The Effect of Fam Tour Experience on Brand Equity and Revisit Intention in Rural Area (농촌지역의 팸투어 체험이 브랜드자산 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is about the effect of experience activities of fam tours in Korea on brand assets and revisit intention to revisit. In other words, the fam tour experience(feel, relate, sense, think, act) in research hypothesis 1 will have a positive (+) influence on brand assets(recognition, image, perceived quality, loyalty, and exclusive assets). In addition, it was set that the brand asset in Hypothesis 2 would have a positive (+) significant effect on the revisit intention. To verify this, 362 questionnaires were collected from MZ households in the metropolitan area and statistical analysis was conducted. The analysis results are as follows. First, in Hypothesis 1-1, the fam tour experience (feel, relate, act) has a positive (+) effect on awareness, In Hypothesis 1-2, the fam tour experience (relate, sense, think) has the effect of positive (+) on the image, In Hypothesis 1-3, the fam tour experience (feel, relate, sense, think, act) is the influence of perceived quality, In Hypothesis 1-4, the fam tour experience(sense, act) has a positive effect on loyalty, In Hypothesis 1-5, the fam tour experience (feel, relate, sense, think) had a positive (+) effect on exclusive assets. The brand assets(awareness, image, quality, loyalty, and exclusive assets) of the rural fam tour in Hypothesis 2 were significant for revisit intention.

The Relationship on Corporate Governance, Corporate Real Estate Holding Policies and Firm Value: Focus on IFRS Adoption (기업지배구조와 기업부동산 보유정책과 기업가치와의 관련성: IFRS도입을 중심으로)

  • Despite the fact that corporate real estate ratio accounts for a considerable proportion of the assets, such researches and studies are lacking and there is not enough such policies to utilize real estate more effectively in Korea. In particular, after IFRS adoption, the owner and manager needs to utilize corporate real estate assets as the assets are revalued. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between corporate governance, corporate real estate holding policies and firm value based on financial data from 2010 to 2016. As a result of regression analysis, this study showed that more Dictatorship Portfolio, the higher proportion of corporate real estate holdings. Next, the higher proportion of corporate real estate holdings, the lower the firm value. This study suggests that corporate real estate is recognized an important factor and should have proper holding ratio. I will continue my research to show that the corporate holding policies are an important asset impact by verifying the mediating effect between corporate governance and firm value in the future.

A Study on the Effect of Organizational Learning on Corporate Performance: Case Study on Mediating Effects of Intangible Assests (기업의 조직학습이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 무형자산의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • In this study, we investigate how organizational learning affects corporate performance through the medium of intangible assets. And based on the relationship, we tried to empirically analyze organizational learning and intangible assets typified by purpose. Although trianing on the business performance method affects positively on product / service improvement and market dominance expansion, training on the knowledge management method has a positive effect only on product / service improvement, Respectively. As a result of analyzing the mediating effects, it was found that the training on the business performance method was mediating only to the expansion of market dominance, and trianing on the knowledge management method and the cost of organizational learning was not mediated. Therefore, it is found that the operation of organizational learning and the acquisition of intangible assets are essential to improve corporate performance.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship between the brand, the brand equity and brand equity of a tourist destination. The effect of love mark on self identification is that the relationship between love mark performance and self-identification time is significant, and that of love mark is in the order of self identification. Trust mark of love mark has a significant relationship with self identification. The relationship between brand intimacy and brand quality and the relationship between trust and brand quality were significant in relation to the brand mark, but brand mark was not significant. In addition, in the relationship between brand value and love-mark, there is a significant relationship between performance and brand value, relationship between intimacy and brand value, and performance is not significant in brand value. There was a significant relationship between gender and behavioral intention. The relationship between gender identity and behavioral intention was positively related to brand equity.

Study on the Cultural Marketing Factors of Tourism Destination in the Era of Convergence : Focusing on the Brand Attitude and Brand Equity Differences by segmented groups (융복합시대의 관광지 문화마케팅에 관한 연구 : 세분집단별 브랜드태도 및 자산 인식 차이를 중심으로)

  • This study began with the focusing the growth of importance of cultural marketing and its successes by applying to branding in a phase in which the cultural production era has arrived after the industrial production era. This study aimed to reveal the effect of cultural marketing, which are used as marketing strategy in the tourism field, on brand attitude and awareness. Therefore, this study tried to investigate the brand equity and attitude in accordance with the cultural marketing factors by survey Chinese tourists visiting Korea. The result and contents of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the research question on the possibility of market segmentation in accordance with cultural marketing factors; the market segments were classified as Cluster 1 general involvement perceived group, Cluster 2 high involvement perceived group, Cluster3 middle involvement perceived group. Second, it revealed significant differences on brand attitude among the segments; Cluster 2 showed high brand attitude and Cluster 3 showed average level on brand attitude. Third, it found a statistically significant differences in the perception of brand equity including perceived quality, brand awareness and brand image of tourism destination. In conclusion, this study was able to identify market segments in accordance with cultural marketing factors of tourism destination and revealed significant differences in the segments by brand attitude and brand equity. This could provide practical implication that various cultural marketing activities to generate positive results on brand equity and brand attitude and cultural marketing strategies is also needed to increase foreign tourists' awareness of these cultural marketing activities.

  • Efficiency and efficient management on maintenance/repair/operation (MRO) phase is getting important with advance in technologies and complex functionalities of building and facility, Using software systems as well as advanced hardware systems in MRO area is spreading along with this trend to take advantage of information technology. Information of building and facility for MRO phase is derived from engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) phase. But most current commercial software systems in EPC and MRO are focusing on their own phase, which arise lack of consistency of information from EPC to MRO phase. But, the information system now used at the MRO phase stop flowing the building and the facilities information and then newly create. Moreover, from an asset management point of view, asset particulars such as the structures and equipments are different the value fluctuation. In order to reflect these information rationally, the construction costs are correctly distributed and the initial price of the asset particulars have to be estimated. In this study, develop the information model which can apply the cost information at the EPC phase to the MRO phase.

The Relationship on Life Satisfaction of Middle-old aged' Assets : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Depression (중·고령자의 자산과 삶의 만족과의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of depression on the relationship between assets and life satisfaction in Korean elderly (45 years old or older). To this end, we used the data from the KReIS 5th Main Survey (2013). SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used for data analysis. The analysis methods were descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, the assets of middle-aged and old age had a negative effect on depression, and the depression had a negative effect on life satisfaction. Second, the assets of the elderly have a positive effect on the satisfaction of life. Third, the effects of assets on the satisfaction of life were found to be mediated by depression of middle-aged people. Based on the analysis results, this study suggested the introduction of middle age generation's asset formation support program, the universal implementation of basic pension for the elderly generation, and the gradual increase in benefits.

Support of Reuse in Scrum Method with Backlog Binder (스크럼 방법에서 백로그 바인더를 이용한 재사용 지원)

  • There has been a growing amount of research on combining Agile methods and software reuse. Most of it introduces Agile into software product line rather than software reuse into Scrum method. Meanwhile, some assets such as backlogs and incremental artifacts in Scrum development are reusable. In this paper, we identify a backlog binder that aggregates reusable Scrum assets and proposes a backlog binder reuse technique. In addition, we can apply the proposed technique and show prototyping of backlog binder reuse in job matching applications.

  • Intangible assets are the important tool which decides upon economic wealth and development of knowledge-information economy. We have to make effective use of intangible assets in order to assure surplus earnings, competitive superiority. The importance of intangible assets, especially patent right, may be properly understood only when their values are assessed adequately. It is very significant to appraise rationally patent right value from finance support, technology transaction, investment decision, M&A, legal proceedings, strategy and etc. Thus the purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic value of a patent right using DCF(Discounted-Cash Flow Method). This paper presents the basic model, related principles and standards of valuation, and then, case analysis of patent right valuation using DCF.

Evaluation of Handover Requirements of Construction Information for Efficient Facility Management (효율적인 자산관리를 위한 건설정보 이양요건 평가)

  • As facilities have become larger, more complex, and advanced, the importance of the facility management in the operation phase of the building is increasing. As a result, the scope of the facility management function is expanding, and the requirements of information are ever-increasing. However, inefficient exchange of information occurs due to duplicated tasks and lack of collaboration among the construction life cycle phases, resulting in cost loss. These low interoperability issues can be complemented by construction information management from a life cycle perspective. Efficient construction information management at each life-cycle stage is derived from the owner's will and is materialized through the construction information handover requirements by the owner. The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation method of construction information handover requirements for facility management. In order to develop the method, facility management types and business functions are also classified and defined in this paper. Using the methodology proposed by this study, a case-study of evaluating the 'takeover items' submitted by contractors was performed for the purpose of research validation. The results of the case-study found that the most effective areas are in the order of 'legal informations', 'drawings', 'guides', etc. This study can be used as a reference data for deriving handover requirements for construction information at the early stage of the project.
