지금까지의 교통사업 평가 및 대안선정을 위한 평가 방법은 주고 경제성 평가에 치중하여 왔다. 또한 정부 및 공급자 외에 지역주민이나 이용자 등의 의견은 공청회등을 통한 의견 수렴을 제의하고는 계획 및 평가단계에서의 참여는 제도적으로 없는 실정이다. 이에 따라 적지 않은 수의 교통계획 및 대안 선정 사업들이 제반 평가요인에 대한 불충분한 고려와 또한 지역주민들의 반대에 부딪혀 취소 또는 재고되고 있다. 따라서 교통 계획 및 평가 단계에서의 관련 의사결정자의 제도적 참여를 가능케 하고 사업과 관련된 제반 평가 요인을 평가틀 내에서 고려할 수 있는 다 판단 기준분석 평가방법 (Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods: MCDM)이 대두, 요구되고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 제 방법 중 순위 선정 및 제반 평가요인의 고려에 장점을 가지고 있는 계층 분석법을 이용하여 교통사업의 대안선정에 있어 최적노선을 평가 선정하고자 한다. 본 사례를 통하여 다판단 기준 분석 평가방법의 도입 필요성 및 교통사업평가에의 유용성 및 적용성을 제시하고자한다.

본 논문에서는 정보보호제품의 평가 수요 증가에 적극적으로 대처하고, 양질의 평가서비스 제고를 위한 CCRA 요구사항 수준의 평가기관 요구사항을 분석 및 도출한다. 이를 위하여 CCRA의 평가기관 요구사항 및 ISO/IEC17025의 요구사항을 분석하였으며, NIST Handbook 150, NIST Handbook150-20 등 CAP 국가들의 평가기관 인정과 관련된 표준문서들을 연구하여 각 CAP 국가들의 평가기관 요구사항들을 분석하고 평가기관의 평가자 양성을 위한 교육 및 자격 부여 프로그램들을 비교 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the official medical tourism websites in several countries. We compared the websites of three countries using the 4 criteria(e.g.,contents, convenience, design, interactivity). The evaluation of accessibility and subjective perception were conducted by websites users. Total 77 cases were used for the analysis. For the statistical analysis of data, MANOVA was used. According to the MANOVA analysis, The Malaysia website received the highest mark in accessibility and subjective perception. Each of the evaluations showed a significant difference among countries.

This study measures and compares the performance of research and development (R&D) programs in government-funded research institutes (GRIs) in terms of qualitative and quantitative approaches to find out strategic insights for improving performance evaluation policy. In particular, we adopt the evaluation results from the real data of K institute in 2015 for a qualitative evaluation and the results of data envelopment analysis (DEA) for a quantitative evaluation. Comparative analysis of the R&D performance of 14 programs finds that the difference between the evaluation results of qualitative and quantitative approaches is significant. From this finding, we suggest several strategic directions to complement two approaches each other.

The Government is putting efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity of performances of National R&D Programs by enacting 'Law on Evaluation and Management of Performances of National R&D Program'. This study is the result of development of evaluation model and indices for analysis of efficiency through meta evaluation method for the specific evaluation among evaluation systems for National R&D Program that are being carried out at government-wide level. Meta evaluation model for analysis of efficiency of evaluation system for National R&D Program designed evaluation indices by categorizing compositional factors into 5 categories, namely, evaluation context factor, evaluation resources factor, evaluation process factor, evaluation result factor and evaluation utilization factor. Furthermore, the result of verification of reliability on evaluation composition factors and evaluation indices analyzed to select evaluation items displayed Cronbach' $\alpha$ coefficient of 0.933, thereby illustrating that there is no major problem in the evaluation index system. In addition, computation of weight for each evaluation composition factor and evaluation index was analyzed by using analytical hierarchy process (AHP) technique. The result of analysis displayed overall consistency index of less than 0.1 for the investigators, thereby enabling analysis that there is consistency in investigators.

소프트웨어 분석은 어떠한 관점을 가지고 소프트웨어 산출물의 속성을 평가하고 평가결과에 대한 원인을 밝히는 행위를 말한다. 이 논문에서는 분석의 체계를 정립하기 위하여 다음을 수행하였다. 첫째 분석의 정의를 내리고, 종합과 비교되는 분석의 일반직 개념, 평가, 측정, 측정법과의 관계를 밝혔다. 둘째, 분석의 관점이 되는 속성을 이해하고자. 속성들을 특징에 따라 분류하였다 마지막으로 속성별, 산출물별로 기존의 분석 방법을 조사하고 기존의 분석 방법을 평가하였다.

본 연구는 소방대원의 화재진압 업무를 인간공학적 평가도구(RULA, REBA)를 이용하여 분석하고 타업종(병원, 자동차업종)과의 비교를 수행하였다. 첫째, 소방대원들의 업무 중 화재진압 업무의 인간공학적 작업자세 분석 및 평가하여 극단적인 작업자세에 대해서 살펴보았다. 요구조자 1인 운반법은 RULA, REBA의 평가결과에서 모두 정밀조사가 필요하고 즉시 개선 조치가 요구되는 4단계로 평가되었다. 둘째, 화재진압 업무와 타업종과(병원, 자동차업종)의 분석 결과를 비교 분석을 실시하였다. RULA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 72%로 자동차 업종(74%)에서의 평가결과 보다 낮게 나타났지만 병원업종(37%)보다는 높게 나타났다. REBA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 36%로 병원(9%)과 자동차 업종(24%)에서의 평가결과보다 높게 평가된 것으로 나타났다.

정보사회와 컴퓨딩환경의 발전으로 언어, 학력, 인지도 등의 평가도구로서 컴퓨터기반의 평가환경이 보편화되었다. 특히 컴퓨터기반의 학력평가 환경을 위해서는 문항의 난이도와 변별도 등 문항의 특성을 정확히 분석하는 것이 필수적이다. 문항분석은 컴퓨터기반의 평가를 위한 양질의 문제은행 구성 및 문항과 수험자 능력의 정확한 추정과 체계적이고 과학적인 평가를 위한 전제조건이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 고전평가이론의 문제분석을 적용한 문제은행 시스템을 구현하였으며 수험결과를 분석하여 각 문제의 곤란도나 변별도, 문항분포도를 통하여 문제를 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수험자가 각 문제를 푸는데 걸린 시간을 기록하여, 수험자의 문제에 이해도를 정확히 분석하고 수험자의 추측, 랜덤 선택 등으로 인한 정답을 맞힐 가능성과 한 문제를 읽고 이해하는 시간이 너무 오래걸린 이유에 대해서도 추정하였다. 문제분석 및 수험결과의 평가 및 분석으로 교사들은 문항의 양호도를 높일 수 있고 문제은행에 저장되어 있는 문항들을 수정하고 보완하여 양질의 문항을 출제할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 연구는 유아용 시트 고정 장치 커버의 개폐 시 사용자가 느끼는 물리적 영향도와 감성적 영향도의 상관관계를 분석하여 주요설계인자와의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 커버의 형상이 각기 다른 차종을 선정, 주요설계인자에 대한 치수를 측정하고, 시험기를 이용하여 개폐 시 사용자에게 가해지는 물리적인 힘을 측정하였다. 또한, 감성평가 체크리스트를 통한 사용자의 감성평가도 실시하였으며, 감성평가의 기준은 힘평가(힘만 고려한 평가)와 감각평가(힘을 제외한 평가)로 분리하여 평가하였다. 정리하면 기계적으로 측정된 물리적 힘과 감성에 의한 힘평가의 결과값을 비교 분석하여 두 측정값의 상관관계를 분석하고자 하고, 또한 감성평가 중 힘평가와 감각평가 사이의 관계도를 분석하여 주요설계인자에 대해 어떠한 감성적 영향을 미치는 가를 알아보고자 한다. 최종적으로 유아용 시트 고정 장치의 최종 제품에 대해 감성을 고려한 설계인자를 제공하고자 한다.

This study focused on the public library evaluation indicators in 2022 to examine the changes and improvement recommendations. In addition, this study analyzed the results of changes in the proportion between the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Eventually, there was a comparison between the current and previous evaluation outcomes. Furthermore, we examined the effectiveness of the current evaluation groupings of libraries. Then, we tried to discover new quantitative evaluation variables that affected the evaluation score calculation. Finally, we proposed a method for estimating variables through standardization and individualization, as well as a scheme to encourage the voluntary participation of public libraries in the evaluation.
