블록체인은 금융 및 비금융을 막론하고 광범위한 응용이 예상되는 신생기술이다. 2017년 공식표준화기구의 대표격인 ISO와 ITU-T에서 블록체인 표준화가 본격적으로 개시되었다. 본 고에서는 이러한 블록체인 관련 국제 표준화 현황을 살펴 보고 향후의 전망과 이에 따른 대응 방안을 검토한다.

This study examined the organizational status of female employees in three major over-the-air broadcasting companies in South Korea in terms of both formal and informal organizational structures. Quantitative and qualitative analyses were conducted for the data collected through the official statistical documents on Korean broadcasting industries, in-person/telephone interviews, and survey. The results show that the proportion of female employees in the three major over-the-air broadcasting companies remained relatively unchanged at about as low as 10 per cents during the past 10 years, Furthermore, most of them are positioned in the lower hierarchical positions. The informal organizational status of female employees in terms of informal organizational culture, informal network, and mentoring, also reveals inequal conditions in many respects. Concerning role assignments, no significant evidence of sexual discrimination was found. Discrimination against women in assigning core roles such as political and economic news reporting and drama producing, however, was still prevailing. Currently, a marked increase of female proportion is observed among newly hired reporters, producers, and announcers. In the long term, these trends can bring positive changes in the status of female employees in the broadcasting industry organization.

This research is on the relationship among organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior focused on the moderating effect of transformational leadership. The objective of this research is to conduct positive verification of organizational communication impacting on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, to perform positive verification on moderating effect of transformational leadership. The variables are downward communication, upward communication, unofficial communication, organizational citizenship behavior including participatory actions, altruistic behavior, mindful behaviors, and transformational leadership. It was verified on survey of 232 peoples. The verification and analysis results will be provided to impact of organizational communication on organizational citizenship behavior, the downward communication impacts all elements of citizens' behaviors, and upward communication impacts of participatory actions. On the other hand, the unofficial communication did not impact at all. Moreover the results of moderating effect of transformational leadership. The transformational leadership act as moderator in downward, upward communications. but did not act as a moderator on the unofficial communication. The research suggests to use transformational leaderships to commanders and leaderships at military organizations to put efforts on active communication in order to manage unit more effectively and efficiently and to make members of organization to voluntarily. It is assessed that this paper will serve as a reference to whoever in military reform group or organization working for military developments working for creating elite forces.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mental similarity and internal locus of control, which are the characteristics of an organizational member, and individualism and power distance, which are an individual's sense of value, on mentoring function in an informal mentoring relationship of ROK army. For corroborative analysis, the sample was collected from 547 questionnaires, which contain validate data out of 1,000 questionnaires distributed to junior officers working at ROK army's division level unit. The data proved that, First, mental similarity and internal locus of control positively effected upon mentoring function. Second, individualism positively effected upon mentoring function while power distance had a negative effect on it. Thus in an informal mentoring relationship of ROK army, a mentee perceived as he or she gains more support from mentoring function when a mentee recognizes higher mental similarity, individualism, and is in an internal locus of control. On the other hand, a mentee who perceived higher power distance felt as he or she gets less support from mentoring function. Through this investigation, the significance of influential components of mentoring function in a mentoring relationship of ROK army was demonstrated, and these research results could be highly supportive for a future research based on mentoring relationship.

For the continuous information security governance, we have to focus on not just technical aspects like access control and DRM, but informal level management like information security(IS) behavior, culture, and personal value. But there are few informal level studies, while many formal level studies of IS governance or technical means. This study is an empirical test that how IS culture, normal beliefs, personal behavior and value affect employee's deviant behavior. And we define a lack of an awareness of value and importance on IS regulations in organizations as "Information Security Anomie" with the concept of anomie, a viewpoint on social organization.

본 논문은 복잡다단한 환경변화에 효과적으로 대응하기 위하여 오늘날 여러 학문 분야에서 주로 이용되고 있는 복잡계 이론의 사고와 방법론을 기반으로 테러대응을 위한 분야별 제 접근에 대하여 논하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우리는 수많은 테러조직 및 테러환경 요인들과 연결된 복잡한 시스템 속에서 활동하고 있기 때문에 이 모든 것을 이해하고 통제하며 예측하면서 대응한다는 것은 사실상 애초부터 불가능한 일일지도 모른다. 테러대응 역시 테러대응 관계 기관간, 관계 기관 전담 부서 내의 구성원들의 상호작용뿐만 아니라 넓게는 정부, 민간단체, 산업체, 학계, 언론 등 나아가서는 국가간의 이해 관계자, 국제기구 등 테러대응 분야의 다양한 조직들의 참여하에 이들의 상호작용으로 공식적, 비공식적 의사 결정을 통한 방안들을 모색하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 이에 따라 초기조건의 민감성, 프랙탈과 자기유사성, 자기 조직화, 창발, 공진화, 혼돈의 가장자리의 복잡계 이론을 통하여 테러대응 분야의 적용가능성을 은유적으로 탐색할 수 있을 것이다.

개방형 플랫폼이라는 안드로이드의 특성을 이용해 블랙마켓 애플리케이션이 급격히 활성화 되어 불법 애플리케이션이 유통 되고 있다. 불법 애플리케이션의 유통은 마켓의 수익 구조가 파괴되어 개발자들의 개발 의지를 저하시켜 마켓의 활성화를 저해하는 요인이 되며 악성코드 배포의 경로가 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 공식적으로 유통하는 안드로이드 마켓과 비공식적으로 유통하는 블랙마켓 "Blackmart Alpha"의 월별 애플리케이션 등록건수를 비교 분석해 불법 애플리케이션 유통의 현황을 파악하였다. 이는 향후 애플리케이션의 불법적 접근을 사전에 대응하는 방법과 함께 불법적으로 변형된 애플리케이션을 검증할 수 있는 방법 위한 것이다.

횡월류위어는 홍수 피해 경감을 위해 계획되는 방수로나 저류지의 유입부에 주로 사용된다. 따라서 이러한 횡월류위어를 통해 방수로나 저류지로 월류되는 월류량을 정확히 예측하는 것은 이러한 시설의 홍수 피해 경감 능력을 예측하는데 있어 매우 중요하다. 횡월류위어를 통해 흐르는 흐름은 매우 복잡하기 때문에 일반적으로 이러한 흐름을 분석하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 대부분의 횡월류위어 유량계수 공식은 De Marchi의 해석해와 다양한 실험 자료에 근거하여 제시되고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 횡월류위어 유량계수에 대하여 많은 공식이 제안되어 왔지만, 대부분의 공식이 유사한 형태를 가지고 있으며, 횡월류위어의 상류에서의 프루드수$(Fr_1)$를 제일 중요한 설계 인자로 고려하고 있다. 그러나 최근 횡월류위어에 대한 연구가 점차 발전됨에 따라 횡월류위어 상류에서의 프루드수 외에도 위어높이와 횡월류위어 상류 수심의 비(h/y), 그리고 횡월류위어의 길이와 본류 폭의 비(L/B) 등이 고려되고 있다. 그 중에서 L/B 의 효과는 점차 중요하게 고려되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 연구자들이 사용한 실험 장비들은 상 대적으로 높은 L/B 조건을 가지는데 반하여, 현재 국내에서 계획되고 있는 천변저류지 등에 설계된 횡월류위어의 설계 범위는 대체로 $1/10{\sim}1/200$이므로 기존 연구자들의 실험 범위와 매우 다르다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 상대적으로 폭이 넓은 실험 수로를 이용하여 횡월류예연위어의 유량 계수에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 지금까지의 실험 결과에 의하면 동일한 실험 조건에 대해서 기존 연구자들에 의해서 제안된 공식으로 계산한 유량계수 보다 측정된 자료를 이용하여 계산한 유량계수의 값이 상대적으로 더 큰 것 으로 나타났다. 통해 배수될 때 암석이 머금고 있는 물로 인해 추가적으로 발생하는 중력은 다른 재료가 가지지 못한 화산석의 또 다른 장점이라 할 수 있다.서는 자료변환 및 가공이 필요하다. 즉, 각 상습침수지구에 필요한 지형도는 국립지리원에서 제작된 1:5,000 수치지형도가 있으나 이는 자료가 방대하고 상습침수지구에 필요하지 않은 자료들을 많이 포함하고 있으므로 상습침수지구의 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 서비스하기 위해서는 많은 불필요한 레이어의 삭제, 서비스 속도를 고려한 데이터의 일반화작업, 지도의 축소.확대 등 자료제공 방식에 따른 작업 그리고 가시성을 고려한 심볼 및 색채 디자인 등의 작업이 수반되어야 하며, 이들을 고려한 인터넷용 GIS기본도를 신규 제작한다. 상습침수지구와 관련된 각종 GIS데이타와 각 기관이 보유하고 있는 공공정보 가운데 공간정보와 연계되어야 하는 자료를 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 단계별 구축전략이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 GIS를 이용하여 상습침수구역관련 정보를 검색, 처리 및 분석할 수 있는 상습침수 구역 종합정보화 시스템을 구축토록 하였다.N, 항목에서 보 상류가 높게 나타났으나, 철거되지 않은 검전보나 안양대교보에 비해 그 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 나타났다.의 기상변화가 자발성 기흉 발생에 영향을 미친다고 추론할 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 추론된 기상변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에 있어서 시장수익률을 평균적으로 초과할 수 있는

본 연구에서는 질문지법을 이용하여 과학기술분야 연구자들의 정보요구를 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 정보요구별 탐색행태를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 특정 정보요구에 대해 비공식 커뮤니케이션 채널이 정보탐색에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 탐색과정에서 이용자가 느끼는 정보부족의 원인에 대해서는 정보요구별로 어느 정도 차이가 있는 것이 확인되었다. 반면, 정보탐색환경에서 연구자들이 중요하게 생각하는 요소는 정보요구별로 큰 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 정보요구를 바탕으로 과학기술분야 연구자의 탐색행태 분석결과를 적용함으로써 이용자 특성에 따라 개별화된 과학기술 정보 서비스를 기대할 수 있다.
