  • This study conducted an actual analysis on the effects of smart phone experience marketing by brand on consumption value and purchase intention for Chinese consumers who are interested in smart phone purchase experience or products. In addition, experience marketing was classified into five components such as sense, emotion, cognition, behavior, and relationship. The results, In the effect of the components of experiential marketing on purchase intention, sense, act, fell, and relate had an obviously positive impact on purchase intention, however The result is that think does not affect. The results of this study are more effective when considering the five components of smart phone experience marketing. This The study will contribute to the projecting and establishment of long-term experience marketing of smart phone producers by continuously providing experiences related to the direction of pursuing brand image.

  • As brand has increasingly influenced on marketing activities, local government, agricultural enterprises, and individual farmhouses autonomously develop and promote their own brands in the field of agrifood. Among developed brands, however, it could be possible for products with having no competitiveness and continuous control to lapse in the marketing. This study aimed to try develop to brand equity model in order for agri-food brands to evaluate and complement in the agricultural company. For doing this, ERRC were administered to interview the brands experts to discuss rice. The results of the analyses indicated that the areas with attribute weight of assets may consider bonding with customers for enhancing the value in the brand equity.

  • In case of Aju capital, it adopted a strategy to use a single brand not two separate brands after M&A was completed. In order to implement this strategy, it has endeavored to effectively process the work of shifting existing marketing infrastructure of DAEWOO capital, the mergee, spending enough transition time for the brand migration. In the process of merging, Aju capital picked the strategy to use the brand of mergee first, which is the Daewoo Capital brand, and then took a transition time for a while to converge to the single brand of Aju capital. Putting another way, even if the M&A deal was completed back in 2005, it maximized the effect of launching its final brand "Aju capital" by capitalizing on the positive image of "Daewoo" during the transition time and changing its name just in the right moment. In a bid to implement this strategy successfully, it established a cautious but sophisticated brand migration strategy. 1) "Brand bridge" strategy through reinforcing brand power of "Naegeron", which is an individual product brand of Daewoo Capital 2) Establishing a good brand image through reinforcing customer satisfaction 3) It implemented and completed its brand transition initiative by going through the step of Aju Capital brand unification (from Sept 09 to present) Currently, the sales unit of Aju Capital is realizing quality growth through specialization. It's strategy is to construct a systematic sales portfolio in terms of both quality and quantity through product-by-product specialization where the existing practice was selling a variety of products in a single branch. Back in 2009, it opened a branch that specialize in imported cars and expanded its used car business to 6 specialized locations. Besides, the specialized locations for personal loan named "Naegeron" was expanded from 3 to 11 locations. Recently, it is expected that it will inject vigor to retail and corporate financing business alongside with its core business, which is auto financing.

Media Mix for Webtoon Character Marketing : Focusing on (미디어믹스를 활용한 웹툰 캐릭터 마케팅 : <하마탱의 일편단심 하여가>를 중심으로)

  • Similar to the other cultural contents, the character industry is based on the media which acts as the technological background. In fact, the character industry is the process of that a created character accesses to the consumers via media, builds its value and becomes licensed as a brand in the market. Therefore, it is crucial to select the most effective media for the consistence of a character in the market, as well as for construction of a higher brand quality of the character. Today, "Webtoon" might be considered as one of the marketing means which utilizes the Internet media for raising the character as a brand. Webtoon has apparent strength because it can be produced in shorter period and with less expense than through other media. Furthermore, Webtoon can be simply featured by the easiness of two-way communication and transference to another media through it. For these reasons, and according to the result of analyzing some Korean Webtoons, it seems obvious that the most effective media in character marketing is the Internet. In addition to the Internet, the strategic development in the media-mix is also important for establishing a brand of a character. However, the effective media-mix is available only when the character's external identity meets with the trait of its media. For the purpose of learning how the media-mix works when a character reaches for the consumers, a character "Hamataeng" was born and used in the experiment. This study will explain the marketing process through the use of own-created Webtoon and other contents, and suggest the ways to build a brand of a character. In addition, it is also indicated that a media-mixing strategy for transformation and expansion of the character to other media.

The Effects of Consumer-Brand Relationships on Brand Charisma and Brand Loyalty (패션 소비자-브랜드 관계가 브랜드 카리스마와 브랜드충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of consumer-brand relationship on brand charisma and brand loyalty. Four hundred and ten consumers living in Seoul and its suburb participated in this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability, and structure equation modeling were used. The results were as follows. First, three factors of an 'affection', 'commitment', and 'trust' of advertisement were produced for consumer-brand relationship. Second, all three factors of consumer-brand relationship affected positively on brand charisma. Second, except 'affection' factor, two factors affected significantly on brand loyalty. Third, brand charisma affected positively on brand loyalty. Based on these results, this study would provide fashion marketers more efficient brand marketing strategies.

  • As current business environment is experiencing radical changes, interest in brands has increased theoretically and practically. The growing interest in brands creates the need for brand equity measurement and management models that help companies manage and fortify brands continuously. Given the situation, this study analyzes effects of brand equity on purchasing behavior of consumers. Outcomes of this study can be employed as integrated brand management system in order to satisfy corporate needs for systematic brand management. This model has been developed in an effort to transcend varied limitations of other previous studies and existing models. Consequently, the practical value of this model is highly expected. Beyond the mere concept of brand for establishing differentiated position against competitors, contents of the study cover extended forms of brand equity and brand performance. This model has been tested through practical applications of fifteen brands from three product categories. Despite several disparities among the categories, the study has revealed that the overall market performance of the brands is correlated with the brand power and other factors in the model. As the importance of brands is growing, brand management is an essential step for power branding. And brand management requires extensive brand diagnosis. The practical results of this study indicate that companies should put an emphasis on brand-oriented management as core strategy of their business.

Effects of brand image on brand relationship quality and reuse intentions in baby food (영유아 이유식 브랜드 이미지가 브랜드 관계의 질과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effects of brand image of baby food on brand relationship quality and reuse intentions. Methods: A total of 211 questionnaires completed by customers who bought Brand B baby food were obtained from empirical research. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0 were employed for statistical analysis. Results: Customers perceived Brand B baby food as "Convenient", "Professional", "Reliable", "Famous", and "Healthy". Overall, the results indicate that perceived image for Brand B baby food had a significantly positive effect on brand relationship quality in terms of self-concept connection, commitment, and partner quality and intimacy. In addition, commitment and partner quality and intimacy had significantly positive effects on reuse intentions for Brand B baby food. Conclusion: The results of this study reveal the importance of brand image in baby food to improve brand relationship quality in terms of commitment and partner quality and intimacy as well as reuse intentions. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize positive brand image as a key factor in forming relationships between consumers and brands as well as search for ways to apply marketing strategies based on brand image.

  • This paper provides a review of the research on the relationship between consumer rumor and marketing management in general, and rumor's effects on brand in particular. Also corporations' efforts for managing negative rumor were discussed. In the subsequential article, this study analyzes the consumer's perception of the origin of rumors through contents analysis method, and performs ANOVA study in addition to identify if brand assets such as brand loyalty and brand involvement can affect rumor credibility perception significantly. Based on these results, this study considers some implications for brand crisis management and communications. According to the results, a brand rumor can affect both the corresponding brands and competitor's brands at a time and the relationships between existing favorable brand attitude of consumer and rumor credibility are not significant enough.

The Effect of Experience Marketing on Brand Attitude and Brand Loyalty of Beauty Salon Franchise Stores (프랜차이즈 미용실에서의 체험마케팅이 브랜드 태도와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the relative importance level of experience marketing on brand attitude and brand loyalty in beauty salon franchise stores, and attempted to raise the competitiveness of beauty salon services by presenting this elements as experience marketing strategy directions for beauty salon franchise store management. A questionnaire was used for this study on 350 adults residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and SPSS 20.0 statistics package was used for analysis. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, five factors that make up experience marketing in beauty salon franchise stores were found. They were sensory marketing, relative marketing, emotional marketing, cognitive marketing and behavior marketing. Brand loyalty was categorized into the two factors, attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Also, we found that experience marketing had a statistically positive impact on brand loyalty. Secondly, experience marketing of beauty salon franchise stores was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. Thirdly, we found that the brand attitude of beauty salon franchise stores had a statistically significant positive effect on brand loyalty.
