최근 빈번하게 발생되고 있는 가스사고는 많은 인명과 재산상의 손실을 초래하고 있다. 특히 도시 가스 보다는 공기보다 비중이 큰 LP가스에 의한 사고가 많이 발생된다. 특히 최근에 발생한 인천 부평구의 LP가스 폭발사고는 사망6명, 부상21명 등 총 27명의 인명피해와 주택 붕괴 등 많은 재산상의 손실을 초래하였다. 또한 LP가스 용기는 용기자체가 자해나 위해의 수단으로 이용되기도 한다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 1998년 1월 10일 고압가스안전관리법 시행규칙을 개정하여 LP가스용기에 부착되어 사용되는 밸브를 과류차단형으로 의무화하여 가스사고예방을 위해 힘쓰고 있다.(중략)

가능성이란 항상 삶을 살아가게 하는 원동력이 되어주며, 이를 잃어버린 생활은 원동력이 되어주며, 이를 잃어버린 생활은 특별한 목표가 없는 부평초같은 의미없는 삶이 되기도 한다. 가능성을 현실로 바꾸어 나가기 위해서는 끊임없는 노력이 요구되어지며, 어떤 경우에는 전혀 생각지 못한 암벽이 앞을 가로막기도 한다. 힘들기는 하지만 가능성을 실현시키기 위해 노력하는 생활, 이것이 바로 기쁨과 행복을 생산해 내는 '삶의 원천'일 것이다. 최근 4-5년동안에 타 지역의 도시개발에 따른 양돈 농가수의 감소와는 반대로 자연적 여건의 도움으로 새로이 양돈농가가 늘고 있는 대한양돈협회 함양지부는 함양의 양돈발전 가능성을 크게 인지하고 더욱 빠른 시일내에 그 가능성을 현실로 만들기 위해 부단히 노력하고 있는 지부이다.

Transient stability analysis of Yongwol-Bupyong power system, which contains Yongwol steam power station, the largest one in Korea, was undertaken by using the Yonsei 101 Analog computer. The critical switching time and phase angle for the present 150MW power flow to be stable were found. And the transient stability power limit for the system was also found. It is concluded that the system becoms unstable if the power flow increases much more than 151MW.

This study was carried out to select oyster mushroom strains tolerant to salinity and characteristic cultivation by different NaCl concentration. Among the 64 strains, Kimjae-10ho, Nongki-2-1ho, Myungyul, Byungneutari-1ho, Bupyungsoyae-1ho, Sambok and Chunchu-2ho resulted in higher mycelial growth and density on PDA medium containing NaCl. The maxium NaCl concentration possible to fruit body formation was 0.5% NaCl in Myungyul, 1.0% NaCl in Kimjae-10ho and Bupyungsoyae-1ho, 1.5% NaCl in Nongki-2-1ho, Byungneutari-1ho, Sambok and Chunchu-2ho, respectively. Increased NaCl concentration on sawdust medium prolonged culture period, while decreased total quantity and come to be short and thin in Length and thickness of stipe. Higher NaCl concentration in the medium decreased the uptake rate of $K_2O$ and CaO, whereas increased the NaCl uptake rate.

For the efficient recognition of printed Korean characters, a multiplexed minimum average correlation energy(MMACE) filter is proposed. Proposed method solved the disadvantages of the tree structure algorithm which recognition system is very huge and recognition method is sophisticated. Using only one consonant MMACE filter and one vowel one, we recognized the full Korean character. Each MMACE filter is multiplexed by 4 K-tuple MACE filters which are synthesized by 24 consonants and vowels. Hence the proposed MMACE filter and the correlation distribution plane are divided by 4 subregion. We obtained the binary codes for the Korean character recognition from each correlation distribution subplane. And the obtained codes are compared with the truth table for consonants and vowels in computer. We can recognize the full Korean characters when substitute the corresponded consonant or vowel font of the consistent code to the correlation peak place in the output correlation plane. The computer simulation and optical experiment results show that the proposed compact Korean character recognition system using the MMACE filters has high discrimination capability.

Asbestos is composed of long thin fibers approximately diameter $0.02\mu\textrm{m}$ and flexibility, strength, electrical, thermal conditions. The most common asbestos are : Chrysotile(white), Crocidolite(Blue), Amosite(Brown). Asbestos was first introduced in the Korea in 1960 and installation of these products continue through the late 1970's and even the early 1980's. Bu-pyung basement stores in Korea were surveyed from September 25 to October 26, 2001. The purpose of this research was to evaluate worker-exposure to asbestos, comparing to the standards and to research notice of inhabitants about asbestos. Fifteen personal samples and six areas were collected using Gillian Air Sampler. Result of this research were as follows. 1. The most of asbestos exposure concentrations keeps to the criterion(OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Adminisoation), NIOSH) but forty three percent of the Six samples exceeded the EPA (Environmental protection Agency) of 0.01 fibers/cc. 2. All of places compliced to the standards but there is no "Safe level" of asbestos exposure to the people. Especially people who are expose more frequently over a long time are more at risk.

In the Bupyeong district, Mesozoic pyroclastic rocks, intrusive breccia, granites and felsic porphyries comprise a volcano-plutonic complex, overlying and intruding the Precambrian Gyeonggi gneiss complex. pyroclastic rocks, consisted mainly of rhyolitic welded tuffs, form a topographic circular structure about 10 kilometers in diameter. Granites and felsic porphyries which intruded the pyroclastic rocks are distributed in the inner side and also along the outer margin of the circular structure. K-Ar ages of two granite bodies(biotite), 162 and $148{\pm}7$ Ma, and that of the intrusive rhyolite (whole rock), $121{\pm}6$ Ma indicate that a series of volcano-plutonic igneous activity occurred between Jurassic and early Cretaceous age. Petrochemical characteristics suggest that the pyroclastic rocks, granites and felsic porphyries were originated from the comagmatic source. From the evidences of field occurrence, petrochemical and geochronological characteristics of igneous rocks and the geologic structures, it is believed that the igneous rocks in the Bupyeong district were formed during a Jurassic to early Cretaceous resurgent caldera evolution.

Recently, the balance of national properties of governmental offices and departments has been in deficit. Moreover, it has been also increasing rapidly. This study focuses on postal administration business which faces the financial crisis. The purpose of our study is to show devices for value improvement of pelt office. Research was based on a domestic post office which was decided to rebuild in Incheon Bupyeong. Research on domestic and foreign cases were carried out, superior cases for benchmarking was regulated so that these can be applied to the post offices to be built or to be remodeled.
