  • Due to a modern medical technology developement and the stability of social welfare policy, the current population of old person in Korea reaches to 550 million with the increasing elderly population rate(11.8%). But the living standard of elderly people does not meet to their needs of convenience on the proportion of the percentage of elderly people. Accordingly, this study mainly focuses on the research to find various advanced IT technologies to make elderly people more convient to use. Advanced IT industry makes it possible the convinence of elderly people using NFC, Wi-Fi, cardiac measurement technology.

  • 글로벌로 핵심기술 경쟁 및 최상의 기술을 적용한 제품 제조를 실현해야 하는 ICT 분야의 수출 제조 중소기업은 내부, 외부적인 환경적 요인뿐 아니라 다양한 위기상황을 겪게 된다. 이러한 위기상황을 극복하고자 기업 자체적인 전략을 다방면으로 모색하고 실행하여 성공한 수출 제조 중소 벤처기업인 '(주)쎄믹스'가 있다. 2000년에 설립한 (주)쎄믹스는 반도체 검사장비 중 하나인 Wafer Prober 제조 전문기업으로, 'Simple Perfection'이라는 슬로건 아래 23년간 'OPUS' 및 'OPERA'를 생산, 판매에 전념하고 있는 글로벌 강소기업이며, 지속적인 핵심기술 연구개발을 통해 품질혁신에 성공하였고 글로벌 반도체 검사장비 시장에서 기술적 신뢰와 브랜드 명성을 인정받고 있는 벤처기업이다. 현재 (주)쎄믹스의 입지를 구축하기까지 수출 제조기업으로서 겪은 환율관리 실패인 키코손실에서 기인한 회사 위기를, 자체적으로 기술혁신, 조직혁신, 핵심인재 육성 등 전략적 기업혁신에 성공하여 회사의 존폐위기였던 상황을 극복하였다. 우선 키코손실을 떨쳐내고 새로이 시작하기 위한 S사와의 합병, 분할 후 조직 내부에 기업가정신을 고취하였고 핵심기술을 발굴하여 세계일류상품 인증, 월드클래스 300 선정 및 완수, 6개국에 7개의 자회사 설립 통한 조직혁신, 과감한 인재등용, 인재육성 위한 사내 컨퍼런스 제도 도입, TRIZ 등을 통한 과감한 교육혁신, 인재를 위한 특별한 복지정책 구현 등을 실천하였다. 본 연구는 '(주)쎄믹스'의 위기극복 사례를 통해 일본의 두 곳 대기업만이 누리고 있던 Wafer Prober 장비 시장에서 독자적인 글로벌 판로개척을 통한 자생적 성장시스템 구축과 창의적이고 자기 주도적인 혁신체제를 구축하는 계기를 제공하여 다양한 위기상황에 직면하였거나 위기를 미연에 방지하여야 할 중소기업인과 임직원들에게 성공 사례를 제공하고자 하였다.

  • Geological information can be used for various purposes, such as the mine development, landuse, environmental protection, construction industry, and the development of water resource. Although geological information is highly useful for developing industrial raw materials, national land management and people's welfare, there is no unified public institution in charge of collecting and managing geological information at the national level. Thus, the government is to collect geological information, to construct database and to utilize and to distribute the information in a long-term and systematic way, the purpose of this study is to propose strategies for establishing an integrated geological information management system. In this study, we A) analyzed the current state and management of geological information in Korea and other countries; B) surveyed demand for geological information and analyzed correlations; C) drew up a conceptual diagram of the national integrated geological information management system; and D) developed strategies for establishing the national integrated geological information management system.

  • In 2005, the revision of the Private Investment Law made the private investment objectives to extend a new area, such as institute and well-fare, military facilities by BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease). This revison will cause budget extension from 1.3 trillion to 1.6 trillion in military facilities BTL project Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the general problem of BTL and its cases. And then to be successful project, the problems must be improved. This study was focused on the improvement of regulations and analyzed the general problem from previous studies and the military projects. And then it conducted survey to soldiers for severity and performance. Finally it suggested the improvement of regulations of military facilities in BTL scheme from FGI.

  • In this study, we investigated and the following conclusions are presented by identifying the current status and problems in order to expand the future's value of the community care project introduced and implemented to improve the quality and care for the elderly's life. First, the needs analysis of the elderly receiving services is composed of patient-centered rather than investigator-centered, and in particular, medical management through medical staff visits should be strengthened, and specialized service items according to gender, age, disability type, and personal preference should be strengthened. This will have to be gradually strengthened. Second, by analyzing the satisfaction, redundancy, and effectiveness of service items, we save money, and consider the consumer-oriented service item composition and application of items necessary for new services. Third, through the introduction of an integrated schedule management system, it is necessary to specialize in pre-booking and visit schedule management between the elderly and the direct service organizations that provide services. Fourth, as an effort to solve the financial problem, it is necessary to prepare a rational resource sharing system with health and medical finance, long-term care insurance system, and social welfare financial project. and it may consider that putting the medical personnel who are from local public medical college input. Through these proposals, the community care business will be able to complete and have future value as a universal aged care system.

A Plan for Activating Elderly Sports to Promote Health in the COVID-19 Era (코로나19 시대 건강증진을 위한 노인체육 활성화 방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to devise a specific plan for activating sports to promote health in old age against the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. Through literature review, it also analyzed the association between health status and COVID-19 in old age, suggested health promotion policies and projects for elderly people, and presented a plan for activating sport to promote health in old age against COVID-19 era. First, it is necessary to revise the relevant laws, including the Sport Promotion Act and the Elderly Welfare Act, partially or entirely, make developmental and convergent legislations for elderly health and sports, and establish an institutional device as needed. Second, it is necessary to build an integrated digital platform for the elderly and make a supporting system that links facilities, programs, information, and job creation as part of a New Deal program in the field of sports on the basis of the Korean New Deal. Third, it is necessary to train elderly welfare professionals. Efforts should be made to establish more departments related to elderly sports in universities and make it compulsory to place elderly sports instructors at elderly leisure and welfare facilities. Fourth, it is necessary to develop contents related to health in old age. This means performing diverse movements by manipulating them through a virtual reality (VR) simulation. Fifth, it is necessary to make a greater investment in research and development related to elderly sports and relevant fields. This means the need to conduct constant research on healthy and active aging in a systematic and practical way through multidisciplinary cooperation. Sixth, it is necessary to establish and operate an elderly management agency (elderly health agency) under the influence of the Office of the Prime Minister. This means the need to secure independence in implementing the functions related to health promotion in old age and make comprehensive operation, which involves all the issues of health promotion in old age, daily function maintenance and rehabilitation, social adjustment, and long-term care, by establishing an elderly management agency in an effort to give lifelong health management to the elderly and cope with the untact, New Normal age.

Inter-device Mutual authentication and Formal Verification in M2M Environment (M2M 환경에서 장치간 상호 인증 및 정형검증)

  • In line with the advanced wireless communication technology, M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication has drawn attention in industry. M2M communication features are installed and operated in the fields where human accessibility is highly limited such as disaster, safety, construction, health and welfare, climate, environment, logistics, culture, defense, medical care, agriculture and stockbreeding. In M2M communication, machine replaces people for automatic communication and countermeasures as part of unmanned information management and machine operation. Wireless M2M inter-device communication is likely to be exposed to intruders' attacks, causing security issues, which warrants proper security measures including cross-authentication of whether devices are legitimate. Therefore, research on multiple security protocols has been conducted. The present study applied SessionKey, HashFunction and Nonce to address security issues in M2M communication and proposed a safe protocol with reinforced security properties. Notably, unlike most previous studies arguing for the security of certain protocols based on mathematical theorem proving, the present study used the formal verification with Casper/FDR to prove the safety of the proposed protocol. In short, the proposed protocol was found to be safe and secure.

  • WHO(World Health Organization) as specified due to the global epidemic of obesity in the nation and the social costs associated with health increase. If treating diseases of the existing research targets the medical field with increasing interest in the welfare and well-being sector due to the improvement in earnings, and gradually change to advance the prevention and management. In this paper, we consider these social changes, we propose a personalized recommendation system fitness. This makes it possible that the recommendation is effective to the movement by the movement mechanism by which user. Mobile sensor is overcome by software and having hardware limitations for this purpose, proposes an optimized sensor control mechanism.

Self Disease Diagnosis System Using Enhanced ART2 Algorithm (개선된 ART2 알고리즘을 이용한 자가 질병 진단 시스템)

  • In this paper, we have proposed a self disease diagnosis system for ordinary persons to help the decision of access methods to a specialized medical management, and for medical specialities to discover new diseases and their symptoms easily, using verification of an individual#s health status by a series of processes performed by oneself. In the proposed self disease diagnosis system, illness is decided by 60 kinds of diseases selected using the report called #Diseases that Koreans take seriously# published by Ministry of Health & Welfare and medical contents called #Engel Pharm#, and also using 161 representative symptoms for the 60 kinds of diseases. An individual#s health information is extracted by diagnosis of one#s health status by a clustering of the 60 kinds of diseases using enhanced ART2 algorithm and input vectors from the results of questions for symptoms of each disease.

Study on image-based flock density evaluation of broiler chicks (영상기반 축사 내 육계 검출 및 밀집도 평가 연구)

  • In this study, image-based flock monitoring and density evaluation were conducted for broiler chicks welfare. Image data were captured by using a mono camera and region of broiler chicks in the image was detected using converting to HSV color model, thresholding, and clustering with filtering. The results show that region detection was performed with 5% relative error and 0.81 IoU on average. The detected region was corrected to the actual region by projection into ground using coordinate transformation between camera and real-world. The flock density of broiler chicks was estimated using the corrected actual region, and it was observed with an average of 80%. The developed algorithm can be applied to the broiler chicks house through enhancing accuracy of region detection and low-cost system configuration.
