The purpose of this study is to suggest the logistics strategies for the improvement Gunsan port's competitiveness. To accomplish the purpose, this paper reviews the concept & function of logistics firstly. Next we find out the main factors of improving port's competitiveness, build the basic model of the logistics strategy and apply the model to the case of Gunsan port. The strategies to improve the competitiveness of Gunsan port are as follows ; (1) Construction of logistics environment (2) Planning the port marketing for the extension a logistic market share (3) Construction of logistics chain and finally (4) Construction of logistics community.

최근 웹서비스의 사용은 응용 칸 통신과 상호운용성의 필요가 증가됨에 따라 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 웹 서비스는 SOA의 참조아키텍처로서 필요한 복잡한 연산 수행 컴포넌트를 표준인터페이스를 사용하여 결합하도록 한다. 그러나 웹서비스에 대한 분산 기업응용에 적용이 요구되고 있으며 이를 위해 위험요소분석, 대응정책 및 해결책에 대한 방안이 부재한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 웹서비스의 품질관리를 위한 지능형 웹 서비스 품질 관리 아키텍처를 설계하고 웹서비스의 관리를 위해 온톨로지를 적용하여 운영할 수 있는 아키텍처를 제안한다.

스포츠에 과학기술 적용이 확산되고 경기력 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 기술개발사업이 추진되고 있으나, 우리나라의 스포츠산업 기술혁신체계는 단계별 연계성 부족, 전담기관 부재 등 취약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사전 기술기획으로 스포츠산업 기술정책비전, 메가트렌드 및 기술수준격차 분석 등을 수행하는 기술기회탐색과정을 추가하고 기술기획, 선정평가, 수행관리, 결과평가, 활용관리에 이르는 전주기 개념의 기술혁신체계 구축 방안을 제시하고 있다.

반추동물인 소의 영양생리작용에 있어 조사료의 중요성이 강조되고 있지만 국내 초지조성 면적이 감소하는 등 조사료 생산에 어려움을 겪으며 많은 양의 조사료가 수입돼 이용되고 있다. 조사료의 국내 생산과 수급의 불균형, 품질의 불 균일, 중량 및 부피과다, 초지조성미비 및 축산 종사자의 노력 부재 등은 현재까지도 많은 축산농가에 어려움을 주고 있다. 이에 피드저널 6월호는 소에게 있어 조사료의 중요성에 대해 알아보고 우리나라 조사료 정책과 수급상황, 농장에서 알아야할 관리 및 이용, 초지의 중요성 등 조사료의 전반적인 것에 대해 살펴본다.

요구 페이징 방식의 가상메모리 시스템에서 페이지 참조 스트링에 따른 페이지 교체 알고리즘의 성능평가를 위한 시뮬레이션을 개발한다. 참조 집약성을 기반으로 워킹세트(working set) 모델을 수정한 MWS 교체 알고리즘을 제안하였고 다양한 교체 알고리즘(FIFO, SC, LFU, LRU, Rand)들과 비교 실험한 결과 MWS는 발생 페이지 부재 수 측면에서 다른 교체 정책 보다 성능이 우수하였다.

최근 들어 국방부는 RFID 기술을 기반으로 u-군수통합정보체계를 구축하기 위해 국방탄약관리 시스템 구축사업과 확산사업 그리고 F-l5K 자산관리 사업을 진행하였지만 국방 RFID 태그 코드의 표준화 부재로 임시방편적인 방법을 사용하고 있다. 따라서 국방 분야에서 어떠한 RFID 태그 코드사용이 바람직한지 영역의 표준과 경제성, 관리성, 확장성, 네트워크 환경, 정책적 사항, 그리고 미군의 활용사례 등에 관한 다양한 관점을 분석하여 코드를 선정하는데 도움이 되도록 하였다.

Policy problems are complex due to diverse participants and their relations in the policy processes. Defining the right problem in the first place is important because Type III error is likely to happen without removing rival hypothesis in defining the problem. This study applies Boundary Analysis suggested by Dunn to structure IT policy problems in Korea. The time frame of the study focuses on 5 years of Lee Administration and data are collected from four newspapers. Using content analysis, the study, first, elaborates total 2,614 policy problems from 1,908 stakeholders. After removing duplicating problems, 369 problems from 323 stakeholders are identified as a boundary of IT policy problem. Among others, failures in government policies are weighted as the most serious problems in IT policy field. However, many significant problems raised by stakeholders dated back to more than a decade, and those are intrinsic problems, which initially caused by market distortions in the IT industry. Therefore, we should be cautious not to overemphasize the most conspicuous problem as the only problem in the policy field when we interpret results of problem structuring.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the rehabilitation policy of North and South Korea in the context of the analysis and to classify the output according to the social welfare policy calculation framework of Gilbert and Spight, To promote exchanges and to suggest directions for development. Therefore, the welfare policy model for disabled people in South Korea is established, and the welfare policy that can be applied to the North Korean society in a short period of time is applied to South Korea's movement rehabilitation welfare policies by reducing the lack of communication through the unified and institutionalized disabled groups of South Korea And it activates and activates the foundation of the revitalization of the disabled person sports.

Microcredit was first introduced by non-profit organization in early 2000s and the Ministry of Health and Welfare promoted the support policy of self-support community and the hope-developing bank. And then, microcredit policy was suddenly changed while the microfinance policy was promoted in 2009. For example, there were changes of the control tower of the policy, the emphasis on financial approach from welfare approach, the establishment of the operation agency. This study analyzed the policy changes on microcredit policy using the framework of Hood(1994) and Joo(1999) in order to analyze causes of sudden changes. As results, the reason affecting microcredit policy change was changes of an unemployment rate and the financial environment, the change of outside situation, the policy idea of the middle practicalism of government and the success of the experiment in microcredit, the passive intervention of stakeholders, the internal factors on the policy custom. So the results suggests that the policy is produced illogically because of the absence of stakeholders' participation.
