Structural Model between Golf wear Brand Authenticity and Brand Attachment and Loyalty (골프웨어 브랜드 진정성과 브랜드 애착 및 충성도 간의 구조적 모형)

  • This study attempted to provide basic data on the golf wear brand strategy plan by verifying the structural model between golf wear brand authenticity, brand attachment, and loyalty. Therefore, subjects with experience in purchasing golf wear over the past 12 months were selected as samples, and 292 copies of data were used for final analysis. As for the data processing method, frequency analysis, internal consistency of reliability, confirmatory factor analysis of validity, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted. The program utilized SPSS (ver. 21.0) and AMOS (ver. 20.0). As a result of the study, first, it was found that the brand authenticity of golf wear had significant effect on brand attachment. Second, brand attachment of golf wear had significant influence on loyalty. Third, brand authenticity of golf wear had significant influence on loyalty. Lastly, brand attachment between golf wear brand authenticity and loyalty showed partial mediated effect.

The mediating effects of design values on the relationship between consumers' design evaluative elements and brand loyalty (소비자 관점에서의 디자인 평가요소와 브랜드 충성도 관계에 대한 디자인 가치의 매개효과)

  • Product design is being recognized as an important source of sustainable competitive advantage. This research explores the effects of design evaluative elements on brand loyalty through design values. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, most design evaluative elements have positive effects on design values. Aesthetic, unique, feminine, noble, and utilitarian elements of design evaluation influence three types of design values: rational, kinesthetic, and emotional. While unique design evaluative element does not have significant effects on rational and kinesthetic design values, it has significant affect on the emotional design value positively. Secondly, three types of design values have positive effects on attitudinal brand loyalty. In addition, emotional and kinesthetic design values have positive influences on behavioral brand loyalty. However, the emotional design value has an indirect effect on behavioral brand loyalty through attitudinal brand loyalty. Lastly, attitudinal brand loyalty has a significant influence on behavioral brand loyalty positively.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the brand equity on the guest satisfaction and the loyalty in buffet restaurant. To achieve the purpose, this study, firstly, identifies the brand equity of buffet restaurant guests. Secondly, to explore the factors of brand equity, guest satisfaction and loyalty. Thirdly, to research the effect of brand equity on guest satisfaction and loyalty. Fourthly, to research the effect of guest satisfaction on loyalty. Data were collected from individuals by face-to-face interview who visited the buffet restaurants located in the region of southern gyeonggi. The questionnaire was distributed of the 250 copies and used 221 in the analysis by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. The results of this study were as followed that the brand equity of buffet restaurants had partially positive effect on the guest satisfaction, that the brand equity did not influence on the loyalty at all and that the guest satisfaction had a positive effect on the loyalty.

The Effect of Rice Co-Brand Assets, Trust, and Attachment on Loyalty (쌀 공동브랜드의 자산, 신뢰, 애착이 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study deals with the relationship among trust, attachment and brand loyalty of agricultural products' rice co-brands, which are the staple food of the people. The research method established the hypothesis of the study under the foundation of prior research and developed the survey. The subjects of the study were distributed, retrieved, and analyzed the survey of 163 rice farmers in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The empirical analysis results show that: First, hypothesis 1 of the brand awareness and image that "rice brand assets will be a positive relationship to trust" were statistically adopted. In particular, statistical t values showed a difference in consumer confidence over recognition>images. Second, hypothesis 2 of the trust of agricultural rice brands will be a positive influence on attachment and loyalty' statistically supported. In this regard, brand trust was higher in loyalty than attachment. Third, the attachment of agricultural products to rice brands will be a positive influence on loyalty,' was statistically supported. The strategic implications of this study are as follows. First, consumers should be given clues of trust(ex, GAP of Natioanl Approval Licesing, Fam Tour) as they distrust the perceived quality of the rice in the market. Second, the effect of the origin of rice is questionable, so the spread of the production power system should prevent the mixing of rice varieties, that is the spread of the production history systems.

The Effect of Hair Shop Brand Trust on Loyalty Behavior and the Moderating Effect of Brand Awareness (헤어숍 브랜드신뢰가 충성행동에 미치는 영향과 브랜드 인지정도의 조절효과)

  • This study is a study on the relationship between brand trust in beauty companies leading to consumer loyalty behavior. This study investigated the importance of brand trust and verified the moderating effect of brand awareness. The subjects of the survey were consumers with experience in using hair beauty services, and a self-written survey was conducted from December 15, 2019 to December 30, 2019. A total of 288 copies of response data were used for analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used. Hairshop brand trust was classified into professionalism, favorability, and honesty. As a result of the analysis, professionalism had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior, and honesty had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior and social loyalty behavior. Favorability did not show an influence relationship. As a result of verifying the moderating effect of brand awareness, it was found that professionalism and honesty play a moderating effect in the influence relationship between social loyalty behaviors. This study aims to provide an effective direction to stably establish the relationship between the brand trust and customer relationship of the hair shop in a rapidly changing competitive environment.

  • Coffee houses' key factors to succeed in the market are not only a basic element -the taste of coffees- but also brand image, satisfaction and consumer fidelity that food service industries take into account overall. The goal of this study is to find out the relations among brand image, brand attitude and fidelity. To this end, coffee was selected among other products due to its characteristic that the difference of its quality between brands is not very noticeable. Through an analysis of each coffee house's brand image in this saturated coffee market, the influence of brand image on consumers' preference was found out. In this process, not only a strategy for each coffee house's growth and development but also the relations between brand image, brand attitude and brand fidelity would be researched, resulting in a creation of more systematic strategies.

  • The current study investigated multiple dimensions of brand personality for kids' fashion brands according to the brand personality scale of Aaker (1997) through an online survey of 500 women in their 20s to 40s raising children. The extracted brand personality factors, such as sincerity, competence, and excitement, showed positive and direct effects on brand loyalty. However, while sincerity and excitement turned out to have indirect effects mediated by brand identification on brand loyalty, competence did not have significant indirect effect. However, as a result of examining the moderated mediating effect according to the child's gender on the brand personality's mediating effect, in case of daughters, the effect of competence was strengthened, whereas the effects of sincerity and excitement were turned out to be increased in case of sons.

  • 제품의 편익이나 기능 뿐 아니라 소비자가 필요로 하는 감성의 자극이 충족 될 때 브랜드에 대한 신뢰와 만족도는 더욱 높아진다. 본 연구는 선행 문헌 고찰을 통해 스마트폰 브랜드에 대한 사용자의 감성적 경험 가치가 브랜드 충성도에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 도출하고, 국내에서 선호도가 높은 3개의 스마트폰 브랜드를 대상으로 실증적인 분석을 하여 이를 검증 하였다. 그 결과 감성적 경험가치가 브랜드의 만족도와 충성도에 영향을 미침으로써 성공적인 브랜드로 연결되는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였고, 이를 토대로 현 브랜드들이 소비자와의 감성 교감을 통해 브랜드의 감성가치를 향상시키고 브랜드 성공으로 가기 위한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

A Study on Effects of Sustainability of Convention Events on Brand Equity and Customer Loyalty (컨벤션행사의 지속가능성이 브랜드자산 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine effects of sustainability of convention events on brand equity and customer loyalty. This paper also explores the mediating role of brand equity amid sustainability of convention events and customer loyalty. The four determinants ofsustainability of convention events examined in this study are economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, social sustainability and event sustainability. Brand equity refers to performance, social image, value, trust worthiness, and attachment. The findings are as follows: (1)most sustainability of convention events have a positive effect on each brand equity's elements; (2)all sustainability of convention events have a positive effect on loyalty; (3)brand equity of convention is significantly related to customer loyalty. (4)brand equity plays a mediating role between sustainability of convention and customer loyalty. The findings will not only be useful in improving the structure of sustainability of convention events, but also in enhancing competitiveness in Korea's convention industry.

Research about The Effect of Customer-Brand Relationship of Fashion Social Brand on Brand Equity (패션 사회적 브랜드-소비자 관계가 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • 사회적기업의 브랜드를 추구하는 패션 소비층은 개인적인 가치 기준을 바탕으로 합리적인 소비생활을 하며 브랜드 이미지를 중시하고 자신만의 감도를 찾는 공통된 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 패션 사회적 브랜드는 새로운 각도에서 소비자들을 이해하며 환경변화에 능동적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 패션 사회적 브랜드-소비자 관계의 세부적 요인이 브랜드 자산 구성요소들에 미치는 구조적 관계에 대해 규명하며, 연구결과를 기준으로 패션사회적 브랜드가 소비자의 구매행동을 예측하여 보다 효율적인 브랜드 전략을 진행하는데 있어 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2015년 4월 1일부터 30일까지 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 패션 사회적 브랜드 상품구매경험자를 800명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 20.0, AMOS 20.0을 사용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이상을 바탕으로 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 인지도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 감성적 유대는 브랜드 인지도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 브랜드-소비자 관계의 행위적 몰입, 감성적 유대, 인지적 믿음은 브랜드 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 이미지는 브랜드 태도 및 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 패션 사회적 브랜드의 지각된 품질은 브랜드 이미지, 브랜드 태도, 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 패션 사회적 브랜드 태도는 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
