Despite the importance of the program development activities and the necessity of the systematical investigation on the features of the program development activities in the social service agencies, it has been observed that recent social work studies have ignored an important study area of program development, including the activities of collecting data in the process of program development in social service agencies. Therefore, this study was undertaken to investigate salient features of the activities of collecting data for program development in the social welfare centers in Korea. A questionnaire was constructed with three parts, including a dependent variable and 6 independent variables, and 201 questionnaires were collected from 353 agencies during two months. As the result of the descriptive analyses, the five noticeable features were found, (1) the activities of collecting data for program development in the agencies are very active; (2) staff in his/her twenties are in charge of program development; (3) diverse data are collected in the process of program development (4) hard data are more collected than soft data in the process of program development; (5) the respondents are more despondent on knowledge learned from individual studies than knowledge learned from academic institutes. Multiple regressions were applied to analyze the relationship between independent variables and three kind of dependent variables - total feature of data collecting, collecting hard data, collecting soft data. The result showed that the total feature of data collecting was critically influenced by social workers' autonomy, openness, and knowledge learned from academic institutes, and workload. The activities of collecting hard data was influenced by the above variables, except social workers' workload, The activities of collecting soft data were influenced by the social workers' autonomy, openness, and knowledge learned from academic institutes, and workload. Major findings were discussed and several suggestions were made for future research and improvement of the program development in social welfare centers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of perceived self-efficacy in the effects of informal communication and mindfulness practice on non-class-related behavior in the Team-Based Learning(TBL) using smartwork tool. To do this, total of 80, college students participated in this survey. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, informal communication do not have a direct effect on non-class-related behavior but perceived self-efficacy mediates the effect of informal communication. Second, mindfulness practice do not have a direct effect on non-class-related behavior but perceived self-efficacy mediates the effect of mindfulness practice. Third, informal communication and mindfulness practice have positive effect on perceived self-efficacy. In this study, we suggested the importance of perceived self-efficacy in establishing the TBL policy using smartwork tool.

The prior studies on the practical lawyer's information seeking behaviors, including Leckie et al. (1996) model showed that role of the work and nature of the work in attorney's practices had an significant influence on the attorney's information seeking behaviors. This study now asks if these prior analyses can be applicable to attorneys' practices nowadays. This study performed surveys and interviews with 21 practical attorneys in korea who were grouped by their experience period and the size of law firms. This study concludes that role of the work in Leckie et al. model still affects the attorneys' information seeking behaviors today and moreover, the attorney's experience and the size of law firms as variables also have made an impact on attorney's behaviors so far. By the way, this study further finds that the attorneys prefer the digital information in online database and formal information like statutes or case laws. These results are definitely different from them of the prior studies. In addition, this study suggests that the behavior such as meaningful using of the informal information in difficulties with improper information can be kinds of the attorney's information seeking behaviors.

This study examines that in what types and to what extent. scholarly information is communicated through formal and informal communication channels among Korean physicists and also analyzes the behavioral traits of researchers participating in communication process. Based on the results from the data analysis, several suggestions are given in the viewpoint of the libraries and information librarians.

Recently, rotation symmetric Boolean functions have attracted attention since they are suitable for fast evaluation and show good cryptographic properties. For example, important problems in coding theory were settled by searching the desired functions in the rotation symmetric function space. Moreover, they are applied to designing fast hashing algorithms. On the other hand, for some homogeneous rotation symmetric quadratic functions of simple structure, the exact formulas for their Hamming weights and nonlinearity were found[2,8]. Very recently, more formulations were carried out for much broader class of the functions[6]. In this paper, we make a further improvement by deriving the formula for the Hamming weight of quadratic rotation symmetric functions containing linear terms.

정보통신산업은 네트워크산업으로서 다른 산업에 비해 상호운용성 확보라는 목표달성이 매우 중요시되고 있으며 이를 위해 국내뿐만 아니라 국제표준화활동이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 지금까지 표준화활동은 대체로 ITU와 같은 공식적인 국제표준화기구를 통하여 이루어져 왔으나 최근 세계경제의 글로벌화에 따라 기업이 시장경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략적 수단으로서 공식표준보다 사실상표준을 활용하는 경향이 두드러져 표준화활동의 대변혁시대를 맞이하고 있다. 이러한 표준화환경의 변화에 따른 사실상표준의 중요성이 부각되면서 특정기술을 토대로 한 포럼활동이 최근 매우 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우선 최근 큰 변혁기를 맞이하고 있는 표준화환경의 변화상을 살펴보고 이에 따른 표준화의 역할변화와 공식표준과 사실상표준의 차이점을 분석해 볼 것이다. 이어 최근 표준화에 중요한 역할을 하는 국제포럼의 주요특성별 분류와 공식표준화기구와 관계, 전반적 활동추세에 대해 분석해 볼 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to explore the phenomenon of the sharing, reuse, and citation of research software. These practices are playing an increasingly important role in scholarly communication. The researchers found that the citation and reuse of research software are currently uncommon or at least not reflected in the Data Citation Index (DCI). Such citation was observed, however, for the newer software in a number of prominent repositories. The repositories Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN) and Zenodo received the most formal software citations. The researchers observed both formal and informal forms of citation when researchers reused software. The latter form involves mentioning research software in passing in the main text of articles, while formal citations appear in the references section. In addition, our comparative analysis helps to explain the phenomenon of self-citation of research software.

클러스터링 성능 평가를 위한 척도로 여러 공식이 개발되어 사용되어왔다. 이들 평가척도는 가급적 범위가 제한되며, 가환성이 있고, 비편향적이며 단일 척도일 필요가 있다. 기존 평가 척도에 대해서 검토한 후 비편향적인 단일 척도 WACS를 개발하였다. 클러스터 수를 달리하는 클러스터링 결과에 대해 여러 평가척도를 적용해서 성능을 평가하는 실험을 통해서 WACS 척도가 평가척도로서의 요건을 만족시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.
