CT(Culture Technology) became one of the leading industries with fast growth in its contribution to an economy not only in Korea, but also in the world. This study suggests policy direction and priority of CT in the perspective of technology standardization and its classification. As a result, this study proposes a new 'CT Classification' using the value chain concepts contrary to previous classification. In addition, we suggest standardization priority, especially, in the sectors of 'CT Distribution/Service', 'CT Marketing', 'General CT management' based on our survey research of production side. Consequently, our research suggests an important strategic bases for decision makers in CT policy and development both government and private sectors.

Geographical name is not only a spoken or written language that has been constructed as a linguistic element, but it is also a geographical phenomenon and a cultural element. Based upon this consciousness, the purpose of this paper is to examine current classification and management systems of the geographical names in Korea and to propose a new alternative classification and maintenance of the geographical names. In particular, the paper suggests three categories for the type classification of the geographical names: morpheme, linguistic change, and contestation types. In turn, this paper investigates the index of the geographical names contained in THE NATIONAL ATLAS OF KOREA (2007) on the basis of the preceding classification types in order to unveil the practical problems and limitations of the current classification articulated in the national atlas. This paper also proposes a new classification of the geographical naming that reflects the divisions of front and back morpheme of geographical names. Finally, from the discussions with the reinforcement of National Committee on Geographical Names, this paper invokes administrative and institutional protection and systematical management of the contesting and unofficial small scaled geographical names that have been set apart from the current geographical name standardization.

In this study, considering the National Memorial of the Korean Provisional Government as a "Larchiveum," the researchers attempted to develop a classification system that can comprehensively categorize various types of materials and propose a method of providing an online service. To this end, as a case study, the researchers examined the classification system structure and contents of the National Archives of Korea, National Assembly Archives, and Archives of Korean History of the National Institute of Korean History, which are the current material collection institutions of the Korean Provisional Government. Regarding online services, apart from the three institutions above, the Imperial War Museum and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University were also explored. Through the implications derived from the case analysis of domestic and foreign institutions, a basic hierarchical classification system by provenance for the materials held by the institution was established, and a multi-classification system was presented according to the classification criteria of "by type, by era, and by subject." In addition, methods of applying the developed classification system to online services were proposed.

The game rating system of Korea has many issues in terms of 'censorship' and 'ambiguity', and has been pointed out as a factor that hinders industrial development. Although the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other related organizations have made various efforts, it still seems to require more academic discussion. Therefore, in this study, the limitations of game rating system are reviewed, and the systems of foreign countries are analyzed to suggest the improvement direction.

미래창조과학부의 국가R&D로서 지원하고 있는 방송 기술 연구개발의 범위는 크게 콘텐츠를 제작 편집하는 방송미디어 창작 플랫폼, 방송 주파수 자원의 발굴과 효율적 사용을 포함한 방송 송수신 인프라 기술, ICT 방송 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방송미디어 장비 단말, 그리고 보편적인 방송서비스를 누구나 안전하게 누릴 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 공공복지방송 및 재난방송 관련 기술로 분류한다. 이 네 분야로 나누어 과제 기획위원회 활동을 통해 과제의 선택과 집중을 추진하고 있으며, 본고에서는 방송 기술의 최신 이슈와 정부 정책방향을 고려한 2015년도 연구개발 방향을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 사회 학습의 이론의 하나인 관찰 학습 이론에 기반한 네트웍 앙상블을 위한 관찰 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다. 하나의 네트웍이 학습할 대 함께 학습되는 다른 네트웍들을 이용하여 가상 데이터를 생성하여 학습에 이용하므로써 데이터가 부족한 경우 네트웍이 과학습 되는 것을 방지고 각 네트웍의 일반화 성능을 향상시키는 동시에 앙상블의 성능도 향상시킨다. 제안된 방법을 사인 함수의 근사 문제와 중첩된 두 정규 분포의 분류 문제에 적용하고 단일 네트웍, 네트웍 위원회, Bagging 알고리즘과 비교하여 제안된 방법의 일반화 성능의 우수성을 보였다.

기술의 발달과 정보화 사회로의 이행은 각종 전기, 전자 기기 사용의 양적, 질적 증가를 가져 왔으며 이에 따른 불요 전자파는 전기, 전자 기기 상호간의 장해, 인체에의 유해 등 기술적, 사회적 문제로 나타나 고 있다. 따라서, 전자파 환경을 보호하기 위하여 전자파 장해 검정 제도가 국, 내외 적으로 시행되고 있으며 또한 열악한 전자파 환경에서 정상적인 동작을 보장하기 위한 전자파 내성이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 전자파 내성을 국제 전기 표준 위원회(IEC)에서는 그 원인에 따라 ESD 내성(정전기 방전), 방사 내성, EFT 내성(급격한 과도 현상), Surge 내성, 전도 내성 등으로 분류하고 있으며 원인별 시험 기술기준도 작성되고 있다. 미연방통신위원회(FCC)에서는 무선전파를 사용하는 장비 및 부품들은 사용에 앞서 해당 기술기준에 적합한지를 인증받도록 하고 있다. FCC가 규정하고 있는 무선전파를 사용하고 있는 기기들에 대한 인증은 확인, 형식승인, 신고, 형식인정, 검증 등으로 분류된다. 본 고는 FCC의 전파응용기기 및 부품에 관한 인증제도를 조사 분석하여 향후 국내의 무선통신 기기들에 대한 인증제도의 확립 및 시험 방법 연구에 보탬이 되고자 한다.
