Since the late 1990s, public nursing hospitals have been established, and as of 2018, 79 hospitals account for 5.1% of all nursing hospitals. Announcing the public Moon Jae-in dementia in the state government responsibility for the convalescent hospital with dementia to patients for specified to the hospital with severe dementia specialist care institution. In this regard, the Dementia Management Act was revised in 2018 to provide a legal basis for the operation evaluation of public nursing hospitals, and this evaluation will begin in 2020. As part of the study to conduct the operation evaluation of public nursing hospitals to be implemented from 2020, the research established a function to foster public nursing hospitals as specialized institutions for dementia patients and competent institutions for treating rehabilitation patients during the period of recovery, and developed an evaluation system to evaluate their behavior as medical services, public nature and public institutions.

한국경제 수준의 향상과 보험제도의 도입으로 병원을 찾는 대상자의 수가 증가하게 되었다. 아울러 저렴한 보험숫자가 병원슷가가 병원의 경영난을 초래하게 되므로 병원주는 이를 극복하기 위한 과학적이고 체계적인 병원관리에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 특히 간호부(과)에서도 목적 지향적인 계획과 업무수행에 관심을 갖게 되어 그 관리체계나 간호의 질이 향상하기 시작하였다. 간호의 질을 향상시키기 위한 간호관리란 그 내용이 방대하므로 본 논문에서는 수간호원의 역할에 중점을 두었다. 즉 간호의 질 향상을 위한 평가 중 소급평가로써 퇴원환자 기록지 감사, 퇴원예정환자면접 및 병실 집담회에 관한 내용과 동시 평가로써 환자 기록지 감사 및 환자 면접 내용에 관해서 논하였다. 또한 인력관리를 위해서는 간호원-환자간의 관계, 간호원-의사간의 관계, 직무평가, 업무평가 및 간호인력 활용에 관해서 미국과 한국의 차이점을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 한국의 간호관리는 병원표준화 심사실시 및 간호원의 계속적인 노력으로 많은 향상을 보았으나 아직까지는 간호업무 수행절차에 관한 평가에 불가하므로 목적 지향적인 업무체계화와 한국병원상황에 적합한 평가도구의 틀개발과 질적간호를 위한 적정간호인력의 확보에 관한 노력이 계속되져야 한다고 본다.

웹 사용성(Web usability)은 웹 사이트 이용자가 원하는 목표를 보다 쉽게 달성하도록 시스템을 설계하는 것으로 이용의 편이성을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 의료기관 웹 사이트를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 의료기관을 종합병원, 대학병원, 일반병원 3개의 그룹으로 나누고 각 그룹에서 4개씩 총 12개 병원을 선정하여 평가하였으며, 사용성 평가를 위해 평가 전설문지, 태스크 수행 평가, 평가 후 설문지 그리고 평가자 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 설문지 결과와 인터뷰 결과를 볼 때, 대다수의 병원들이 예약과 취소, 정보검색 등 웹 서비스 제공에 노력을 기울이고 있지만 실제 사용자는 병원의 주요 서비스를 이용하는데 있어서 편리하다고 느끼지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 태스크 수행 평가 결과를 살펴보면, 대학병원은 다른 그룹과 비교해 볼 때 비교적 사용성을 고려하여 잘 설계되었으나 서비스 절차의 단순화 작업이 필요하다고 판단되며, 일반병원의 경우 태스크 수행과 관련된 서비스 자체가 제공되지 않거나 체계적이지 못한 경우가 있어 개선이 필요하였다.

This study is to propose the characteristics that a desirable quality, especially usability, evaluation method of hospital information systems(HIS) should possess. This study reviews the literature recently published in the academic journals which are in the Science Citation Index or registered by the Korean Research Foundation. Especially, the International Journal of Medical Informatics was the valuable source, providing almost 20 literature. The results reveal the need to develop a domain-specific usability evaluation method that reflects the uniqueness of hospital industry. The results show user-centeredness and context-orientedness are the indispensible characteristics of a HIS quality evaluation method too.

In this study, we evaluated web usability for hospital web sites in Korea and analyzed the evaluation results of web usability. Estimators investigated twelve hospital web sites and answered a questionnaire. They also performed predefined tasks which were frequently used services in hospital web sites. We had an interview with the estimator for finding what happened in process of evaluating usability. The evaluation results showed that university hospital provided comparatively better web usability for users. But ambiguous and complicated user interface caused confusion among users. The simplifications of service processes and interfaces were necessary to improve web usability. Some hospitals did not offer primary web services and their services related to the tasks were not systematic.

This study evaluated the economic feasibility for the Oriental Medicine Hospital is established in W-city. To analyze the demand and supply of Oriental Medicine Hospital status and population trends were analyzed inthe hospital service area. As a result, the Service Area of the demand for Oriental Medicine were met by the S-Oriental Hospital. Thus, On the demand side to assess the adequacy of Oriental Hospital established does not make sense. So, Oriental Hospital of 50 beds and 70 beds, separated by the economic feasibility was evaluated. As a result, the Oriental Hospital opened was found to be not economically feasible.

본 연구는 소방대원의 화재진압 업무를 인간공학적 평가도구(RULA, REBA)를 이용하여 분석하고 타업종(병원, 자동차업종)과의 비교를 수행하였다. 첫째, 소방대원들의 업무 중 화재진압 업무의 인간공학적 작업자세 분석 및 평가하여 극단적인 작업자세에 대해서 살펴보았다. 요구조자 1인 운반법은 RULA, REBA의 평가결과에서 모두 정밀조사가 필요하고 즉시 개선 조치가 요구되는 4단계로 평가되었다. 둘째, 화재진압 업무와 타업종과(병원, 자동차업종)의 분석 결과를 비교 분석을 실시하였다. RULA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 72%로 자동차 업종(74%)에서의 평가결과 보다 낮게 나타났지만 병원업종(37%)보다는 높게 나타났다. REBA로 평가한 결과 3, 4단계가 차지하는 비율이 36%로 병원(9%)과 자동차 업종(24%)에서의 평가결과보다 높게 평가된 것으로 나타났다.

This study purposed to develop GIS model for evaluating hospital location in a metropolitan city. Secondly, the suitability score of hospital was compared with the number of outpatient/inpatients of hospitals. This study used administrative data collected from the annual report of the 5 ward offices from Daejeon in Korea in 2004. 7 Acute care hospitals operated in Daejeon in 2004 were selected for the analysis. The suitability of hospitals in a metropolitan city was evaluated by the economic factors which were assumed to influence the health care demand. Each criterion was measured from each Dong. Correlation coefficients between the suitability score of hospital and the number of patients were varied depending on the buffering size. The relationship showed positive relationship with the number of inpatient (0.15) and outpatients (0.10) on the 0.5km buffering size. However, the correlation coefficients were changed to a negative direction or decreased when the buffering size was increased to 1.0km, 1.5km, and 2.0km.
