The most prominent phenomenon in performing arts in recent is the social sharing of art products. As a result of the city's reinterpretation of each local government, production of performances, activation of performances outside the theater, and performances performed in streets and specific spaces and public spaces deviate from traditional theater-based performance forms through social communication and expansion. Also, it is seen as an effort to expand the delinquency of the act. Furthermore, it can be said that this proves the publicity of contemporary performing arts. I will research the audience and learners through the Opera Estate festival, a recent exhibition in the Balsano del Grappa, Italy, which is based on the site-specific performance form that has been actively conducted several years ago.

축산농가의 경제성과 직결되는 암소 발정기의 조기 탐지는 IT 농 축산 학계에서도 매우 중요한 문제 중 하나이며 반듯이 해결해야만 하는 문제로 알려져 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 연구 방법들 중, 본 논문에서는 소리 센서 환경에서의 암소의 발정기 탐지 시스템에 관한 연구를 대상으로 한다. 특히, 발정기 발성음의 특징 벡터 생성에 초점을 맞춘다. 특징은 크게 분별력과 차원이라는 두 가지 기준에 대해 우수해야 한다. 즉, 좋은 특징이란 서로 다른 부류를 잘 분별해 주어야 할 뿐만 아니라, 특징 벡터의 차원이 낮을수록 계산 효율이 좋고 차원의 저주에서 멀어 진다. 본 논문에서는 통계학에 기초한 체계적인 특징 벡터 생성에 관한 알고리즘을 제안하고, 실제 축사에서 녹취한 한우 발정기 발성음을 대상으로 낮은 차원의 특징 벡터 생성 과정을 보인다. 또한 이상상황 탐지기로 잘 알려진 단일 클래스 SVM의 대표 모델인 SVDD를 탐지기로 설정하여 생성된 특징 벡터의 분별력을 실험적으로 검증한다.

이 논문에서는 영상 검색(image retrieval) 및 영상 부류(image categorization)을 위하여 영상을 기술할 때 영상의 클레스(class)별로 서로 다른 주요 특징량(feature)에 가중치 를 주는 방법론을 제안한다. 기존에 연구되어온 영상의 특징량 벡터에 가중치를 주는 방식은 모든 영상 클레스에 대하여 동일하게 가중치를 적용하기 때문에 영상이 클레스별로 서로 다른 특징량이 중요하다는 성질을 이용할 수 없다. 영상이 클레 별로 서로 다른 특징량이 중요하다는 성질을 이용하기 위하여 영상의 클레스별로 특징량 벡터에 서로 다른 가중치 벡터(weight vector)를 학습하였다. 그 후 질의 영상(query image)이 입력되면, 기존의 영상 검색 프레임워크(framework)를 통해 데이터베이 스(database)로 부터 미리 정의된 서브 클레스(sub-class)의 수에 해당하는 영상부 집합(subset)을 만들었다. 그리고 영상부 집합의 특징량 벡터들에 클레스별로 각각 학습된 가중치 벡터를 적용하여 특징량 벡터들 간의 거리를 다시 계산하여 리랭킹(re-ranking)하였다. 이 방법론을 UKBench Dataset에 적용하여 실험을 해보았으며 가중치를 주기 전과 비교 하였을 때 더 높은 정확도를 보였다.

Rebels emerge after the late Joseon. Hong Gyung-rae will fight against the military by gathering dissatisfaction forces with regional and status discrimination. Gasan supervisor Jung - Si in the first battle. He urged him to surrender and participate in the rebellion, but Jung - Si refused to die. Surrounding officials did not protest and surrendered to the rebels. When Hong Gyeong-rae's rebellion subsided, the most damaging thing was the death of 2,000 people who were deceived and joined by Hong Gyeong-rae's propaganda. There would have been no death of the innocent people if the officials in charge of the government had actively defended them at the beginning of the rebellion. There is a need for a historical study on the time of the Gasan supervisor Jung-Si, who refused to surrender to the rebels and fought with death.

"Tourist Gaze" discussion in the 21st century introduces that tourist is the post-modern and post-fordism figure. Festival visitors can be said as one of the post-modern tourists, so this figure has "performance turn" feature as well. It will be discussed here why festival visitors of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival want to visit the festival. As post-modern and post-fordism figure, festival visitors want to experience autonomy, competence and relationshjp based on the performance turn.

This study is that internal members of social welfare are divided into the first organization directly controlling and managing subjects and the second organization supporting and assisting the first one, and both organizations are analyzed through the empirical study about cooperation degree on the basis of interaction degree related with cooperation relationship from interorganizational relationship theories. That is because organic cooperation between both sides is essential element to effectively approach the ultimate purpose which subjects and related people need because of the social welfare business. This result suggests that both sides broadly recognize the need about cooperation between management systems and that it must come first to establish values and behaviors about the cooperation among the persons in charge on the organizational internal level for organic cooperation between organizations.

The telecommunication facilities by the basic law of telecommunication were added to the protection law against natural disasters as a scope of seismic design application on January 2007 since legal regulation had been reinforced in our country as in the circumstance that earthquakes are now frequently occurred in several areas over the world. This paper handles an establishing provision of concrete seismic design specification for applying to telecommunication facilities. For this purpose, this paper classified the parts of telecommunication facilities as being the correspondents to apply seismic design and analyzes the procedure of the design specification of building structure as the part of building construction law as a basic reference for seismic design application. And the method of introducing the foreign specification is presented. Thereon seismic design measures to be introduced into legal regulation are suggested for telecommunication service endurance against earthquake.

Nowadays Internet is the greatest and most participating media of prompting expression with 37 million users in Korea. Internet enables collective communications between social members and contributes to form sound public opinions and to develop democracy while it has negative aspect to distribute massively crime by illegal posting which is forbidden by the Criminal Act. Criminal actors who involve to diffuse information on Internet consist of three categories of information provider, user and internet service provider. Illegal posting generated on Internet is originated from IP and the criminal regulation on it is useless and meaningless because of its countless of users and ambiguous boundary with liberty for expression. Accordingly, the only criminal policy means to prevent danger by illegal posting on Internet is to regulate ISP which saves illegal posting and mediates contacts among users. In spite of it, legislation to regulate ISP is unprepared. The prudent legislative review should be done. And it should be accordance with the doctrines of propriety and vagueness of the principle of "nulla poena sine lege".

This paper proposes a method to implement biological early warning systems(BEWS). This system generates periodically data event using a monitoring daemon and it extracts the feature parameters from this data sets. The feature parameters are derived with 6 variables, x/y coordinates, distance, absolute distance, angle, and fractal dimension. Specially by using the fractal dimension theory, the proposed algorithm define the input features represent the organism characteristics in non-toxic or toxic environment. And to find a moderate algorithm for learning the extracted feature data, the system uses an extended learning algorithm(UChoo) popularly used in machine learning. And this algorithm includes a learning method with the extended data expression to overcome the BEWS environment which the feature sets added periodically by a monitoring daemon. In this algorithm, decision tree classifier define class distribution information using the weight parameter in the extended data expression. Experimental results show that the proposed BEWS is available for environmental toxicity detection.

A concept of multi-layered database is proposed for the integrated operation of bridge information in this study. The multi-layered database is a logically integrated database composed of standardized information layers. The standardized information layers represent the data sets that can be unified, and they are defined by standardized information models. Classification system of bridge component was used as a basis of the multi-layered database, and code system based on the classification system was employed as a key integrator to manipulate the distributed data located on the different information layers. In addition, data level indicating priorities of information layers was defined to support strategic planning of the multi-layered database construction. As a proof of concept, a prototype of multi-layered database for object-oriented 3-D shape information and structural calculation document was built. Data consistency check of the semantically same data in the two different information layer was demonstrated, It is expected that the proposed concept can assure the integrity and consistency of information in the bridge information management.
