Implementation of process and surface inspection system for semiconductor wafer stress measurement (반도체 웨이퍼의 스트레스 측정을 위한 공정 및 표면 검사시스템 구현)

  • In this paper, firstly we made of the rapid thermal processor equipment with the specifically useful structure to measure wafer stress. Secondly we made of the laser interferometry to inspect the wafer surface curvature based on the large deformation theory. And then the wafer surface fringe image was obtained by experiment, and the full field stress distribution of wafer surface comes into view by signal processing with thining and pitch mapping. After wafer was ground by 1mm and polished from the back side to get easily deformation, and it was heated by three to four times thermal treatments at about 1000 degree temperature. Finally the severe deformation between wafer before and after the heat treatment was shown.

Reduction of Coupling in Tensile and Flexure Composite Specimens (인장 및 굽힘 복합재료 시험편의 커플링 완화 방안)

  • The mechanical properties of generally orthotropic materials are conventionally measured by performing off-axis tensile and flexure tests. However, the inevitable coupling between tension and shear in case of tensile test or bending and twisting in flexure test case induces nonuniform displacement and stress fields. Consequential stress concentration along the boundary of specimens would result in inaccurate modulus and underestimated strength. This paper proposes the variation of specimen geometry in terms of appropriate obliquity of loaded boundary. For the purpose, classical lamination theory is transformed into skewed coordinate, and characteristic equations for both of unidirectional and laminated composite specimens are formulated. Finite element analysis is employed to show the validity of the skewedness in tensile and bending test specimens.

Estimation of the Deformation Modulus for a Fault Zone using Crown Settlements Measured During Tunnel Excavation (터널 굴착 중 측정된 천단변위를 이용한 단층대의 변형계수 산정)

  • The deformation modulus is one of the essential factors in determining ground behavior and safety during tunnel excavation. In this study, we conducted a back-analysis using crown settlements measured during tunnel excavation, using a horizontal inclinometer on a fault zone of pegmatite, and calculated the deformation modulus of the fault zone. This deformation modulus calculation was then compared with deformation moduli found through established relationships that use the correlation between RMR and the deformation modulus, as well as the results of pressure-meter tests. The deformation moduli calculated by back-analysis differs significantly from the deformation moduli determined through established relationships, as well as the results from pressure-meter tests conducted across the study area. Furthermore, the maximum crown settlements derived from numerical analysis conducted by applying deformation moduli determined by these established relationships and the pressure-meter tests produced noticeable differences. This result indicates that in the case of a weak rock mass, such as a fault zone, it is inappropriate to estimate the deformation modulus using preexisting relationships, and caution must be taken when considering the geological and geotechnical characteristics of weak rock.

  • In general, it is well known fact that the stone mastic asphalt (SMA) pavement has a high resistance against rutting. However, performance of SMA is not well measured by general method used in the laboratory. The objective of this study is to investigate an applicability of deformation strength ($S_D$) for performance estimation of SMA, and to find out the correlation between rut depth and dynamic stability, and $S_D$ of SMA. This study carried out wheel tracking test and Kim-test with optimum asphalt content (OAC) determined by mix design. The results indicated that the $S_D$ of SMA was very poorer than those of dense-graded asphalt mixtures. $S_D$ showed similar WT dynamic stability and rut-depth level. It was found that Kim-test was not reflected higher rutting resistance of SMA like as indirect tensile strength (ITS) test and Marshall stability test. Also, it was revealed that dynamic stability and rut-depth of WT had some problems to estimate rutting resistance of SMA mixtures.

  • In this paper, S-type transformed MSA and transformed MSA load by a Capacitor not to limit the electric force on the MSA is proposed. Bandwidth of the designed and fabricated S-type transformed MSA is 5.75% at the resonated frequency of 2.24GHz and the resonant frequency and bandwidth versus change of any arbitrary feed point is observed. also, E-plane and H-plane in the Measured radiation pattern characteristic of S-type transformed MSA is compared and analyzed.

  • 강바닥판 교면포장의 파손방지를 위하여 윤하중을 받는 강박스형 강바닥판의 변형도를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 강바닥판과 거더는 쉘요소, 포장은 고체요소로 각각 모델링하고 정밀유한요소해석을 수행하였다. 탄성비, 포장의 두께, 그리고 방수층의 두께 및 물성치 변화에 따른 교면 포장된 강바닥판의 계면, 포장상면 그리고 포장 두께에서의 교축, 교직 그리고 중력방향에 대한 변형도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 방수층의 두께 및 물성치의 변화에 대해 강바닥판과 포장은 거의 영향을 받지 않았고, 대체적으로 포장의 두께가 강바닥판과 포장사이의 탄성비보다 포장의 변형에 더 기인하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 기초지반에 대한 응력·변형률관계를 규명하기 위하여 소성론에 기초를 둔 구성방정식이 폭넓게 이용되고 있다. 본문은 성토나 강성기초와 같은 지반구조물을 연약점토지반에 축조하였을 때에 발생하는 변형에 관해 연구코저 한 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여 2차원모형토조를 제작, 재하실험한 시료를 재하실험을통하여 침하, 융기, 측방변위등을 측정하고 이들을 여러구함식과 비교고찰하였다. 구성식으로서는 한계상태개념에 근거를 둔 Cam-clay, Modified Cam-clay그리고 시간의존성을 고려한 탄·정감성 model인 Sakiguchi model을 이용하고 이들을 수치해를 통해 고찰하였다. 본 모형실험에 의하면 변형을 예측하는데 있어서 ModifiedICam-clay model이 Original Cam-clay"model 보다 실측치에 가까웠으며 또한 시간의존성을 고려한 탄·점견성 model인 Sekiguchi model'는 본 실험에서처럼 단기간의 실험에서는 변형의 creep조건을 만족시키지 못하므로 현장조건에 따라 잘- 판단하여 적용하여 야할 것으로 판단 된다.

  • In the nuclear industry, wall thinning defect of straight pipe occur the enormous loss in life evaluation and safety evaluation. To use non-destructive technique, we measure deformation, vibration, defect evaluation. But, this techniques are a weak that is the measurement of the wide area is difficult and the time is caught long. In the secondary side of nuclear power plants mostly used steel pipe, artificiality wall thinning defect make in the side and different thickness make to the each other, wall thinning defect part of deformation measure by using shearography. In addition, optical measurement through deformation, vibration, defect evaluation evaluate pipe and thickness defects of pressure vessel is to evaluate quantitatively. By shearography interferometry to measure the pipe's internal wall thinning defect and the variation of pressure use the proposed technique, the quantitative defect is to evaluate the thickness of the surplus. The amount of deformation use thickness of surplus prediction of the actual thickness defect and approximately 7 percent error by ensure reliability. According to pressure the amount of deformation and the thickness of the surplus through DB construction, nuclear power plant pipe use wall thinning part soundness evaluation. In this study, pressure vessel of thickness defect measure proposed nuclear pipe of wall thinning defect prediction and integrity assessment technology development. As a basic research defected theory and experiment, pressure vessel of advanced stability and soundness and maintainability is expected to contribute foundation establishment.

Axial Load Behavior of Concrete Cylinders Confined with Fiber-Sheet and Steel-Plate Composites Plate (FSP) (섬유-강판 복합플레이트로 보강된 콘크리트 압축부재의 압축성능)

  • The application of newly developed fiber-sheet and steel-plate composite plate (FSP) as a means of improving strength and ductility capacity of concrete cylinders under axial compression load through confinement is investigated experimentally in this study. An experimental investigation involves axial load tests of two types of FSP strengthening material, two anchoring methods, and three concrete strengths. The FSP-confined cylinder tests showed that FSP provided a substantial gain in compressive strength and deformability. The performance of FRP-confined cylinders was influenced by type of the FSP strengthening material, the anchoring method, and concrete compressive strength. The FSP failure strains obtained from FSP-confined cylinder tests were higher than those from FRP-confined cylinder tests. The magnitude of FSP failure strain was related to the FSP composite effectiveness. The effects of FSP confinement on the concrete microstructure were examined by evaluating the internal concrete damage using axial, radial, and volumetric strains. From the observations obtained in this investigation, it is believed that FSP is one of the best solutions for the confinement of concrete compressive members.

Comparison of Dental Biofilm Reduction between Rolling Method and Modified Stillman Method (회전법과 변형스틸맨법의 치면세균막 감소 효과 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to use basic data of dental hygiene curriculum by comparing the rolling method and modified stillman method. Plaque measurement method, Q-ray examination of the clinical utilization value shall review. True experimental design is randomized controlled trial to the intervention group and the control group. Measurements are plaque control record (PCR; O'Leary index) measurements and Quantitative Light induced fluorescnece Digital (QLFD) shooting as a pre-test was conducted. Intervention group is modified stillman method, control group is rolling method. Intervention after 5 weeks, PCR measurement and QLFD shooting was carried out as a post-test. Rolling method and modified stillman method plaque reduction did not differ. Intervention before and after the results of the comparison showed reduced plaque score after brushing law education. Also, Plaque reduction differences were more pronounced modified stillman method than rolling method. PCR and QLFD values of the correlation was not confirmed but SPS Score and the lower value of the ${\Delta}R$ value of the correlation. Plaque of maturity tooth that are not observed visually.
