하천의 합류부는 지류와 본류가 만나 수리 및 수질 특성이 변화하는 구간으로 매우 중요한 지점이다. 따라서, 최근에는 ADCP와 같은 측정장비를 활용하여 실제하천을 대상으로 합류부의 수리학적 혼합거동을 분석하는 많은 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 대부분 중소하천 규모의 합류부를 대상으로 연구가 수행되었고, 유속이 존재하는 하천을 대상으로 연구가 수행되었다. 그리고 기존의 연구들은 대부분 수리특성을 활용하여 합류부의 지형학적 특성을 함께 고려한 연구가 대부분 수행되어 합류부의 수질적인 혼합거동을 분석한 사례는 매우 드물다. 이에 본 연구에서는 낙동강과 황강합류부에서 ADCP와 YSI를 활용하여 본류의 유량이 지류에 비해 매우 크고 저유속인 대하천에 유입되는 지류를 대상으로 수리·수질 특성을 기반으로 혼합 패턴을 분석하였다. 수리특성 분석을 위해 ADCP를 활용하여 수심평균유속분포, 2차류를 분석하였고, 수질특성을 분석하기 위해 YSI의 전기전도도(EC)를 수질인자로 활용하여 합류부의 혼합 거동을 분석하였다. YSI 장비는 보트에 장착하여 단면 혹은 수심방향으로 이동식으로 적용하였고, 공간위치는 동시에 운용된 ADCP의 GPS자료와 연동하였다. 분석결과, 기존의 ADCP의 유속측정 결과로는 본 연구대상과 같은 저유속 대하천에서 공간적 혼합 거동을 포착하는데 한계가 나타났다. 반면에, 수질인자(EC)를 연계하여 합류부 수질의 공간분포를 나타낼 경우 본 대상인 황강-낙동강 합류부와 같은 평수기 저유속 대하천의 혼합거동을 포착 및 분석할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 대하천의 저유속인 합류부의 혼합 거동 분석은 유속분포와 같은 수리특성과 함께 수질인자(EC)를 연계한 분석을 통할 경우 혼합 거동의 분석이 용이해짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper studies the efficiency of public sector confronting with increasing oil price, economy crisis and energy-environment problems. In consideration that efficiency of national R&D program has been subjectively evaluated, this paper focuses objective validity by relative efficiency through a comparison among R&D programs in Korea. To implement this study, data published in national reports on R&D programs is used and analyzing method is induced by related books and theories. At the result of Data Envelopment Analysis on the collected data, this paper suggests the way to enhance the efficiency of nuclear R&D program. This study is the first on efficiency of national R&D programs applied DEA methods and is expected to contribute exploring the more efficient way of program management if more sophisticated DEA could be developed and applied.

This study aims to make suggestions for more effective budget utilization and R&D project investment through verification of the efficiency of research results for the government's R&D projects. Efficiency was analyzed using Data Envelope Analysis(DEA) and 'Malmquist Index analysis' for the research results of convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association. The analysis targets were convergence research projects organized by the National Science and Technology Research Association and general entrusted research projects by government-funded research institutes, and dynamic analysis was conducted using DEA and Malmquist Index analysis. As a result of the analysis, the convergence research project showed high efficiency from the static perspective of DEA. On the other hand, from a dynamic perspective through the Malmquist Index analysis method, the efficiency of the general consignment project gradually declined, while the efficiency of the convergence research project improved every year. This suggests that convergence studies have higher results than general studies. Through the results of this study, we intend to present objective standards for performance evaluation of government R&D investment and provide objective implications for rational investment policies and research project planning of research personnel and research funds to improve efficiency for government-funded research institutes.

This study addresses the effects on the economy of atomic sector's R&D by considering how much KAERI's R&D expenditures in 2000 affect on the production and value-added of each industry and the whole economy. This study answers to the question using competitive import input-output tables and both supply driven and demand driven IO models, which are frequently employed in evaluating economic impacts of R&D in both domestic and foreign academic areas.

혈중 성분, 또는 생체 시료와 빛의 상호작용에 관한 연구는 비침습적 정량분석, 또는 생체 조직의 상태 분석의 가능성을 의미하므로 많은 분야에서 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근에는 원적외선 검출소자가 급속히 개발됨에 따라 원적외선(8~15$mu extrm{m}$)영역에서의 생체 시료 및 성분들의 정량적인 분석과 영상에 관한 연구가 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 그중 혈중 Glucose 성분의 정량분석에 관한 연구는 여러가지 분광법-특히 NIR 영역에서 흡수, 투과, ATR, NMR 등-으로 활발히 연구되고 있으며$^{1)}$ , 최근에는 FIR 영역에서 혈중 성분들이 특정한 흡수 봉우리를 가지고 있음이 확인되어 이 영역에서의 분광법과 정량 분석에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 혈중 성분들의 원적외선 영역에서 빛과의 상호작용인 흡수 spectrum을 측정하여 정량분석에 대한 가능성을 확인하였다. 생체를 이루는 가장 기본인 물에 대한 흡수 spectrum의 연구를 먼저 수행하였고, 혈중 성분중 Glucose, Hb, Albumin 등의 수용액을 농도별로 흡수 spectrum측정을 하였다. This study aims to analyze electronic records research domains and trends and to suggest future direction of electronic records research in Korea. One hundred and sixty one articles published in seven domestic journals from 1999 to 2011 were statistically analysed to find out the productivity of electronic records research. Analysis of intellectual structure using descriptor profiling and author profiling as a technique of text mining were performed with those same papers. Some proposals on the future research direction in this field were made.

본 연구는 요인분석을 통해 노인 보행자 사고 유형을 대표할 수 있는 성분 값을 계산하고 군집분석을 실시하여 노인 보행자 사고 취약 지역을 선정하는 모델을 확인하였다. 기존 노인보행자 사고에 관한 연구는 보행 환경 분석 및 노인보행자 사고 특성을 확인한 뒤, 제도적, 물리적 환경 개선 등에 대한 정책 제언의 형식으로 진행되었다. 이러한 연구는 실질적으로 노인 보행자 특성을 분석하여 사고를 감소시키는 연구가 아닌, 일반적으로 알려진 사실이나 해외 사례를 들어 노인 보행자 사고의 현 실태에 대해 어느 정도 환기만 시켜주는 역할로 그쳤다. 이러한 점에서 군집분석을 통한 노인 보행자 사고 취약지역 선정은 노인 보행자 사고 특성의 비교를 명확하게 할 수 있도록 새로운 기준을 제시하였다. 이에 기존의 방법론에서 벗어나 실질적으로 노인 보행자 사고 방지 대책이 시급한 지역을 선정하였고, 노인 보행자 사고에 관해 활발히 연구 시킬 것이라 예상한다. 군집분석을 사용하는 핵심은 사망자 수와 사망률이 상대적으로 동시에 높은 군집을 선정할 수 있고 지역 특성 비교를 통해 향후 노인 보행자 사고에 관한 추가 연구가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

This study used the text mining method to analyze the research trend of the Journal of Creative Information Culture(JCIC) which is the journal of convergence. The existing research trend analysis method has a limitation in that the researcher's personality is reflected using the traditional content analysis method. In order to complement the limitations of existing research trend analysis, this study used topic modeling. The English abstract of the paper was analyzed from 2015 to 2019 of the JCIC. As a result, the word that appeared most in the JCIC was "education," and eight research topics were drawn. The derived subjects were analyzed by educational subject, educational evaluation, learner's competence, software education and maker culture, information education and computer education, future education, creativity, teaching and learning methods. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the research trend of the JCIC using text mining.

This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics of records managers within the public sector on innovative behavior, focusing on the mediating role of public service motivation. To this end, an online survey was administered to records managers employed in public institutions, using 137 copies of the collected data for the final analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the job characteristics of records managers had a significant influence on innovative behavior and public service motivation and that public service motivation had a significant influence on innovative behavior. Second, as a result of examining the mediating effect of public service motivation in the relationship between the job characteristics of records managers and innovative behaviors, it was found that they were partially mediated. These findings confirmed the job characteristics of archival researchers, comprehensively verifying the meaningful relationship between public service motivation and innovative behavior.

최근 정부 R&D 방향을 보면 정부출연연의 역할은 중장기, 대규모 신규사업발굴에 초점을 두고 있으며 출연연 자체적으로 연구기획에 많은 투자와 노력을 하고 있다. 하지만, 출연연 주요사업 연구개발계획서에 철저한 준비가 되어야 함에도 기획 전문지식이 체계적으로 축적되지 않았으며 연구기획에 대한 좋은 본보기를 요구하는 연구자들이 지속적으로 이어져왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 논리적이고 심도있는 검토를 거치는 사전평가 과정인 국가연구개발 예비타당성조사 사업을 본보기로 제안하며 주요사업 기획에 도움이 되는 평가항목들과 내용을 메타분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 KISTEP에서 공개한 예비타당성조사 보고서의 평가항목들 중에서 출연연 주요사업에 적용될 수 있는 기술적 타당성 평가항목들을 선별한다. 그리고, 선별된 평가항목들끼리의 내용분석을 통해 사업 타당성에 대한 지적사항을 항목별로 정리하여 시사점을 찾아내고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 주요사업 대규모, 중장기 연구기획 시 실무적으로 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.
