  • To protect financial information, financial companies establish strategies and plans for information security, operate information security management systems, establish and operate information security systems, check vulnerabilities, and secure information. This paper aims to present an information security portal system for financial companies that can gain visibility into various information security activities being undertaken by financial companies and can be integrated and managed. The information security portal system systemizes the activities of the information security department, providing an integrated environment for information security activities to participate from CEOs to executives and employees, not just from the information security department. Through this, it can also be used as information security governance that can be used by top executives to reflect information security in corporate management.

  • CALS체계에서는 한 제품의 주문으로부터 생산과 사후 관리에 이르는 전수명주기를 통합관리해야하므로 화상과 음성을 포함한 멀티미디어 정보를 교환할 수 있어야 한다. 더욱이 기존의 산업사회에서는 순차적 공정에 따른 생산방식을 적용해 왔으나, 향후 미래사회에서는 민첩한 지능형 가상기업만이 생산경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 생산형태의 변화가 예상되어 경쟁력있는 기업모형의 변화가 뒤따를 것이며, 기업경쟁력의 우선순위는 한 품목의 생산에 소요되는 시간과 비용, 그리고 소비자의 성향에 맞는 우수한 품질이 고려된 동시공정 체제를 갖추는 것이 매우 중요한 과제로 대두될 것이다. 이러한 CALS의 성공적인 구현을 위한 기본적인 주요 요소기술은 기업업무처리 변화에 다른 업무공정의 표준화, 통합데이타베이스를 이용한 동시공정의 설계, 그리고 기업내.외의 모든 거래를 디지털 방식으로 송.수신하는 전자상거래로 대별할 수 있으며, 그중 동시공정은 기술적으로 매우 중요한 부분이라 할 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 기업내의 부서 상호간은 물론 원자재의 수급에 참여하거나 생산에 공동으로 참여하는 모든 기업들 간에 상호 정보교환이 동시에 발생할 수 있어야 하며, 이러한 다양한 정보공유자로부터 얻어지는 모든 자료를 통합관리하여 의사결정자가 신속하고 정확한 판단을 할수 있도록 지원체계를 만들어야한다. 본 연구는 이러한 CALS체계에서 동시공정 작업이 신속하게 성공적으로 수행될 수 있도록 분산된 정보들에 대한 신속한 의사결정을 지원하는 관리자에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 기업의 업무환경은 끊임없이 변화하고 있다. 부서 중심의 업무 시스템들이 전사(enterprise) 차원의 규모를 거쳐, 최근엔 기업 대 기업(Business-to-Business), 기업 대 소비자(Business-to-Customer)등 과거에는 상상할 수 없던 규모와 속도로 증대되고 있다. 급속한 비즈니스 환경변화에 시스템의 추가 및 변경 등의 통합을 비즈니스 레벨에서 지원할 수 있는 솔루션으로서 EAI가 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 중심의 EAI 솔루션을 XML 기반으로 설계 및 구현해 봄으로써, 기존에 존재하던 통합 솔루션들과 EAI와의 차이점을 알아본다. 또한, XML을 이용함으로써 얻을 수 있었던 통합에의 장점을 알아보고 향후 개선방안에 대하여 생각해 본다.

  • CIM추진을 계획하고 있는 기업에서는 주위를 둘러싸고 있는 일반, 경제, 기술, 경영환경 등과 자사의 현상을 면밀히 검토한 후 CIM구축 필요성 여부를 결정하는 것이 선행되어야 할 것이다, 필요하다고 결정되었다면 도달할 목표와 범위를 명확히 설정하고 경쟁사에 비해 강점으로 하는 것을 중심으로 하여 단계적으로 접근해 나가는 전략적 추진이 무엇보다도 중요하리라 생각된다. 기술의 벽은 점차 두터워지고 후발국으로부터의 강력한 추격으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 이 때 부문전체의 통합을 통하여 경쟁력을 제공하려는 CIM시스템 구축에 대한 국내 전자업계의 기대와 관심은 당연하다 하겠다. 그러나 치밀한 현상분석 과정 없이 선진 경쟁사를 그대로 모방하여 구 축한다든지 또는 하드웨어 시스템 위주로 추진한다든지 혹은 단계별 순서를 밟지 않고 성급하게 서두른다면 초기에 기대하였던 효과에 크게 미치지 못할 것이라는 점을 지적해 두고 싶다. 계 획은 크게 착수는 작게라는 말도 있지만 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 하부구조(infrastructure)를 강하게 구축하는 노력을 집중적으로 기울이는 동시에, CIM에 대한 기본방향과 전략수립시 실 행부서를 적극 참여시킴으로써, 실행부서가 중심이 되는 계획설정과 추진이 반드시 필요하다고 생각된다.

A Study on the Hole-Plan system combined with 3D CAD (3차원 CAD 통합형 홀 플랜 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • It is necessary to construct the process automation system to improve the design efficiency and procure the higher design quality on the field of ship building. To construct this system, the shipbuilding companies should improve the 3D CAD/CAM system customized to the ship design and the software about design information management which could solve the conflict problem between the several related design division at the same time. The typical example is the Hole-plan process in the ship-building design. For the request of additional holes from outfitting division, the hull design division checks the compatibility conditions and reflects these holes to the hull panels if acceptable. if not, the requests are rejected and sent back to the outfitting division. These serial processes are not simple and require the tedious communication, discussion, and the complicated drawings. This article gives a basic introduction to the process of hole-plan system and proposes a strategy to automate its process.

  • Modern urban problems are increasingly becoming a market mix that can not be solved by the power of a single department and the necessity of establishing a cooperation system based on data communication between departments is increasing. Therefore, this study analyzed Busan metropolitan city's IT projects from 2014 to 2018 in order to understand the utilization and sharing status of departmental data from the viewpoint that cooperation between departments can start from the sharing of data with high common utilization. In addition, based on the results of the FGI(Focus Group Interview) conducted for the officials of the department responsible for the informatization project, we verified the results of data status analysis. At the same time, we figured out the necessity of data link between departments through SNA(Social Network Analysis) and presented data that should be shared first in the future. As a result, most of the information systems currently use limited data only within the department that produced the data. Most of the linked data was concentrated in the information department. Therefore, this study suggested the following solutions. First, in order to prevent overlapping investments caused by the operation of individual departments and share information, it is necessary to build a small platform to tie the departments, which have high connectivity with each other, into small blocks. Second, a local level process is needed to develop data standards as an extension of national standards in order to expand the information to be used in various fields. Third, as another solution, we proposed a system that can integrate various types of information based on address and location information through application of cloud-based GIS platform. The results of this study are expected to contribute to build a cooperation system between departments through expansion of information sharing with cost reduction.

Exploring Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Comprehensive Nursing Service (상급종합병원의 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에 근무하는 간호사의 직무스트레스, 직무만족 및 이직의도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of the nurses who work at the comprehensive nursing service units in two academic medical institutions that provide healthcare service at the tertiary care level in Korea. A descriptive study was conducted with the nurses by using self-reported questionnaires. We used descriptive statistics to summarize the data and Mann-Whitney U test for group comparison. The mean scores of job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention were $89.17{\pm}12.56$, $107.25{\pm}6.85$, $37.19{\pm}4.86$, respectively. Nurses with religion showed more job stress than those without. Nurses with their age below 30 years old had significantly less job satisfaction than those older than 30 years old. Monthly income was significantly associated with turnover intention in our data. The top three sub-category of the job stress were conflict with physicians, patients and their caregivers, and conflicts with others; and those of the job satisfaction were pay and promotion and task requirement. Job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention were significantly correlated. In order to reduce turnover intention of nursing professionals in the comprehensive nursing service, job stress related to issues on relationships with patients, their family, health care providers need to be taken into consideration. Policy and administrative support are needed to improve their work environment.

A Study on Building Integrated Supervision Organizations of Reading and Libraries Under City and Provincial Education Offices in Korea (시·도교육청 수준의 독서 및 도서관 통합 장학 체계 구축 방안에 대한 연구)

  • The nature of supervision is to improve the quality of school education by assisting the teaching activities of teachers and development of a learning community. The school library should be considered a classroom, and should offer library-assisted instruction and information literacy through collaboration between the teacher librarian and subject teachers. Therefore, it should be under the systematic and settled supervision of school library experts. However, analysis shows school library-related divisions have carried out administrative supports in the 16 city and provincial education offices. It is necessary to seek a new supervision system in order to develop and support the education of teacher librarians and the educational value of school libraries. This study suggests The Reading and Library Section which integrates reading in school and public libraries as an independent division in municipal and provincial offices of education.

Trends and Issues of Garden City Municipal Projects in Korea (국내 정원도시 프로젝트 추진 동향과 쟁점)

  • Recently, local governments in Korea have increasingly adopted the 'Garden City' slogan and implemented green space policies. This trend combines the expansion of urban green spaces with strategies for community engagement and urban branding, such as hosting garden expos. This study critically examines the theoretical and practical issues in the promotion of these garden city municipal projects. It first reviews existing literature to provide a historical account and redefines the concept of a garden city, identifying key theoretical perspectives: 'formation of a civic community,' 'establishment of eco-friendly urban systems,' and 'construction of urban identity.' The subsequent section briefly reviews legal framework and policies related to garden cities, analyzing the reorganization of major local government units into three types: 'establishment of dedicated units,' 'renaming of existing units,' and 'consolidation of existing units.' It then identifies significant issues in the promotion of garden city projects through the lens of theoretical perspectives, including 'ensuring project distinctiveness reflecting local identity,' 'expanding the garden concept,' 'integrating green and urban infrastructures through garden urbanism,' 'promoting resident participation and community revitalization,' and 'establishing sustainable management through inter-local governments and administrative units cooperation.' Finally, it suggests that the professional identity of landscape architects should evolve into urbanists who manage various types of green spaces.

A Study on Characteristics and Limitation of Ocean Policies under Federal States - On the Basis of U.S., Canada and Australia - (연방국가 해양정책의 특정과 한계에 관한 연구 - 미국, 캐나다, 호주를 중심으로 -)

  • Advanced maritime countries such as U.S., Canada, Australia, have been initiated in integrated oceans management through enactment of oceans laws and establishment of ocean policies since UNCLOS and Agenda 21. However, the oceans policies of U.S., Canada and Australia show some limitations in view of integration because of its inherent characteristics of federal government systems. The U.S., Canada and Australia have not a leading agency for integrated oceans policies, have not included jurisdiction of local governments in federal government oceans policies, and have not addressed support to private oceans sector in their ocean policies. Instead, those countries have established ad-hoc oceans committee to achieve cooperation and coordination in oceans management.
