강널말뚝으로 보강된 점토지반거동의 수치해석 (Numerical Analysis on the Behavior of Clayey Foundation Reinforced with Steel Sheet Pile)

  • This study was performed to investigate constraint effects of deformation (heaving, lateral displacement) of clayey foundation reinforced with sheet pile at the tip of banking on soft ground, under intact state (natural) and the state of vertical drain respectively. The following results are obtained. 1. In view of reduction in heaving or lateral displacement, sheet pile is not supposed to be of use. 2. Sheet pile is effective only when vertical drain is installed for acceleration of consolidation and gradual loading is applied.

  • Conventionally, it used to be focused on simply prevention of further settlement of structures, where, much of problems were raised and sometimes the construction itself was not possible. Further, rough estimation of the ground, which is unseen, often incurred many troubles in the maintenance. D-ROG method is a high-tech technology that changes almost all of the concepts on the conventional grouting, is expanding its application scope spanning from the restoration of settled structures to ground strengthening works necessary for building enlargement and remodeling.

  • This paper reports the application study of the ground reinforement under a buried pipeline subjected to differential settlement via a finite element modelling. The Soil-reinforrement interaction helps to mimimize the differential settlement between the adjoining pipe segments. The settlement pattern and deformation slope of a pipeline have been evaluated for a boundary condition at the joint between a rigid structure and apipeline. The analysis results are compared for both non-reinforied and reinforced cases to measure the effectiveness of the soil reinforcement for restraining the settlement of the pipeline.

  • The maintenance for the stability of tunnel, especially on downtown area, careful check must be considered during construction stage and after. Moreover we have to achieve the stability of tunnel by ground improvement and reinforcement when ground condition is bad or tunnel failures under the various ground conditions. In this paper, it is presented the case of tunnel failure and the state of restoration by ground reinforcements at seoul subway $\bigcirc$-$\bigcirc$ construction site. For the purpose of ground reinforcement, first, curtain wall was established by chemical grouting. Secondly, cement milk grouting was carried by upper part of tunnel crown. Also Boreholes loading test and tunnel monitoring were carried by in failure site for the long term stability of tunnel.

  • 현장에서 터널 보강법으로 사용되는 지보재인 록볼트의 경우에는 문헌에 제시된 전형적인 록볼트 인발시험 도해방법의 적용 상 문제점이 있으며, 록볼트 인발시험의 결과에 따른 명확한 해석기준이 정립되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 고에서는 첫째, "느슨한 지반과 조밀한 지반의 록볼트 인발시험 방법의 구분적용과 조밀한 지반에 맞는 도해법의 제시" 둘째, "설계 및 시방, 시험 등 정립되지 않는 평가기준의 정립"에 대해 외국 기준 및 현장 실정을 고려하여 제시하였다.

  • 차수 및 지반보강용 주입재의 주류를 이루고 있는 보통포틀랜드시멘트와 규산나트륨(3호)는 겔화 반응 후에 규산나트륨(3호)에 포함 되어있는 산화나트륨이 시멘트수화 경화물과 반응하지 않은 미반응 규산과 함께 수중에 용탈되며, 내구성이 결여되는 주입재로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시멘트 수화 지연제가 규산나트륨-시멘트 겔의 일축압축강도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 전자현미경촬영, X-선회절분석, 핵자기공명스펙트럼, 일축압축강도시험 등을 실시하였다. 시멘트 수화지연제인 소디움트리포리포스페이트가 포함된 규산나트륨(3호)-시멘트 그라우트의 초기강도가 고강도임을 확인하였다.

  • The use of Compaction Grouting evolved in the 1950's to correct structural settlement of buildings. Over the almost 50 years, the technology has developed and is currently used in wide range of applications. Compaction Grouting, the injection of a very stiff, 'zero-slump' mortar grout under relatively high pressure, displaces and compacts soils. It can effectively repair natural or man-made soil strength deficiencies in variety of soil formations. Major uses of Compaction Grouting include densifying loose soils or fill voids caused by sinkholes, poorly compacted fills, broken utilities, improper dewatering, or soft ground tunneling excavation. Other application include preventing liquefaction, re-leveling settled structures, and using compaction grout bulbs as structural elements of minipiles or underpinning. The technique replaced slurry injection, or 'pressure grouting', as the preferred method of densification grouting. There are several reasons for the increased use of Compaction Grouting which can be summarized in one word: CONTROL. The low slump grout and injection processes are usually designed to keep the grout in a homogeneous mass at the point of injection, while acceptable in some limited applications, tends to quickly get out of control. Hydraulic soil fracturing can cause extensive grout travel, often well beyond the desired treatment zone. So, on the basis of the two case history constructed in recent year, a study has been peformed to analyze the basic mechanism of the Compaction Grouting and verify the effectiveness of the ground improvement using some test methods.

  • Geogrid를 보강재로 사용하는 Keystone block 보강토 옹벽의 설계와 시공에 있어서 기존의 연구와 설계기준들은 전부 직선 구간에 관한 것들로서 곡선구간의 설계 및 시공에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정때 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 돌출형 곡선 부분의 시공성 및 구조적인 안정성을 검토하기 위하여 직선구간의 NCMA 해석법과 이를 이용한 곡선구간의 해석 및 시공상의 문제점 및 그 원인을 분석하여, 이에 따른 설계 및 시공시의 문제점과 대책을 강구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 곡선구간을 Shell 해석에 의해 직선구간과의 변위 및 응력들의 차이점을 규명하고 이를 이용하여 돌출형 곡선구간의 Keystone block wall의 문제점 분석 및 대책강구를 위한 기초자료 연구에 목적을 두고 있다.

  • 일반 흙에 시멘트, 물 등을 배합하는 소일시멘트는 보수, 보강이 쉬우며, 경제적이고, 자연 친화적이기 때문에 도로포장, 사면보호, 흙막이 벽체, 연약지반 개량 등 여러 분야에 활용되고 있으며, 최근에는 소일시멘트의 강도를 증가시키기 위해 특수 혼화재료를 섞어서 사용하는 경우가 많아졌다. 이 연구에서는 혼화재료인 NSC(New Soil Chemical)를 섞은 소일시멘트의 일축압축강도를 측정하는 실험을 수행하였으며, 흙 종류, 시멘트 함량, NSC 혼합비에 따른 일축압축강도의 변화 양상을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과 NSC 용액은 흙종류에 따라 차이는 있으나 일축압축강도를 상당히 증진시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The grouting method is widely used as the impermeable effect and ground reinforcement in construction. But, it has a problem that cement and grout material are not mixed well in the injection tip equipment and an opposite flow and interception state of the chemical grouting is happened. so, continuous work is difficult. McG method installed a special grouting and device, made possible go well mixing of grouting material and prevent flowing backward and block of nozzle also diversify powder rate of cement that is grouting material to select sutible material in layer conditions. YSS that lowered $Na_2O$ influencing durability and circumstance is developed by gel-forming reaction material. so eco-circumstance and durability is increased by minimizing dissolution of underground water. In this study, it is assumed that seepage state of the injection material using a special injection tip equipment and a unconfined compressive strenth by mixing a various injection material of various. And it is confirmed that strenth increase effect and permeable decrease of the improved body through the test execution and field execution.
