The purpose of this study is to clarify macro causes influencing on the diversity of single-mother households poverty among OECD Countries including Korea. This study carried out pooled time series cross-section analysis applying unbalanced panel design on the period from 1981 to 2012. There is marked diversity on single-mother households poverty. GDP per capita does not contributes to reduce poverty, and female employment rate and % population 0-14 exacerbate poverty. Several factors contribute on poverty reduction including social spending, child cash spending, union density, employment protection on regular workers, proportional representation system, cumulative left cabinet, cumulative women seat. In Korea, it needs to overcome the limit of anti-poverty strategy mainly based on economic growth and labor market flexibility. And it needs to enlarge universal welfare institutions, child benefits, work-family reconciliation policy, and to design adjusted labor market institutions including union density and employment protection, to introduce consensus political model including proportional representation system to enhance left power and women's representation.

Social welfare has transformed from a provider-centered welfare into a user-centered welfare. This trend have to increase the right to welfare and convenience for users. If the goal of social welfare guaranteed the respecting man's life and dignity, we had not regarded service users as the weak in the welfare system. The reinforcement of service users as the reconfirmation of welfare user's identity, mistreatment and violation of another's rights, self-determination must have the advocacy system. The advocacy for social welfare is the activity for benefit of individual, group, and community, and, protection, guarantee and maintenance of client's right. However, the client is hard to realization of right. therefore We have to support the activity for advocacy. The advocacy take aim the basic need of life and need the system for life support and safeguard client's rights. The mission of the advocacy for welfare service user is to advance the dignity, equality, self-determination, and expressed choices of individuals. We promote, expand, protect and seek to ensure the human and legal rights of individuals through the provision of information and advocacy. The advocacy system will carry out this mission in partnership with welfare service users. The goals for the advocacy system are organized into the following focus areas, which are not listed in order of priority: the majority guardian system and the support activity for service users, a predicament solution activity, service assessment, informed concent system.

Institutional Ethnography, a methodology, developed by Dorothy Smith in Canada. Institutional Ethnography is different from traditional ethnography. Also it differs from various kinds of ethnographies such as interpretive ethnography, political ethnography, organizational ethnography, feminist ethnography, auto ethnohraphy. Institutional Ethnography explores social organization of everyday's actualities in institutional settings. This study introduces the outlines of institutional ethnography and examines the usefullness and implications in social welfare knowledge. Usefulness and implications of institutional ethnography follows: 1) expansion and specification of knowledges of 'organized actualities' in social welfare practice and policy fields 2) discovery of specific points for institutional changes in social welfare fields 3) production of social welfare knowledge from the standpoint of ruled, oppressed peoples.

This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

The elderly customized care service, which began in 2020, aims to improve professionalism and service quality by introducing dedicated social workers for responsible management of living area performing institutions. Through inductive content analysis, this study attempted to examine the work adaptation process of dedicated social workers who are human resources performing the elderly customized care service system. As a result, 9 upper categories, 25 lower categories, and 56 conceptualizations were derived. This study attempted to provide basic policy data on the adaptation of dedicated social workers by exploring new policies and special work systems from the perspective of practitioners.

This study investigated general problems concerning the social welfare field in the KDC 6th edition based comparative analysis academic characteristics and classification system, and suggested on some ideas for the improvements of them. Results of the study are summarized as follows. First, a main field of the social welfare is generally divided into a general social welfare, social works, and social welfare services to special classes and groups including people with disabilities, young people, aged, women, and families. Second, I analyzed on social welfare from the collection database at the National Library of Korea. Based on analysis of the data. the keyword frequency of social welfare policy and management, pensions, care services, and support works for the underprivileged was relatively high. Third, modified classification of items was basically performed through the academic characteristics of the social welfare and the keyword analysis, and maintaining the existing KDC classification system caused less confusion as much as possible.

대한가족보건복지협회에서는 제 13회 세계모유수유주간을 맞아 지난 8월 첫째주에 '엄마 젖 최고! 함께해요$\~$ 아빠!'라는 주제로 다채롭고 전국적인 행사를 진행하였다. 엄마젖먹이기를 위해서 남성, 남편의 역할이 무엇보다 중요함을 깨닫게 하는 의미있는 시간이 되었다.

대한가족보건복지협회에서는 PKU 특수분유를 생산하고 있는 ㈜매일유업 후원으로 8월 5,6일 양일간 충남 아산시 파라다이스 호텔 고도에서 제4회 페닐케톤뇨증(Phenylketonuria: PKU) 어린이 가족캠프를 개최하였다. 성장기에 있는 PKU 어린이들에게는 자신감을 부모들에게는 어려움을 함께 나누는 소중한 시간이었다.

동물복지에 대한 소비자의 관심이 커지면서 양계업에도 친환경 축산의 바람이 불고 있다. 매년 친환경 축산 실천 의욕 고취와 지속가능한 축산업 육성을 위한 '유기, 무항생제 축산대상 공모전'이 개최된다. 작년 11월에는 2020년도 축산대상 공모전이 진행되었다. 이에 본지는 뛰어난 동물복지 현장으로 우수상을 수여받은 춘천의 '양지마을 오탄농장'의 김구봉 대표를 찾았다.
