The Low-NOx Characteristics of Premixed Lean-Burn Gas Turbine Combustor (예혼합 희박연소 가스터빈 연소기의 저 NOx 특성)

  • The combustion characteristics for the low NOx 50 kW-class gas turbine combustor have been experimentally investigated. In order to achieve the premixing and the lean burn combustion, the geometries of the primary zone including premixed chamber were modified from conventional combustor. The centerline profiles of CO and NO concentration, and temperature were measured for the premixed combustors with or without dilution holes in the liner. The effects of the pilot fuel injection rate and air dilution on flame stabilization and pollutant (CO, NO) emission are discussed in detail.

  • 본 논문은 보조사로 인해 야기되는 한국어 미지격의 구문관계 중의성 해소를 위한 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 기존의 연구는 수작업으로 얻어진 동사의 의미적 선택 제약을 사용하는 방식과 단어 간의 공기패턴과 빈도를 어휘 레벨에서 추출하여 중의성을 해소하는 방식으로 나뉠 수 있다. 본 논문은 말뭉치에서 어휘 레벨이 아닌 개념패턴과 격의 분포 값을 자동으로 추출하여 미지격의 구문관계를 결정한다. 개념패턴과 용언의 격 분포 정보를 적용하여 구문분석 단계에서 실험한 결과, 본 논문이 제안한 방법은 92%의 미지격 결정 정확율을 보였다. 개념패턴은 지식의 저장공간을 줄이고 격 결정 범위를 확장할 수 있기에 범용 구문분석 시스템으로의 확장을 가능하게 한다.

  • Fuel spray in the MPI gasoline injector and its atomization characteristics are investigated with both macroscopic and microscopic visualization systems. The Bosch injector is inserted into an air-assist spray adapter which is designed to be fabricated and assembled easily. particle motion analysis system is used to measure the SMD of injector, where the assistant air pressure is varied from 0.0 to 1.5bar with fuel pressure 2.8bar. Droplet size decreased with higher air pressure and fine fuel spray with below $60{\mu}m$ of SMD is acquired at the assistant air pressure over 0.5bar.

  • The air spring is used widely because of the easy change of spring constant, and, a superior vibration and shock insulation performance. Among the apparatus using the merits of that, the air spring connected an auxiliary chamber has been developed and used as a component of suspension system for an automobile and a railroad car. The purpose of this study is to suggest a design method reflecting heat transfer effect for an air spring system connected auxiliary chamber. In order to do so, this study investigates change of reaction force along with variations in heat transfer coefficient, and, analyzes an effectiveness of a heat transfer characteristics of an auxiliary chamber for external force attenuation characteristics and impedance characteristics of an air spring connected an auxiliary chamber.

  • 실내 이산화질소의 주요 오염원으로는 취사 및 보조난방기구 등의 연료 연소와 실외의 이산화질소가 환기 및 공기의 흐름에 의한 실내로 유입되는 경우를 들 수 있다. 이산화질소는 부식성이 있는 강한 산화 가스로써 대기중에 존재하면 숨이 막히고 자극적인 코를 찌르는 냄새를 유발한다. 일반적으로 호흡에 의해 이산화질소 노출농도의 80∼90%가 체내로 흡수될 수 있으며, 많은 연구에서 2ppm 이상의 이산화질소 농도가 건강한 성인의 폐기능을 약화시키거나 상당히 변화시킬 수 있다고 밝혀졌다(WHO, 1987). (중략)

  • 주거공간에서는 특히 연소시 발생되는 오염물질이 많이 존재하며 이러한 오염 물질들은 두통과 호흡기계를 자극하는 등 인체 건강에 유해한 영향을 줄 수 있다. 실내 이산화질소의 주요 오염원으로는 취사 및 보조난방기구 등의 연료 연소와 실외의 이산화질소가 환기 및 공기의 흐름에 의해 실내로 유입되는 경우를 들 수 있다. 이산화질소는 부식성이 있는 강한 산화 가스로써 대기중에 존재하면 숨이 막히고 자극적인 코를 찌르는 냄새를 유발하며 이러한 악취의 역치는 0.11∼0.22ppm에서 존재한다(WHO, 1987). (중략)

Investigation of In-Cylinder Phenomena in a SI Engine (가솔린 엔진의 연소실내 현상 연구)

  • To investigate the in-cylinder phenomena in a SI engine with 3 valves and pent-roof type combustion chamber, flow fields, fuel distributions, and flame propagations were measured in a single c!'tinder visualized engine. Flow fields were visualized by PTV system during the intake and compression process. Fuel distributions were measured by PLIF at the various engine conditions including the cold and hot engine conditions and the effect of air-shrouded injector on the fuel distribution was investigated also. In addition, flame propagation patterns were characterized.

  • 현재 제동장치(Brake system)는 운동에너지를 열에너지로 바꾸어 공기 중으로 발산시킴으로서 제동 작용을 하는 마찰형 Brake가 대부분이다. 이러한 제동장치 속에는 리터더라는 제동력을 유발하는 장치가 있는데 이중 빠른 응답특성을 띄는 전기식 리타더의 단점인 전기에너지 소비 측면을 극복하기 위하여 제동에너지를 전기에너지로 회생하여 에너지를 절감 할 수 있는 기술이 선진국에서는 이미 진행이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리타더에서 발생되는 3상 전압을 정류하여 받은 DC전압을 입력으로 받아 24V로 강압시키고 배터리를 충전하는 DC-DC 컨버터를 제작하고 이에 따른 보완점 및 타당성을 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

  • Auxiliary air compressor(ACM) applied to railroad cars is a device which controls amount of compressed air in order that pantographs can be mounted correctly on the roof of an electric train. Existing ACMs consist of dc motors and brushes wear out due to friction with a commutator. Therefore, continuous maintenance is required. However, three phase BLDC motors have higher power density compared to dc motors and the machine maintenance is not needed because electric commutation is possible. The three phase generally uses hall sensors to get position information and this enables the accurate control. This paper suggests an algorithm that compensates the errors occurred when the hall sensors have a breakdown for stable operation.

  • A wheelchair is a typical mobility aid for the physically disabled or the old and the weak, and is the most commonly used rehabilitation aid. In general, most of users of manual wheelchair have difficulty though vocational rehabilitation and independent living is possible. The reason is that long-distance movement is always accompanied with wheelchair transfer problem because a wheelchair is used as direct means of transport. Hence, the wheelchair transfer problem should be first solved in order that a wheelchair user can independently live. Therefore, this study examined and analyzed the domestic and overseas launched products and patented technologies of wheelchair transfer system for vehicle, and proposed a wheelchair transfer mechanism of a new system for vehicle. This study proposed a wheelchair transfer mechanism for vehicle in order to remove the disadvantage of wheelchair transfer system for vehicle to support the conventional wheelchair user's movement, and in order to conform with the structure of domestic welfare vehicle for the disabled. Because a difference between storage space installed in the roof of vehicle and storage space for leisure, which is generally utilized, gets to disappear by applying this proposed mechanism, popularity among users can be increased. And storage space that has become smaller like this will be capable of decreasing the disadvantage of air resistance in traveling. Besides, because of getting to conform with the structure of welfare vehicle, restrictions on the application range will disappear from small sedan to SUV. Therefore, users can have more choices.
