Objectives : This study was performed to report the effect of Giungoroen-therapy based on song psychotherapy in the treatment resistant patient with psychosomatic disease. Methods : A 43 year-old female patient suffered from headache, facial numbness, right upper and lower limb's numbness, ptosis, chest discomfort, dysarthria without identifiable physical cause. We diagnosed her as psychosomatic disease, and tried to apply Giungoroen-therapy with Korean traditional medical treatment. But she was resistant to Giungoroen-therapy. So we applied Giungoroen-therapy based on song psychotherapy. Results : After the Giungoroen-therapy based on song psychotherapy, the patient revealed her unrecognized hidden issues and got some insights about herself. Then the symptoms, such as headache, facial numbness, right upper and lower limb's numbness, ptosis, chest discomfort and dysarthria were reduced considerably. Conclusions : These results suggest that Giungoroen-therapy based on song psychotherapy can be effective on improvement of resistant psychosomatic disease.

Living infrastructure facilities are concentrated in cities with high population density, it is necessary to supply basic living infrastructure facilities to promote welfare in rural areas. The establishment of basic living infrastructure is the minimum right for daily living of local residents. It is supplied by considering national economic and social characteristics through national minimum standards, but it is limited to be practically applied to rural areas where many villages are dispersed in large areas. There is a situation. Therefore, it is necessary to supply systematic and quantitative facilities by analyzing villages that do not meet the minimum standards of basic living infrastructure in rural areas and by considering their characteristics. The purpose of this study is to identify the basic living infrastructure facilities of village units and analyze the characteristics of each village for Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.

Traditional markets located in local small towns have effected local economies and culture for a long time, but their current situation is not so good. In this context, this paper tries to find out the physical characteristics and problems of local traditional markets and to extract some suggestions to improve them. For this, I selected three traditional markets as case study areas such as Mugeuk, Samseong, and Boeun located in local small town in Chungbuk Province. Using the diverse survey methods including theoretical review, basic data analysis, field survey, and questionnaire study, I examined physical features such as location, spatial structure, type of business, streetscape, and convenient facilities in the designated markets. Finally, based on this, I proposed some suggestions on the improvement of traditional markets located in local small towns as followings; expand and improve the convenient facilities, enforce the image of entrance, boost and form groups of specified business, reflect the local characteristics, and amend the related institution etc.

A current differential relay has been used for transmission line protection. The relay may maloperate in the case of a failure of the secondary circuit of a current transformer (CT) because the differential current is produced. This paper presents an algorithm to detect a failure of a CT using the zero-sequence current. If the magnitude of the zero-sequence current is the same as the magnitude of the current of the other healthy phases, a failure of a CT is detected and then the blocking signal is activated. The proposed algorithm prohibit the maloperation of a differential relay in the case of a CT failure and thus increase the security of the relay.

Monochoria vaginalis var. angustifolia (Pontederiaceae) was newly found in a furrow in Imha-ri, Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do for the first time in Korea. This taxon is distinguished from the other species of the genus Monochoria in Korea by having the smallest plant height, very narrow lanceolate leaves, a cuneate leaf base, and raceme with 1 to 2 flowers. A local name was newly given, 'Ga-neun-moul-dal-ge-bi' for the species. The morphological characteristics and illustrations of the taxon as well as photographs at the habitat are provided with a taxonomic key to the species of Monochoria in Korea.

The investigated cut-slope is located in Odong-Ri, Hoebuk-Myun, Boeun-Gun and composed of quartzite and phyllitic rocks (approximately 80 meters in length and 25 meters in height). During the investigation, the groundwater which was inferred to the natural pipe of slope was continuously flowing in the upper part of slope. The investigation for discontinuity properties in this area was carried out to decide the rock mass rating and strength parameters. To analyze the stability of cut-slope, lower equal-area hemisphere projection method was used. And laboratory test was done to evaluate engineering properties of soil which was sampled in the non-failure and failure area The inferred causes of cut-slope failure are the geometric relationship between the orientation of cut-slope and geological structures such as joints, faults which is distributed in the slope. And direct cause of failure is the increase of water content due to the heavy rainfall.

기존의 모바일 기기들은 일반화된 고정 인터페이스 상태의 제품으로, 사용자가 단순 학습을 통해 반복된 인터렉션과 구성만을 이용하는 수준이었으나 최근과 같이 기기가 지능적이고 다양화되면서 개인의 요구와 특성을 반영한 인터페이스 방법들을 요구하기 시작하였다. 이에 따라 일반적 성향에 맞추어진 Universal UI와 개인의 특성에 맞춰진 Customizing UI의 양립적 이슈는 지속적으로 대치되어 왔다. 그러므로 이를 서로 적절한 수준에서 상호 보완하여 디자인하는 것은 그 형태나 속성을 떠나 최신 UI의 기본적인 필요충분조건이 되었다. Universal UI는 인식과 행동패턴을 달리하는 사람들의 공통분모를 찾아냄으로써 표준화의 Solution을 찾아낼 수 있었지만 Customizing에 대한 해답은 사용자 심리, 문화, 역사까지 고려해야 한다. 우리는 이 두 부분을 모두 만족하는 다방면의 멘탈모델 수립과 UT검증을 통해 모바일 기기에서 최적의 인터페이스 개발을 진행하게 되었다. 이러한 Customizing에 대한 연구는 기기 사용자의 지역과, 문화적 특성에 따라 최적화된 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있기에 기기 제조사는 Future work을 위해서라도 이러한 부분에의 충분한 연구 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. 우리는 본 논문에서와 같은 Personalization과, 선호 기능을 좀 더 쉽게 적응하고 사용할 수 있도록 하는 Customization 을 통해 사용자의 성향을 적극 반영할 수 있는 모바일 인터페이스 제품 개발로 한 단계 발전시켰다고 본다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find out what are the major motivations of middle and high school students to quit attempts and stay as non-smokers. Method: Data was collected through focus group interviews with 3 groups(15 students), and was analyzed according to Morgan and Kruger(1998)'s analytic method. Results: We identified 6 categories of motivations for Smoking Cessation. They include perceptions of negative consequences of smoking on health, influences in significant others, being ashamed of oneself, drop of academic achievements, narrowness in interpersonal relationships, determining priorities for a student. Although 'perceptions about negative health consequences' was one of the most significant motivation of smoking cessation for adolescents, participants did not know the seriousness of nicotine addiction. Moreover, their contents of motivations were different from those of adults such as responsibility for their family, decreasing curiosity about smoking and test of self willingness. Also most of them were extrinsic motivations and related to their highly competitive school life. Conclusion: To conclude, considering the results of our analysis, smoking cessation programs should be carefully developed to more effectively help adolescents quit and stay away from smoking.

We isolated microorganisms from soil arounding the stump and surface of stump in Bubjusa temple in Boeun, Heungguksa temple in Yeosu and Leeyongwoo house in Boseong. As a result, a distribution percentage of bacteria was high and there was a region-specific difference in bacteria colony. There was greater microbial diversity and population in the Leeyongwoo house in Boseong.

The importance of residents' participation has become more prominent to promote better living condition and quality of life in rural communities due to the skeptical views on the outcomes of the rural community supporting projects led by organizations and institutions. This study analyzes White Dandelion Eco-Village in Hoebuk Myeon, Boeun Kun, Chungbuk where community development is being done by its residents. By examining the formation background and the history of the village, and various participation forms and methods of the residents, I am to derive the ideal rural community development project led by the villagers themselves. To achieve successful supporting projects for rural communities by many different organizations and methods, it is necessary to have followings; residents' affectionate attentions for the community as well as good ideas and intentions, excellent leaders who gather all the efforts and transform them into good plans, well made strategies and continuous endeavor, and the diversion of thoughts of the supporting project experts and the organizations.
