금년부터 국제기준(GHS)에 따른 새로운 화학물질 분류∙표시제가 시행이 되며, 실내공기질 관리대상이 확대되고 포름알데히드 기준이 강화된다. 또한 종전에는 폐기물적법처리시스템을 지정폐기물만을 전산입력토록 하였으나, 2008년 8월부터는 사업장일반폐기물까지 전산입력 대상이 확대된다. 폐수 배출허용기준 강화, 폐기물 수출∙입 신고제도 시행 등 2008년부터 달라지거나 새롭게 시행되는 제도를 분야별로 정리하였다.

In this paper, we classify next generation mobile communications services into service categories and develop service evolution scenarios for developing the next generation mobile communications service roadmap in NGMC Forum. Firstly, Service categories are defined based on the purpose of service usage. Secondly, the services are classified into the categories and their relationship is analyzed. The candidates of services to be classified and analyzed include all kinds of services discussed in a conceptual level as well as current mobile/Internet services. Finally, we develop a service evolution scenario in each service category. When the next generation service road map is developed based on the results of this paper, it is expected to secure the initiative and enhance the competitive edge in the field of the next generation mobile communications.

저성장, 실업률이 심화됨에 따라 일자리 중심 정책은 현 정부의 최우선 정책과제로 급부상하였다. 이러한 정책기조로부터 정부는 R&D분야에서도 고용영향평가 제도를 통해 도출된 성과를 R&D 사업의 예산배분 보조지표로 활용하는 방안을 검토하고 있다. 허나, R&D분야는 기술개발에 따른 고용창출효과의 발생 시점을 추적하기 힘들며, 기술개발로 인한 일자리에 대한 부(-)의 영향도 존재하기에 기존의 고용영향평가 방법만으로 R&D분야의 고용창출효과를 산출하는 것은 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 R&D분야에서 고용영향평가에 적용될 수 있는 일자리 유형들을 분류하고, 일자리 유형별 정의 및 R&D 사업의 일자리 유형별 사례를 분석한다. 분석결과는 정부 R&D 사업들의 고용창출효과 산출과정에 활용 시 도움이 될 가능성이 있으며, 현 R&D분야의 고용영향평가 제도에 대한 절차 및 문제점을 분석하는 차원에서 큰 의의가 있다.

This study investigated the utilization and interrelatedness of Scopus subject categories. To conduct this study, major and minor subject categories of journals listed in the 2017 Scopus index were used. The results showed varying degrees of interrelatedness of subject categories. At the major subject category level, the utilization was the highest in Medicine, while Social Sciences showed a greater degree of interrelatedness in comparison to Medicine. Yet, at the minor subject level, 2700 General Medicine was particularly dominant in terms of utilization and interrelatedness. Moreover, co-occurrences of minor subject categories showed varying degrees of interrelatedness between pairs of minor subject categories. Pairs of minor subject categories showed the following characteristics: a) two subject categories having identical or closely identical descriptions, b) two different categories having an interrelationship by subject areas, and c) one category conceptually encompassing another category. Due to varying degrees of utilization and interrelatedness among subject categories, minor subject categories that may greatly influence the major subject categories in conducting research studies should be investigated in detail.

이글은 한국은행 산업분류 세분류 404 부문 중 정보통신부문에 해당하는 (1) 유선통신기기, (2) 무선통신 및 방송기기, (3) 컴퓨터 및 주변기기, (4) 통신시설, (5) 초고속망서비스, (6) 부가통신, (7) 소프트웨어 개발 공급, (8) 컴퓨터관련 서비스 분야를 중심으로 대기업과 중소기업의 고용창출 효과를 활동 상품 틀이라는 분석도구를 이용해 파악해 보는데 있다. 분석결과, 정보통신 분야별 산업활동에 대응하는 대기업의 고용승수는 컴퓨터 관련 서비스업 (0.0196), 소프트웨어 개발공급업 (0.0186), 유선통신기기업 (0.0152), 통신시설업 (0.0146), 컴퓨터 및 주변기기업 (0.0132) 등의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 정보통신 분야별 산업활동에 대응하는 중소기업의 고용승수는 통신시설업 (0.0165), 컴퓨터 빛 주변기기업 (0.0151), 유선 통신기기업 (0.0143), 컴퓨터관련서비스업 (0.0126) 등의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이와 같이 분석된 정보 통신 분야별로 대기업과 중소기업의 고용창출효과는 현실적으로 직면해 있는 IT 분야의 고용창출 문제를 해결하는데 중요한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

A knowledge classification is based on different types of knowledge system. which depends on classified objects, purposes, times, regions, and scholars. The classified contents. however, do not show any significant difference in any times or regions, though there are differences in representation methods and in arrangement priority of representing knowledge, Knowledge or library classification reflects the structure of a contemporary society and is decided by social philosophy of the time. The basic structure of knowledge system in the past was formed in the ancient time, and since then, it has been continuously developed. In the course of this process, the development of studies has generated other branches of studies, playing a significant role in changing the whole system of studies. This kind of development will continue to occur and many new branches of information will appear. resulting in taking each category of knowledge classification.

머신러닝 및 인공지능 기술의 발전은 다양한 분야 활용되고 있고, 이는 보안 분야에서도 마찬가지로 로그 분석이나, 악성코드 탐지, 취약점 탐색 및 대응 등 다양한 분야에서 자동화를 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 취약점 탐색 및 대응 분야의 경우 2016년 데프콘에서 진행된 CGC를 필두로 바이너리나 소스코드 내의 취약점을 정확하게 탐색하고 패치하기 위해 다양한 연구가 시도되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 취약점을 탐색 및 대응하기 위해 각 연구 별 탐색 기술과 대응 기술을 분류 및 분석한다.

딥러닝 기술의 발달로 인해 다양한 응용 분야에서 해당 기술 활용 시 좋은 성능을 보임에 따라 부채널 분석 분야에서도 딥러닝 기술을 적용하는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 초기 딥러닝 기술은 데이터 분류 문제를 해결해야 하는 템플릿 공격과 같은 프로파일링 기반의 부채널 공격에 집중되어 적용되었지만 최근에는 프로파일링 기반의 부채널 분석 뿐만 아니라 상관 전력 분석 등과 같은 논프로파일링 기반 부채널 공격, 파형 인코딩 및 전처리, 부채널 누출신호 탐색 등으로 연구범위가 확대되어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 이용한 부채널 분석 기술의 최신 연구 동향을 분야별로 체계적으로 정리 및 분석하고자 한다.
