  • 데이터 사이언스가 경영, 학술, 교육 등의 전 영역에 확산되면서 변화를 이끌어내고 있다. 문헌정보학과 도서관의 입장에서 데이터 사이언스라는 대세를 수용하는 전략에 대해서 데이터 리터러시를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 데이터 리터러시, 통계 데이터 리터러시, 실무 데이터 리터러시의 세 가지로 나누어 살펴본 결과, 데이터 리터러시는 데이터와 관련된 기술과 역량을 강조하는 용어로서 문헌정보학과 도서관 현장에서 데이터 사이언스를 주도적인 입장에서 수용하는 브랜드로 육성시킬 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

  • Intellectual property rights play a key role in employment creation and income generation plays an important role, especially in the creative economy. Many companies are ultimately increasing efforts to boost the company's financial performance, such as maximizing profits by building a strong brand assets amid committed to brand management in this paradigm. Reasonable evaluation and commercialization of technology transactions, financial assistance, investment decisions, trademark brand value for the reactivation (revitalizing) for the purposes of M & A, litigation, brand strategy will be said to be very important. In spite of the importance, the awareness of the property and the capabilities to assess are hardly sufficient. Thus, this study, targeting companies with valid trademarks for value assessment, conducted case analysis by cost method and income approach; the analysis presented the result from 2.05 million by the cost method to 2.7 million by the income approach applied to a variable discount rate and adjustment contribution. However, now that the implication was drawn from a single company, further studies covering case study and application plan according to scale and type of diverse company groups should be continued.

  • This study attempts to measure the performance of franchise brands using the Enterprise Contract Management(ECM) and Franchise Contract Management Leverage(FCML). The data were collected from 14 chicken franchise brands and 16 coffee franchise brands. This research suggests some implications as follows. Chicken franchise brands are confronted with the slow growth, but coffee franchise brands still have the potential growth. According to FCML, as well, it shows that chicken franchise brands should focus on qualitative performance through franchise store management to achieve sustainability, and coffee franchise brands need the managerial strategies to maximize franchisees' sales profit, which leads increasing franchisor's business performance ultimately.

  • Recently SNS product reviews are excessively increasing. However, many SNS reviews are under feeble regulation than how big and powerful that their awarenesses are. This problem leads to consumers' discontentment on product reviews on online. This study aims to analyze how SNS product reviews characteristics: informativeness, entertainment, reliability and familiarity attribute on consumers' purchase intent and brand attitude. However, at this time, consumers' high discontents (stored-knowledge) expect to have negative affect on product reviews thus I put this as a regulation effect. This study is consisted of 240 examinee who check SNS product reviews before buying products.

  • Many domestic and international airlines that experienced dramatic recession due to COVID-19 pandemic are carefully being ready to normalise operations as a number of governments has begun to vaccinate for COVID-19. So with the same market share from domestic to short distant international services, the competition between Full Service Carriers (FSC) and low cost carriers (LCC) is anticipated to be more intensive. To explore the concepts such as the perception, value, attitude and faith of the object, this study implements Q methodology proposed to complement the limitations of quantitative and qualitative research methodology. As a result, the consumers of airlines' brand are divided into three types - the type of utility seeking, value-oriented and task-related. Using Q samples which consist of 25 statements, this study specifically approached the traits of each type by observing the subjectivity with the comparative P sample group that is made up for 20 participants. By discovering the type of FSC and LCC's brand asset and comparing the recognition of consumers, not only does this study evoke the need for a strategic direction of the effective management of Airlines' Brand asset but also have a signification in the way that especially provide hypotheses for follow up studies.

  • Since launching a spoonful yogurt 'Yoplait' for the first time in the nation, Binggrae Co. has established the reputation of the Yoplait brand, and secured its leading position in the yogurt market. This study examined how Binggrae as a market pioneer (in the spoonful yogurt market) or a market follower(in the drinking yogurt market) has developed and responded to the yogurt market in which competition between companies are becoming fierce. Instead of being bound by conventional competition rules, Binggrae was found to have implemented distinctive marketing strategies for new products. That is, providing new values, the company led the market to change the paradigm of competition in the yogurt market. Together with long-term strategic marketing plans to manage the assets of the Yoplait brand, Binggrae Yoplait is required to put continuous efforts into marketing to lead the market.

  • An enterprise has evolved to meet social changes and customers' requirements. The construction industry has also evolved according to the changes and requirements, therefore it comes to manage the relationships with customers. However, the customer management in the construction industry has not been quite genuine, since it has been mainly oriented for public relations and advertisements of companies. The genuine customer management should not only systemize customer data but also provide strategy to utilize it through managing relationships with customers as well as customers themselves. In order to apply customer relationship management (CRM), which is a more aggressive and structured business strategy, this paper tries to redefine customers in the construction industry; identifies differences from the existing CRM business strategy; and suggests a desired CRM business strategy and it roles in the construction industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare employee's job satisfaction in the Korean and Foreign brand restaurants, and to suggest some guideline for efficient human resource management. Korean and Foreign brand restaurants are highly showed high vision, pride oneself, and job satisfaction in the restaurant business but payroll is recognized low. Overall job satisfaction is recorded highly in the Korean brand restaurants, but turnover intent is for high foreign brand restaurants. Payroll is the strongest correlates of employee turnover. The guidelines are to continuous evaluation, monitoring about job satisfaction as well as incentive for the high achievement, to establish distinct employee program for reaching high goal & achievement, to provide opportunity self -development and motivation for raising worker's skill, and to utilize regularly video program which discuss complaints between employee and seniors.

  • In 1990s with the increasing of consumers' standard of life and change of life style, there has been an increase of import from overseas license brands and a new participation of big enterprises, as well as small and medium enterprises in local fashion market. As a leading fashion company with a long tradition and technique, the INDIAN brand of Sejung Inc. needs to establish a new image to preoccupy relative superiorty in the competition with other brands and satisfy future consumers in the present situation of 1990s. Therefore, for developing of its image, we made an investigation of three-dimentional marketing about business environment, and after setting up the B.I concept, we initiated to express a visual image. Through a made-up question after the completion of those works, we decided our logo mark and completed the entire design system, including the basic and applied elements of main design items of INDIAN B.I Finally, to maximize the effect of the brand identity, it is necessary for us to keep the principles in making the shape of design, to take care of them thoroughly, to make all the members' thinking and behavior unite concerned with the brand, and to execute continuous educational programs for practice of B.I. conciousness with the public relations when B.I. will be appeared on the market.

  • SCM(Supply Chain Management)와 로지스틱스에 관한 관심은 최근 몇 년간 많은 사람들의 관심을 끌고 있다. 수많은 혁신기법들을 통해 사업 내 낭비의 요소들을 찾아 비용을 절감하면서 생산성 향상을 통해 기업의 수익을 올리는 식의 방법에 한계를 느끼던 기업은 상대적으로 관심이 적었던 SCM과 물류관리 방면으로 눈을 돌리게 되었다. 특히 많은 기업들은 국가의 인지도와 기업의 이미지와 기술력을 통한 경쟁력이 해외로부터 인식되면서 과거 OEM 방식의 통한 수출에서 벋어나 자가 브랜드로 해외 진출을 꾀하면서 OEM 제품과 자가 제품들에 대한 관리를 위해 해외 거점에 대한 관심이 커지기 시작하였다. 이 논문에서는 지리정보시스템(GIS)을 사용하여 국내 기업의 미주 물류거점 구축 전략을 설명한다. 기업이 물류거점을 결정할 때 어떤 방식을 이용하는지, 의사결정지원시스템으로써 지리정보시스템을 어떻게 사용하고, 어떤 과정을 거쳐 물류거점이 결정되는지를 설명하게 될 것이다.
