In this research, Collectivism's influence on Singaporean employee's volunteerism in Multinational Enterprise (MNE) was investigated with an individual empathy mediating. Most research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were examined at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's Cultural value Scale (CVSCALE) was used to analyze collectivistic tendencies at individual levels and its influence on volunteerism. A total of 200 self-administering online surveys was distributed to MNE employees in Singapore for three weeks period. 180 usable surveys were collected and analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Research outcomes indicated collectivism positively influenced volunteerism in Singaporeans with empathy as possible antecedent of volunteerism. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivism's positive impact on volunteerism and empathy as possible antecedents of volunteerism in Singaporeans even though Singapore has exhibited stronger individualism and often defined as one of the most westernized country in the Asian continent. Also findings suggest further developing emotional education to increase both individual and group level performance.

In this research, Collectivism's influence on Japanese employee's volunteerism in IT Multinational Enterpise (MNE) was investigated with empathy mediating. Previous research on Hofstede's cultural dimensions were mostly conducted at national levels. However, in this study, Yoo's Cultural value Scale (CVSCALE) was used to analyze colletivistic tenedencies at individual levels and its influence on volunteerism. A total of 220 self-administering online surveys were distributed to IT MNE employees in Tokyo, Japan for three weeks period. 160 usable surveys were collected and analyzed with SPSS 21.0. Findings indicate collectivism positively influenced volunteerism in individuals with empathy as possible antecent of volunteerism. In conclusion and application, the significance of this research lies in indicating collectivism's positive influence on volunteerism and empathy as possible antecedents of volunteerism in Japanese employees even though Japan has displayed stronger individualism than the rest of East Asian neighbors.

This u-Smart is a tourist information system. Build the biggest advantages of the meta-meta-model in real time by utilizing Smart App disposition of existing tourism information and tourist and tourism rating database. Helps to generate patterned by digital tourism policy tourism information content.

In a smart commerce market, customers are seeking customized shopping services optimized for personal tastes and customized shopping experiences based on customers' tastes. Accordingly, individually customized services are needed more than anytime now. According to this demand, companies provide messaging services to the consumer, but do not include a personalized service for each individual. The purpose of this study is to combine the techniques of personalized services with messaging services and presents system construction plan and integrated model system for corporate messaging services and thereby possible are maximizing marketing effects and analyzing effects of cost savings. Applying the operation of the integrated model is proposed and message transmission scheme through effective personalization can be applied to personalized model using the personalized information according to customers' requirements. The integrated model of personalization on this study is expected to be highly effective when combined with the search service.

홈 네트워크 환경에서의 다양한 어플리케이션 서비스를 개발하기 위한 필수적인 요소인 멀티미디어 개념을 기반으로 본 논문에서는 사용자가 홈 내 상황에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하여 개인적 성향을 가미한 서비스를 구성원 각자에게 제공함으로써 보다 빠르게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 12byte의 salt 함수를 해쉬화 알고리즘에 이용하여 자체 인증 기법을 통한 정상적인 인증을 거쳐 홈 서버에 접속을 하게 되는데 이러한 방식은 기존 시스템보다 가벼우면서도 강인한 인증 절차를 가져오도록 보안적인 접근을 꾀했다.

This study begins with paying attention to the agglomeration of 'Residential-Commercial Mixed Use Buildings(hereafter, R-C MU Buildings)', which tend to be a high grade and large sized building cluster at various neighboring areas in Seoul. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between emerging new housing type and residential area by analyzing the characteristics of residential neighborhood that is mainly created by R-C MU Buildings. For this purpose, the specialization and the regional characteristics(in connection with the hierarchy in urban spatial structure) of R-C MU Building's residential neighborhood were analyzed. In the end, the specific type of housing reveals the tendency to be differentiated in terms of income, education and occupation related with housing and residential area. And the residential characteristics also seem to be different according to the regions based on the central place hierarchical structure. It means that the social and class factors are important in choosing house, but the characteristics of the neighborhood area play an important role in the selection of resident area. Finally, the location of certain type of housing can influence the selecting process of residence and it can also determine the characteristics of the resident area in turn.

This study suggests the ways to promote the technology startups founded by professor, who differs from student or researcher in social status, risk-taking tendency, and motivation. Literatures were reviewed to understand the advantage of faculty's tech start-up, foreign cases, and related researches. In addition, key stakeholders were interviewed. The study shows that domestic faculty entrepreneurship is currently in infant stage while facing obstacles in institutional, financial and practical aspects. In order to promote faculty entrepreneurship, the study suggests that university and professor set up the benefit sharing structure in advance, that the public sector establishes a holding company or investment fund dedicated to support a faculty startup, that proactive effort be made to attract passive professors to the startup world, and that private companies join faculty startups in the process of concept proofing and product commercialization. The study is expected to provide government, university, and industry with practical implication in promoting faculty startup.

This paper studies the effect of content information quality of u-tourism information system on flow theory and satisfaction. The purpose of the research is to generate and propose flow-related information to satisfy tourists with content information quality. The meaning of this paper is to derive success factors for verifying satisfaction of content information quality to tourists, establish hypotheses as research models, and evaluate verification. The differentiation of this study is the design implementation of u-fusion tourism information system by combining flow relation information with flow theory. The contribution of this paper is the generation of flow related information and the elicitation of success factors of contents quality of u-tourism information system. The advantage is that tourists can be patterned by symbolization and the pattern can be illustrated. The limitations of this paper are limited to small areas, and the lack of objectivity is required and future tasks are needed to compensate for them.

This study examines the effect of managerial ability on managers' opportunistic reporting discretion in recognizing the goodwill impairment losses after the adoption of K-IFRS. Cross-sectional regression results show that goodwill impairment losses are not recognized timely at the time of the goodwill impairment symptom, but rather managers make bad use of goodwill impairment losses as tools of income smoothing and big-bath. Managerial ability is not directly related to the recognition of goodwill impairment losses, but firms with more able managers recognize timely goodwill impairment losses when the symptom of goodwill impairment exists, and they use less income smoothing when the firms' expected pre-impairment earnings are abnormally high. This study is the first research to consider the relationship between managerial ability and manager' earnings management in goodwill impairment accounting.

Due to the increasing demand for wearable devices and miniaturization of various electronic devices, the trend of nanofabrication in IT devices is underway. In order to overcome the limitations of battery size and capacity, there has been a lot of research interest in energy harvesting technology, also known as triboelectric nanogenerator. AAO(Anodic Aluminum oxide) coated with fluoride is a structure that includes an anode layer with high properties in the triboelectric series, an dielectric layer that helps transfer the triboelectrically generated charges to the electrode without loss, and the electrode. For these reasons, AAO has been a lot of research on its application to frictional energy harvesting nanogenerators. In this work, we analyzed the correlation of AAO between the surface morphology and thickness of the insulating layer by utilizing aluminum oxide, which is advantageous for the application of triboelectric nanogenerators, and adjusting the thickness of the insulating layer.
