In this study, the correlation between convergence factors including social, environmental, psychological and physical factors and the health-related quality of life was examined using a structural equation model to find a practical alternative for improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone. This study targeted 13,771 seniors from single households aged 65 and over, who were subject to the community health survey in 2014. Social capitals, stress, subjective health conditions and EQ-5D of the subjects were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis findings are as follows. The results of the model fit was good value with CFI=.906, GFI=.955, RMSEA=.074. In conclusion, these results demonstrate that for maintaining health and improving the quality of life in the elderly people living alone, families and local communities need to increase social capitals by providing care service for the elderly people living alone and grounds that they can participate in.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the strategic development plan of the freight forwarding industry in Korea. In order to do this, 20 derailed factors were identified both from previous studies and from brainstorming professionals of the freight forwarding industry and these made info a 3 level hierarchy structure. SWOT/AHP technique identifies the relative weight of each level and composite relative weight of detailed factors. As a result, the strategic development plan of the freight forwarding industry priority in Korea has been proposed.

This study was performed to study the factors appear to SMEs and how differently depending on the worker ranks at the convergence age. Additionally, numerous studies and results on the factors which affect the organization's performance was to individually different approach to integrated. Especially venture was divided by a factor of enterprises and transformational dynamics factors and commutative Dynamics factors and approaches in terms of the impact transformative dynamics of which factors are organizational commitment and job satisfaction. A transformational dynamism to the four factors were such as mission and strategy, CEO Leadership, Manager, leadership, organizational culture variables. The study was based on theoretical models of organizational development, Burke and Litwin (1992). They were classified as managers and production workers. By obtaining data from employees 630 people engaged in a total of nine manufacturers were analyzed. The average variable based on the organization's Burke and Litwin (1992) theory of transformational variables is one that Nana was aware of the organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Correlation analysis transformational dynamics variables're having an impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, job position is found to have moderating effects.

The purpose of this study is to investigate patients with Lou Gehrig's disease, their families, and their actual conditions of the disease, and to find the factors to alleviate caregiving burden and the needs of service. According to the study, the sociodemographic characteristics of the patients with Lou Gehrig's disease and their patients, the disease and caregiving, and activity support service didn't influence alleviation of caregiving burden. When the main caregiver of the patient was not a spouse, or graduated from high school and less, and when the disease was diagnosed initially, there was a difference in caregiving burden. Based on the results, this study suggested that it would be necessary to make medical support suitable to Lou Gehrig's disease and come up with a convergence policy to support personalized and specialized welfare service.

The life of studying abroad includes not only school life, but also various areas such as economy, social relationship, and culture, so the level of satisfaction in each area could be differently shown in each individual. Based on this critical mind, this study aims to analyze the satisfaction with life of studying abroad in the multidimensional perspective. To analyze this, a latent class analysis was applied to identify subgroups, and a multinomial logistic regression model was applied to verify factors influencing group classification. The results of the analysis could be summarized into two. First, there were sub-groups showing different satisfaction with life of studying abroad. The sub-groups showed different levels of satisfaction in five areas such as housing, economy, social relationship, study, and culture, which were not discerned in single dimension. Second, the classification of group was complexly influenced by academic factor, psychological/emotional factor, and environmental factor. Especially, the predictive factor had different influences on each sub-factor. Based on such results of this study, this study aims to seek for the practical and policy-level suggestions for improving foreign students' satisfaction with life of studying abroad.

This study investigates convergent influence on Self Factors(SF), Stress Factors(STF), Resilience & Control Factors(RCF), Test Anxiety(TA), Learning Flow(LF) and academic burnout among Health College Students in TOEIC class(HCST). The survey was administered to 291 HCST from 1 college located in J area during the period from April 3, 2017 to April 14, 2017. The structured self-administered questionaries were used. With the analysis of covariance structure, we could confirm relationship among the six factors such as SF, STF, RCF, TA, LF and academic burnout. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to manage these factors, are required to decrease the academic burnout of HCST. Squared multiple correlations, which explain the academic burnout related with the stress from economic pressure and job seeking, test anxiety, learning flow and self factors, were 98.8%. The results are expected to be useful for the development of TOEIC learning curriculum and course to decrease the academic burnout of HCST. In the following study, the analysis about additional factors of influence on academic burnout will be needed.

본 논문에서는 관광분야의 새로운 화두가 되고 있는 스마트관광을 위한 학문간 융 복합에 대한 개념적 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 연구결과 스마트관광을 위한 학문간 융 복합을 위한 필요조건으로 관광분야, 디자인 분야, IT 분야, 인문학 분야 등에서 관광 콘텐츠를 위한 융 복합이 우선적으로 이루어져야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구는 향후 관광산업의 신활력 요인으로 작용할 수 있을 것이며, 미래 관광산업이 직면하게 될 스마트환경에서의 관광사업 시스템 구축에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

전력수요는 여러 가지 사회, 경제, 기상 등의 복합적인 요인에 의해 결정되므로 예측하기 쉽지 않다. 수요 예측 시스템을 통해 예측된 결과는 예측일의 상황에 맞는 여러 가지 예측과 관련된 변동 요인의 적용범위가 수치적으로 달라 질 수 있어 예측 데이터와 실제 수요와의 오차율이 높아질 수 있다. 따라서 전력수요 실적과 예측간 오차에 영향을 주는 변동 요인의 영향력을 분석하고, 예측일의 상황에 맞게 적절한 수치의 변수를 예측 시스템에 제공하여 예측의 정확성을 향상시키는 방안에 대하여 알아보았다.

신호교차로 교통사고는 90년대 이후 도시가 발달하고 산업이 고도화됨에 따라 교통 혼잡 문제와 함께 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 특히 신호교차로의 교통사고는 인적요인, 차량요인, 환경적 요인 등이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하는데, 교통량의 집중과 도로의 기하구조, 운전자 과실 등이 교통사고의 주요 인자로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구에서 교통사고 예측모형을 개발하기 위해서 2003년부터 2006년도까지 실제 경기도의 신호교차로에서 발생한 교통사고자료를 기초로 하였다. 구체적으로는 시내가 아닌 지방부 성격을 지닌 일반국도를 대상으로 하였다. 지방부 일반국도의 신호교차로 교통사고 분석에 단순통계분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 사고와 관계가 높은 신호주기, 방향별 접근 교통량, 회전교통량 둥과 같은 도로, 교통, 운영조건들로 변수를 정하여 교통사고 예측모형을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 도로조건, 교통조건, 운영조건들과 사고와의 관계를 이용하여 경기도 일반국도의 신호교차로 교통사고예측모형을 개발하였고, 이는 지방부 성격을 지닌 교차로에 적용이 가능하다고 판단된다.
