KAPE, 축산 명인을 만나다 - 세종시 부강면 형제농장 대표 장영훈

  • 농장을 방문할 때 으레 거처야 하는 소독터널. 돼지가 질병에 걸리면 농장주의 손해는 기본이고 소비자들의 신뢰가 무너진다. 철통같은 차단방역과 엄격한 위생관리부터 질병의 예방은 시작된다. 세종시 부강면에 위치한 형제농장도 당연히 소독터널을 거쳐 방문하였다. 대학을 졸업하고 남들처럼 평범한 직장생활, 일명 화이트칼라가 꿈이었던 장영훈 대표는 오랫동안 양계업에 종사하시는 부모님을 둔 아들로서 좀 더 전문화된 축산경영을 위하여 대학에서 축산을 전공하였다. 축산인의 길을 선택한지 벌써 10년째. 돼지 500두로 양돈사업을 시작하여 지금은 5,500두에 이른 성공한 30대 축산경영인이다. 축산물품질평가대상 수상이 이번에 무려 세 번째라는 형제농장의 장영훈 대표를 만나 그의 축산 이야기를 들어 보았다.

Quality Characteristics of Red Pepper Cultivars according to Cultivation Years and Regions (고추품종별 재배년도와 재배지역에 따른 품질 특성)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the amounts of capsaicinoid and free sugar, as well as ASTA color values in three pepper cultivars grown in different regions of Korea. Pepper cultivars from ten different regions of Korea were collected in 2011 and 2012. The capsaicinoid contents of the three cultivars, Urigun, Bugang, and Muhanjilju, varied in the range of 52.53~362, 15.35~126.40, and 3.41~50.86 mg/100 g, respectively, depending on their cultivation region. Among the three cultivars, Urigun had the highest average capsaicinoid content, followed by Bugang and Muhanjilju. The free sugar contents of Urigun, Bugang, and Muhanjilju varied in the range of 18.29~35.54, 16.91~32.83, and 18.63~33.21%, respectively, depending on the region. Average free sugar contents did not vary significantly among the cultivars grown in different regions as well as in different years. The ASTA color values of Urigun, Bugang, and Muhanjilju varied in the range of 57.17~132.61, 66.23~139.49, and 85.43~133.26, respectively. ASTA color values of the three cultivars grown in 2012 were significantly higher than those grown in 2011. Variations in the amounts of capsaicinoids, free sugar contents, and ASTA color values observed in this study can be attributed to the intrinsic genetic characteristics of each cultivar or alternatively to the environmental conditions. We assume that the quantity of capsaicinoid is affected more by the genotype than the cultivation region, whereas the reverse holds for the variations in free sugar quantity and ASTA color values.

  • Im Deutschen wird generell einem Suffix zwei verschiedene prosodische Strukturen zugewiesen: ein konsonanteninitiales Suffix bildet sein eigenes phonologisches Wort, ein vokalinitiales Suffix dagegen nicht. $F\"{u}r$ diese Unterscheidung zwischen zwei Suffixklassen nennt man innerhalb einer regelbasierten Theorie zwei Kriterien: (i) Phonologisches Wort fungiert als $Dom\"{a}ne{\;}f\"{u}r$ die Silbifizierung und die Koordinationsreduktion, (ii) Konsonanteninitiale Suffixe $tr\"{a}gen$ einen Nebenakzent, $w\"{a}hrend$ einem vokalinitialen Suffix kein Akzent zugewiesen wird. Diese Arbeit zeigt, dass das erste Kriterium kein Argument $f\"{u}r$ die Annahme eines phonologischen Wortes ist. Die Existenz eines phonologischen Wortes und die Unterscheidung zwischen zwei Suffixklassen hinsichtlich des prosodischen Status werden durch einen Zirkelschluss $begr\"{u}ndet$, indem die Annahme eines phonologischen Wortes $Ph\"{a}nomene$ wie Silbifizierung und Koordinationsreduktion rechtfertigt, diese $Ph\'{a}nomene$ wiederum ihrerseits die Annahme eines phonologischen Wortes. Die hier vorgeschlagene Constraintsinteraktion erfasst dagegen den wesentlichen Charakter der beiden $Ph\"{a}nomene$, ohne dabei einen direkten Bezug auf das phonologische Wort zu nehrnen. Auch im Zusammenhang mit dem zweiten Kriterium stellt sich heraus, dass es keinen Grund gibt, Akzentunterschiede bei Suffixen anzunehmen. Die Allomorphie der Superlativ-Suffixe +est/+st ergibt sich aus dem Constraintranking OCP$\gg$ $fu{\ss}bezogene$ Constraints, nicht aus dem Akzentunterschied zwischen Suffixen.
