여름철만 되면 폭염 취약계층의 피해 소식이 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 폭염 취약계층을 예측하기 위한 방법으로 통신사와 공공데이터에서 유동인구데이터, 전기사용량, 온도데이터, 건물 면적, 병원 접근성 등을 활용하여 분석하였다. 디지털 트윈 기법을 활용해 분석결과 높은 온도대비 면적당 전기사용량이 적으며 동시에 유동인구가 많고 병원 접근성이 떨어질수록 폭염 취약계층일 확률이 높을 것으로 예측하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of informatization level between characteristics of introducing information system and organizational performance in hospital settings, and to provide suggestions to improve the performance level of strategic information system of hospitals. In order to achieve study purpose, a causal path model was developed and empirically tested. Data were collected from 746 managers of 92 hospitals keeping information system in Busan, Ulsan and Kyungnam Province using self-administered structured questionnaire. Major results of this study were as follows; The results of the path analysis showed that organizational characteristics variables except informatization strength within health industry had significant effects on informatization level, and had indirect effects on organizational performance mediated by informatization level. On the other hand, informatization level, especially revelation capability among informatization level variables, was found to have significant direct effect on organizational performance. These results of empirical test imply that informatization level variables are both important affecting factors on organizational performance and mediating factors between organizational characteristics and organizational performance. Therefore, in order to increase organizational performance, measures improving informatization level should be developed and carried out continuously. And, especially, focusing on building and strengthening revelation capability is crucial to those efforts.

This study is a proposal of quality scale and measurement for the Mobile Hospital Information System Usability used to the Chungnam National University Hospital in Daejeon Korea. This study is to provide decision- making guideline for hospital managers and to provide feedback for the users' information needs in Mobile Hospital Information System. The target people of the study were medical doctors in Chungnam National University Hospital. The service contexts of usability were request of medical Care, Vital sign check of Patient, Care Agreement of Patient, Blood management, Check of care state, Sign of choice doctors, Query of doctor order and patient measurement result. The Usability factors were the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of quality model ISO9241-11. This study shows that the Mobile HIS is used for the communication and education between doctor and patients. Especially, The Care Agreement of Patient is a part of the most utilized in the Mobile HIS.

전자의무기록시스템(EMR)이 도입되고 의무기록 이해당사자들의 요구가 변화함에 따라 우리나라 병원의 의무기록 생산 및 관리 환경이 급변하고 있다. 그동안 정보관리의 차원에서만 다루던 의무기록을 기록관리의 관점에서 살펴봄으로써 병원의무기록관리에 의미있는 시사점을 도출할 수 있을 것이다. 이 연구에서는 기록관리의 기본 원칙을 다루고 있는 KS X ISO 15489 표준을 병원의 의무기록관리에 적용하여 현황을 분석하고 개선과제를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 표준에서 제시하고 있는 기록관리과정 별로 의무기록관리에 적용할 기준원칙을 작성하였는데, 획득, 등록, 분류, 저장, 접근, 추적, 처분 등 기록관리 7단계에서 총 22개의 기준원칙을 선정하였다. 둘째, 서울 소재 의과대학 부속병원인 Y병원을 대상으로 의무기록관리 현황을 평가하였다. Y병원 의무기록관리팀 부서장을 면담하여 각 기준원칙별로 준수, 부분 준수, 미흡, 미준수의 4가지 수준으로 현황을 평가하였다. 셋째, 기준원칙을 충실히 준수하지 못하고 있는 접근, 추전, 처분 단계부분을 중심으로 의무기록관리의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구를 시작으로 하여 향후 기록관리 메타데이터표준, 기록경영시스템표준, 기록관리시스템표준 등도 병원의 의무기록관리에 적용함으로서 유용한 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

의료산업분야에서도 헬스케어 공급망관리는 서비스품질 개선과 운영비용 절감을 위한 핵심도구로 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 특히 대형병원의 경우 서비스품질 제고와 병행하여 지속적으로 증가하기만 하는 헬스케어비용을 줄이기 위해 노력하는 현 상황에서 공급망 부문의 성과제고는 전략적으로 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문은 공급망관리를 통해 대형병원의 성과제고에 기여할 수 있는 병원운영상의 전략적 이슈에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 기존 연구논문 및 관련 자료분석을 통해 대형병원의 헬스케어 공급망관리의 기본 틀을 제시하고 운영 과정상의 정보 가시성과 공유 그리고 표준화 등이 핵심 요소임을 논리적으로 제시하였다. 또한 실제적인 공급망 운영을 위해 효율적인 계획수립과 운영프로세스, 각종 기자재의 추적가능성 극대화를 위한 RFID 활용, 의약품과 각종 소모품재고 절감을 위한 크로스 도킹시스템의 도입도 제안하였으며, 본 연구에서 논의한 공급망관리 운영기법에 대한 시사점도 제시하였다.

u-Health 관련 보건 비용의 지속적인 증가와 건강 및 사전 예방에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 온라인을 통한 상담, 정보제공, 동영상 서비스 및 e-commerce등 건강 관련 서비스 시장이 확대가 되고 있다. 특히 노령인구의 급증에 따른 국내 고령층에 대한 실버산업이 대두되고 있다. u-Health 의료산업은 원무행정 분야에 대한 초기 정보화 단계에 있으며, 대학/종합병원들의 IT예산은 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 중소형 병/의원/약국의 경우 IT 투자예산 확보에 어려움이 있다. 이를 대처하기 위해 u-Health와 Wellness를 통합 함으로서 BT, NT 및 IT 관련 기술을 활용하여 u-Fitwellness 시스템을 구축하여 Ubiquitous 네트워크를 통해 고령자를 위한 건강과 의료관련 서비스, 제품, 정보를 제공하고 개인의 삶의질을 향상시킴으로써 홈 네트워킹 기반 u-Healthcare Total Solution을 통한 융합형 서비스를 제안하고자 한다.

In accomplishing the objectives of the hospital organizations effectively the good results of hospital information systems depends upon the usefulness and forms of informations provided by them under certain conditions. This study is aimed at examining how much hospital information systems are influenced by the characteristics of organizations and information systems. The results are as follows. 1. In the viewpoint of variations of organization characteristics, the support of chief executive group, the participation of users, education and training has good effects on satisfaction rates of users and system utilization rates as evaluation instruments of results of hospital information systems. 2. In the viewpoint of information system characteristics, the nearness of information sources, the scopes and qualities of informations has good effects on satisfaction rates of users and system utilization rates as evaluation instruments of results of hospital information systems. Accordingly interests and supports of chief hospital executives are required in order to heighten the results of hospital information systems, and there must be participations of organization members in their construction and performance. Also there must be training and education of members in the hospital affairs in using them. In such a condition of hospital organizations the good results of hospital information systems will be produced. The above concluded things must be taken into consideration importantly in their introduction and development.

Nowadays, domestic hospital business is under the great threat from the environmental changes caused by the entrance of foreign hospitals and the technical changes related to information systems. In such a situation, to enhance the competitive edge of a hospital, it is needed to set up a competitive strategy and to construct an efficient information systems to back up the competitive strategy. If the hospital information systems(HIS) is consistent with a competitive strategy backing up, the competitive force of a hospital will be enhanced. For this respect, the influence of the competitive strategy and HIS construction environments on the performance of HIS was examined. The results suggested that if a HIS should be newly constructed or should be restructured, it is necessary to select construction environments of HIS such as physical environments, development methods and development tools to support functional strategy effectively based on the competitive strategy adopted by a hospital.

The purpose of this study is to find out the successful way of the hospital management focusing on the OCS. More than 40 educational hospitals have OCS. However, only five of them were chosen for the research. Questionnaires are collected from more than 750 persons working in five educational hospitals and some of them were interviewed. The major conclusions of the study can be summarized as follows: o The OCS has simplified the treatment procedure for outpatients, and the outpatients' waiting time has been shortened. o Higher rate of satisfaction was found among the personnel in general. o The number of patients who visited outpatients clinics has increased, so as the hospital profits: the personnel are rescheduled or sent to other departments the number of employees in hospitals have decreased. o The system has the positive effect on large hospitals with over 1000 beds, highly invested hospitals, well computerized hospitals and where the personnel are much interested in the system. o The managers' and the doctors' intention to utilize the OCS is the most important factor influencing the patients' convenience, the simplification of the work and the rate of the employees' satisfaction about their duties. The suggestions for more efficient hospital management through the OCS are as follows ; o The managers and the doctors are need to decide to make active use of the OCS. o The hospital can be run more effective under the clear management purpose. o The work in the hospital must be standardized based on patients' needs. o The OCS must be built and developed mainly for the users' utility. o The education of the personnel and the inspection of the program are necessary before the OCS is introduced. o The hardware should be thoroughly benchmarked before the purchase.

최근 들어서 병원에서도 일반 기업에서와 같이 CRM 시스템의 구축 및 운용 사례가 늘고 있다. 이러한 현상은 병원의 경영환경에도 경쟁구도가 자리 잡기 시작했고, 의료서비스 시장에서의 중심축이 공급자 중심에서 수요자중심으로 옮겨가고 있기 때문이다. 이런 환경에서 병원의 CRM 시스템의 구축 및 운용 현황에 관심을 갖는 것은 당연하다 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 구축운영 중인 병원 CRM 시스템의 성과를 측정하기 위한 분석 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통한 CRM의 성공 요인을 도출하고, 실증분석을 통해 요인 분석의 타당성을 분석하였다. 요인의 타당성 분석을 위해 AMOS 구조모형 분석 방법을 실시하여, 요인 분석 결과의 유의성을 높혔다. 요인 분석 결과 도출된 요인의 중요성의 측정을 위해서는 요인 간 중요도를 측정할 수 있는 AHP 기법을 적용하였다. 이는 요인의 분류 외에는 측정변수의 가중치 등의 주요 정보를 제공하지 못한다는 요인 분석 방법론의 단점을 보완하기 위함이다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해서 병원의 CRM 시스템의 운용 성과를 측정하기 위한 주요요인 도출과 가중치 분석을 통해 병원의 고객관리시스템의 운용 성과를 합리적으로 측정할 수 있는 지표를 제공하였다.
