  • 본 논문에서는 표면 부착형 영구자석형 동기 전동기(SPMSM)의 가감속과 부하 변동에 따른 속도 특성 향상을 위해 실제 속도와 부하 토크 관측기를 통한 부하 토크를 입력 변수로 설정하여 가변 이득 조절 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘을 증명하기 위해 여러 운전 조건에서 기존의 이득 시스템과 가변 이득 조절 시스템을 비교하여 제안된 알고리즘의 효용성을 검증하였다.

Incisor inclination indicator for anterior torque control during retraction in lingual orthodontic treatment (설측교정치료에 있어서 전치부 후방 견인시 토오크 조절을 위한 incisor inclination indicator)

  • A device called incisor inclination indicator to control the axial inclinations of the incisors in the diagnostic setup is introduced. It is used to control the retraction of the maxillary and mandibular incisors. In this article, we describe the use of the incisor inclination indicator to prescribe adequate torque into the anterior lingual brackets and evaluate the results of treatment in a bimaxillary dentoalveolar protrusion case that underwent orthodontic treatment with the pretorqued anterior lingual brackets. Retraction of the maxillary and mandibular incisors was achieved with careful control of the axial inclination. It is indicated that the use of the incisor inclination indicator is an effective adjunctive laboratory procedure for anterior torque control during retraction in lingual orthodontic treatment.

Moderating Effects of Subordinates' Active Engagement between Commanders' Transformational·Transactional Leadership and Job Satisfaction (부하들의 능동적 참여가 지휘관의 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 직무만족 간에 미치는 조절효과)

  • This study is aimed for emprical analyzing (1) the effects of leadership of army commanders on subordinates' job satisfaction and (2) the moderating effects of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between commanders' transformational transactional leadership and job satisfaction of soldiers, while over 500 combat soldiers throughout the nation are questioned for this analysis. The followings are the summary of findings of this study. The first finding shows that both transformational and transactional leadership have positive impacts on the job satisfaction of the soldiers. In this context, it is recommended that army commanders should apply effectively these behaviors of leadership in order to achieve their goals in military organizations. The second sector of the analysis includes the moderating effect of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between the commanders' leadership and job satisfaction of the soldiers. The finding of the second analysis shows that subordinates' active engagement has positive moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. However, it has no moderating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and job satisfaction. This implies that army commanders should apply the behavioral factors of both leadership styles and encourage active engagement of soldiers in order to enhance the satisfaction of soldiers, focusing more on applying the behavioral factors of transformational leadership.

An Experimental Study of Percutaneously Adjustable Pulmonary Artery Banding Device (가변성 폐동맥 혈류조절기의 실험적 연구)

  • To overcome the problems of classical pulmonary banding procedure, we developed a percutaneously adjustable pulmonary artery ba ding device. The banding device consists of banding portion of zig-zag shaped self-expandable stainless steel wire, shaft portion made by a polyvinyl catheter and a screw adjuster which includes a bolt and a nut. As the screw moves, the diameter of banding portion changes. Four Mongrel dogs ranging from 15 kg to 20 kg in weight underwent the banding of the mid portion of descending aorta with this devices through the left thoracotomy. One month after operation, we evaluated the pressure changes by controling the banding with the devices and then the dogs were sacrificed to study the microscopic changes in the aorta. The diameter and circumference of the band could be easily and finely adjustable by the screw control. The pressure recordings . revealed a linear increase and decrease in pressure gradient according to percutaneous ad;ustment of the banding device. Since the banding device can be easily placed and simply adjusted percutaneously, we hope the banding device may be applicab e clinically to improving the safety of pulmonary artery banding and debanding procedures in the future.

  • 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하는 서버의 동적 부하분산을 위한 동적 가중치 기반 라운드 로빈 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 가중치 기반 라운드로빈 알고리즘은 서버의 처리 용량만을 이용하여 가중치를 부여하므로 요청이 폭주할 경우 동적 부하 불균형을 갖게 된다. 동적 부하 불균형을 해결하기 위해 제안한 동적 가중치 기반 라운드로빈 알고리즘은 서버의 처리 용량뿐만 아니라 서버의 동적 부하를 이용하여 가중치를 부여하므로 동적 부하 불균형에 잘 적응하여 부하를 균형있게 조절한 수 있다. 제안한 알고리즘은 각 서버의 처리용량을 기준으로 가중치를 계산하고 동적으로 변하는 서버의 부하값에 가중치를 적용한다. 그 결과 동적 부하 불균형 문제를 해결했으며, 더 세밀한 부하 조절 기능을 수행할 수 있었다

  • This paper proposes a mechanism for managing overload Introduced by excessive web requests in real-time web service system. The many previous mechanisms statically manage the overload and thus the dynamic characteristics are not reflected. This paper proposes a mechanism that models system load based on control theory approach and includes its dynamic characteristics. We design a controller that is able to meet performance requirement. A feedback control system is implemented applying the proposed mechanism and the stable operation of system is verified through various simulation environments.

  • 원자력과 같은 대용량 발전기의 갑작스런 탈락이나 하루 중 아침시간이나 점심시간과 같이 급격한 부하변동이 발생하는 특수 시간대에는 계통의 발전량과 부하량간에 심한 불균형이 발생하게 된다. 이 경우 계통 주파수가 변하여 발전량과 부하량이 자동으로 조절되어 수급의 균형이 이루어지게 되므로 계통이 안정하게 유지된다. 본 논문에서는 실계통 사고사례를 통하여 우리나라 계통에서 대용량 발전기 탈락시 주파수변동에 따른 발전량 및 부하량의 조절특성과 고장당시 계통 발전기들의 응동특성을 소개한다.

The effect of emotion recognition on negative feedback acceptance of employees: The mediating effect of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation, and the moderating effect of supervisor's emotion regulation (직장인 정서인식이 부정적 피드백 수용에 미치는 영향: 적응적 인지적 정서조절의 매개효과 및 부하가 지각한 상사 정서조절의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation and the moderating effect of supervisor's emotional regulation in the relationship between the emotion recognition and negative feedback acceptance of employees. The data was collected from 273 non-managerial workers in various domestic companies. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with AMOS 22 to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement tool, and the mediating and moderating effects were examined using SPSS Process Macro to verify the hypothesis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, emotion recognition of employees indirectly affects the acceptance of negative feedback through adaptive cognitive emotional regulation. Second, the effect of emotion recognition on negative feedback acceptance is moderated by supervisor's emotion regulation. Specifically, it was confirmed that when the supervisor's emotional control is low, the relationship between emotional recognition and negative feedback acceptance becomes stronger. Based on the results of the study, it was confirmed that the level of awareness of oneself and others' emotions was psychological process of accepting performance-related feedback, and the importance of supervisor's emotional regulation in positively accepting negative feedback. Finally, based on the research results, the academic significance of this study, implications in coaching practice, limitations, and future research were discussed.

Efficiency Analysis for Differential Power Processing Converter Configurations in Photovoltaic Electric Vehicles (태양광 발전차량의 차동전력 조절기 배열에 따른 효율분석)

  • 최근 전기자동차(EV)의 수요가 높아짐에 따라, 그와 관련된 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 특히 기존 EV dc-bus에 쉽게 결합할 수 있는 photovoltaic-전기자동차(PV-EV)의 개발이 진행되었지만, 낮은 시스템 효율로 인해 상용화에 어려움을 겪었다. PV-EV의 특성상 태양광 시스템이 불균일한 태양빛의 변화에 노출되기 때문에, 차동전력 조절기(differential power processing (DPP) 컨버터)가 없는 기존의 시스템에서는 시스템 효율이 매우 저하된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서 차동전력 조절기가 적용된 PV-EV 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 차동전력 조절기 시스템의 새로운 배열인 DPP to Load 배열을 제안하며 기존의 차동전력 조절기 시스템 배열과 비교분석 하였다. 또한 각각의 차동전력 조절기 배열에서 태양빛의 세기, 보조 부하의 크기, 컨버터의 효율을 변화시키며 각 배열의 시스템 효율을 비교하였다. 주어진 대부분의 조건에서 가장 높은 시스템 효율을 보여준 배열은 Isolated bus 배열 이었다. 맑은 날, 모든 컨버터의 효율은 85%, 보조부하가 250 W라고 가정하였을 때, Isolated bus 배열은 가장 높은 시스템 효율인 74%의 효율을 나타내었다.

A Distributed Power Control Algorithm for Data Load Balancing with Coverage in Dynamic Femtocell Networks (다이나믹 펨토셀 네트워크에서 커버리지와 데이터 부하 균형을 고려한 기지국의 파워 조절 분산 알고리즘)

  • A femtocell network has been attracting attention as a promising solution for providing high data rate transmission over the conventional cellular network in an indoor environment. In this paper, we propose a distributed power control algorithm considering both indoor coverage and data load balancing in the femtocell network. As data traffic varies by time and location according to user distribution, each femto base station suffers from an unbalanced data load, which may degrade network performance. To distribute the data load, the base stations are required to adjust their transmission power dynamically. Since there are a number of base stations in practice, we propose a distributed power control algorithm. In addition, we propose the simple algorithm to detect the faulty base station and to recover coverage. We also explain how to insert a new base station into a deployed network. We present the simulation results to evaluate the proposed algorithms.
