production system, free trade, and high speed freight transportation of freshing food and flowers and so forth.
