Epipolar Resampling for High Resolution Satellite Imagery Based on Parallel Projection (평행투영 기반의 고해상도 위성영상 에피폴라 재배열)

  • The geometry of satellite image captured by linear CCD sensor is different from that of frame camera image. The fact that the exterior orientation parameters for satellite image with linear CCD sensor varies from scan line by scan line, causes the difference of image geometry between frame and linear CCD sensor. Therefore, we need the epipolar geometry for linear CCD image which differs from that of frame camera image. In this paper, we proposed a method of resampling linear CCD satellite image in epipolar geometry under the assumption that image is not formed in perspective projection but in parallel projection, and the sensor model is a 2D affine sensor model based on parallel projection. For the experiment, IKONOS stereo images, which are high resolution linear CCD images, were used and tested. As results, the spatial accuracy of 2D affine sensor model is investigated and the accuracy of epipolar resampled image with RFM was presented.

Affine Model for Generating Stereo Mosaic Image from Video Frames (비디오 프레임 영상의 자유 입체 모자이크 영상 제작을 위한 부등각 모델 연구)

  • Recently, a generation of high quality mosaic images from video sequences has been attempted by a variety of investigations. Among the matter of investigation, in this paper, generation on stereo mosaic utilizing airborne-video sequence images is focused upon. The stereo mosaic is made by creating left and right mosaic which are fabricated by front and rear slices having different viewing angle in consecutive video frames. For making the stereo mosaic, motion parameters which are able to define geometric relationship between consecutive video frames are determined. For determining motion parameters, affine model which is able to explain relative motion parameters is applied by this paper. The mosaicing method using relative motion parameters is called by free mosaic. The free mosaic proposed in this paper consists of 4 step processes: image registration with reference to first frame using affine model, front and rear slicing, stitching line definition and image mosaicing. As the result of experiment, the left and right mosaic image, anaglyphic image for stereo mosaic images are showed and analyzed y-parallax for checking accuracy.

  • Korea Infrastructure Safety and Technology Corporation (KISTEC) specifies that the safety inspection and precise safety diagnosis of concrete structures shall be conducted in accordance with the 'Special Law on Safety Management of Infrastructure'. The detailed safety inspection and precise safety diagnosis guidelines presented by KISTEC, however, gives only the grade of members and structures, and thus it is impossible to quantify remaining service life (RSL) of the structures and to quantitatively reflect the effect of differential settlements on the RSL. Therefore, this study aims to develop a RSL evaluation model considering the differential settlements. To this end, a simple equation was proposed based on the correlations between differential settlements and angular distortion, by which the angular distortion of structures was then reflected in nominal strengths of structural members. In addition, the effects of the differential settlements on the RSL of structures were analyzed in detail by using the safety diagnosis results of actual concrete structure.

Design of T-S Fuzzy Model Based H Controller for Diving Control of AUV: An LMI Approach (무인 잠수정의 깊이 제어를 위한 T-S 퍼지 모델 기반 H 제어기 설계: 선형 행렬 부등식 접근법)

  • This paper presents a design technique of a Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy-model-based $H_{\infty}$ controller for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). The design procedure aims to render the stabilizing controller which satisfies performance of the diving control for AUVs in the presence of the disturbance. A nonlinear AUV is modeled by the T-S fuzzy system through the sector nonlinearity. By using Lyapunov function, the sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the performance of robust depth control in the format of linear matrix inequality (LMI). To succeed for diving control of AUV, we add the constraints on the diving and pitch angles in the LMI conditions. Through the simulation, we confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

  • This paper proposes the decentralized dynamic output feedback controller for discrete-time nonlinear interconnected systems using Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model. Through T-S fuzzy model of each subsystem, the decentralized dynamic output feedback controller is designed. By the closed-loop subsystems with controller, it represents the linear matrix inequality (LMI) for stability of whole interconnected system. The value of control gain are obtained by LMI. An example is given to show the experimentally verification discussed throughout the paper.

  • 본 논문은 Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) 퍼지 모델을 이용하여 이산 시간에서의 비선형 상호 결합 시스템에 대한 분산 동적 출력 궤한 제어기를 제시한다. 이산시간 비선형 상호 결합 시스템의 각 하위 시스템에 대한 T-S 퍼지 모델링을 한 후, 각각에 대해 동적 출력 궤한 제어기를 설계한다. 제어가 된 폐루프 하위 시스템들로 전체 시스템의 평형점이 안정화되는 선형 행렬 부등식 (LMI)을 구하고, 부등식을 이용하여 동적 출력 궤한 제어기의 이득값을 구한다. 마지막으로 모의실험을 통해 분산 동적 출력 궤한 제어기의 효용성을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문은 심도각 범위를 고려한 무인 잠수정(autonomous underwater vehicles: AUVs)의 타카키-수게노 (Takagi-Sugeno: T-S) 퍼지 모델 기반 강인 심도 제어기의 설계 기법을 제안한다. 무인 잠수정의 비선형 시스템은 Sector nonlinearity 기법을 이용하여 T-S 퍼지 시스템으로 모델링된다. 리아푸노프(Lyapunov) 함수를 이용하여 무인 잠수정의 성능을 보장하는 선형 행렬 부등식(Linear matrix inequality: LMI) 형태의 강인 제어기 설계 조건은 유도된다. 또한 무인 잠수정의 심도각 범위를 고려하여 입력 및 출력에 제한 조건을 포함한다. 모의 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 심도 제어 성능을 검증한다.

  • This paper reports the application study of the ground reinforcement under a buried conduit subjected to differential settlement via a finite element modeling. The soil-reinforcement inter- action helps to minimize the differential settlement between the adjoining conduit segments. Three different field conditions have been considered. The settlement pattern and deformation slope have been evaluated for each boundary condition. The analysis results are compared for both non-reinforced and reinforced case to measure the effectiveness of the soil reinforcement for restraining deformation of the conduit.

  • This paper reports the application study of the concrete bedding reinforcement under a buried conduit with flexible joints subjected to differential settlement via a finite elemen modeling. The reinforcement of concrete bedding helps to minimize the differential settlement between the adjoining conduit segments. Three different field conditions have been considered.   • 본 논문에서는 일반적인 해석, 시공단계를 고려한 해석, 시공단계와 장기거동을 고려한 해석의 3가지 해석방법을 사용하여 수평부재의 설계에 적합한 해석방법을 제안하였다. 80층의 2D 구조모델에 3가지 해석방법을 적용하여 각 해석방법에 따라 부등축소량, 수직부재에 작용하는 축력, 수평부재의 단부에 작용하는 내력의 해석결과를 얻어 비교하였다. 또한 부재의 내부에서 철근과 콘크리트의 하중분담율의 시간에 따른 변화양상을 알아보았다. 해석결과 시공단계에 의한 영향은 수평부재에 작용하는 축력과 부등축소량 예측, 부재 내력 해석에 있어서 반드시 고려되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 장기거동의 효과는 기둥축소에는 크게 영향을 미치지만 수직부재의 축력, 수평부재의 내력에는 변형만큼의 영향은 보이지 않는다. 시공시의 보정량을 결정하기 위해서는 장기거동이 반드시 고려되어야 하지만 부재의 단면설계의 목적으로는 제외되어도 무방할 것으로 판단된다.
