본 발표연구서는 정보유통산업이라 할 수 있는 IT분야를 선정하여 설문의 신뢰도와 관여도를 높이기 위하여 표본대상을 구매자로 하여 내적 준거가격이 결과변수에 주는 영향력이 관여도에 따라 조절되는가를 분석하기 위하여 선행 연구검토와 실증 조사를 한 결과 관여도에 따라 결과 변수에 주는 영향력이 조절될 수 있다는 것이다.

The present study examined the relationships between work related flow (i.e., absorption, work enjoyment, and intrinsic work motivation) and role conflict causes (i.e., teacher's belief, teaching and interaction with young children, comradeship, relationships with parents, workload, supervision, and social awareness of the job). A canonical correlation analysis was performed on the data from a sample of 154 childcare teachers. The results are as follows (1) there was a reciprocal-causal relationship between teachers' role conflict causes and their work-related flow; (2) canonical function 1 showed that absorption and work enjoyment are strongly associated to a teacher's belief and supervision of conflict causes; and (3) canonical function 2 showed that intrinsic motivation has a relatively strong relationship with workload and supervision of conflict causes. It can be concluded that it is important for childcare teachers to have sufficient job resources to promote their flow at work. Further research is needed for investigation of teacher's flow at various conditions of work.

본 연구 에서는 웹 기반 협동학습 시스템을 활용 할 경우 주관적 규범과 상호작용이 적용된 TAM모형이 필요함을 제시하고 이를 실증 분석하였다. 주관적 규범은 기술수용을 결정짓는 개인의 신념 요소인 유용성과 사용의도에 강한 긍정적 의향을 갖게 하는 변수이고, 준거집단을 통해서 행동이나 인지에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변수이다. 팀장은 팀원 및 학습자들과 의 상호작용( 협동학습을 통한 화상토론, 게시판정활동, 오프라인 정기 모임, 동영상 동시 시청)과 팀원 관리 및 운영하는 역할이기 때문에 준거집단의 준 거인이 될 수 있다. 따라서, 새로운 정보 기술 및 시스템 수용에 관한 시스템 사용 권유를 하거나, 직접 기술사용을 하는 행동은 협동합습에 참여한 학습자들에게 조금이나마 영향을 줄 수 있음을 추측 해 볼 수 있고 영향력 있는 외부변수로 가설 검증해보았다. 외부변수로서의 주관적 규범과 상호작용은 지각된 사용용이성을 제외하고 TAM의 신념 요소인 유용성, 흥미성과 사용의도에 강한 영향력을 보였다. 또한 사용의도와 유의한 관계가 있는 사용도 측정을 2가지 방법(인지적과 객관적 측도)으로 측정하였으며, 상관관계가 유의함을 함께 제시 했다.

For analyzing the performance determinants of ODA projects in a technical and vocational education and training, this research analyzed the performance determinants of effectiveness representing the direct benefit and impact representing the long-term development effects of ODA project using FsQCA. As a result, the effectiveness of ODA project is achieved when relevance, sustainability and impact are high, or relevance, impact and efficiency are high. The impact of ODA project is achieved when relevance, sustainability and effectiveness are high, or relevance, effectiveness and efficiency are high. Two solutions for achieving effectiveness and two solutions for achieving impact show equifinality. The core factors for achieving effectiveness are relevance and impact, and the core factors for achieving impact are relevance and effectiveness. Also sustainability and efficiency are substitutability. A single causal variable can not have an effect on the ODA performance, but combined more than three causal variables can have an effect on the ODA performance. Therefore this research verified that collectives of causal variables rather than single causal variable should be considered to achieve the performance of ODA project in technical and vocational education and training.

본 연구는 기업의 이윤에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 거래비중을 결정하는 데 있어, 고객가치가 갖는 영향력 및 고객가치 향상을 위해 해당 기업이 갖춰야 할 요건이 무엇인가를 규명하고 있다. 대부분의 기업 간 관계가 복수의 형태를 취하고 있는 현실에 비해, 가치의 선행요소를 규명하는 데 있어서 기존의 연구들은 주로 이원적인 관계에 국한된 연구를 수행함으로써, 실제 유통경로가 처한 상황을 충분히 설명하지 못한다는 한계가 있어왔다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 가치창출 활동이 경쟁우위와 관련되어 있다는 전략이론의 관점을 바탕으로 가치의 선행요소를 규명하고 있다. 연구 결과 가치의 구성요소인 관계혜택과 거래비용은 기업의 거래비중을 결정하는데 결정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 관계혜택이 거래비용에 비해 상대적으로 더 큰 영향력을 갖는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 가치의 선행요소에 있어서는 기업이 가진 자원에 초점을 맞춘 Resource-based view를 기반으로 한 변수들에 비해, 다른 기업과의 관계에 주목한 Relational view에 관련된 변수들이 고객가치 창출에 더 큰 영향력을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 추가적으로 행해진 환경의 불확실성의 조절효과를 규명 결과, 환경의 불확실성은 주로 Relational view를 기반으로 하는 관계적 특성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 한국노동패널 1998-2001 자료를 이용하여 성장기에 경험한 가족구조와 저소득, 빈곤 등의 가족배경이 청소년의 교육성취 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 가족구조와 가족소득, 빈곤의 영향을 각각 분석한 결과 각 변수는 청소년의 학력연수와 대학입학확률, 진학고교유형과 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 19세의 학력연수와 대학진학확률의 경우 이혼 별거가족의 청소년과 한부모가족을 장기적으로 경험한 청소년, 빈곤가족의 청소년은 특히 낮은 수준의 성취도를 보였다. 가족구조가 19세의 교육성취에 미치는 영향은 소득수준이나 빈곤을 통제한 후에도 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 소득과 빈곤의 영향력 또한 가족구조가 모형에 포함된 후에도 큰 차이가 없었다. 반면에 16세의 진학고교유형에 대해서는 가족구조와 가족소득을 같이 모형에 포함하는 경우 가족구조의 영향은 일관되지 않고 빈곤의 영향 또한 사라진다. 가족구조와 빈곤의 상대적 영향력을 두 변수가 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 대학진학모형에서 비교한 결과 가족구조의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 발견은 한부모가족과 빈곤가족에 대한 사회적 지원 대책이 청소년 교육성취 수준을 향상하는 데에 크게 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

For a holistic and precise assessment of safety benchmarks within a construction venture, it's paramount to delineate between the intrinsic features of the construction and its real-time, on-site performance metrics. In this study, we delved into genuine accident instances to discern the interplay between these construction attributes and on-ground performance determinants in relation to safety mishaps, employing the binomial logit analytical framework. Our scrutiny underscored that construction expenditure profoundly modulates the likelihood of fatal occurrences. Notably, variables pertinent to on-site safety protocols wielded considerable influence over both fatal mishaps and accidents implicating multiple personnel. These revelations intimate that while ascertaining the safety quotient of a construction initiative, a mere classification and recalibration based on fiscal dimensions can elucidate much. Yet, a comprehensive safety appraisal necessitates transcending quantitative indices, such as frequency of mishaps or casualty rates, to encapsulate the multifaceted interventions and strategies adopted at the construction locale.

In life insurance, the net premium is derived based on the expected life time distribution and expected interest rate. The losses or risks of the insurer are significantly affected by the obtained net premium. Thus, in life insurance, these two factors, the life time distribution and expected interest rate, are considered as important influential factors. In this paper, we investigate the effect of these influential factors on the net premiums, management risks, and the probability of losses. Furthermore, relative influence of these factors is also studied.

In this paper, we analyze the impact on quitting one's first job based on "Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey" data given by Korea Employment Information Service. According to the survey, there are a large number of questionnaires on quitting one's first job and so it is not easy to choose among them. We will investigate model selection criteria and apply the procedure proposed by Shtatland et al. (2003) to identify the final model.

In this paper, we study the influence analysis of admission variables including their characteristics on academic achievements of freshmen at K university in Busan. First, multiple regression analysis is used to examine the main effects of admission variables including students' characteristics on the academic achievements. Also, Decision tree analysis is used to examine the interaction effects for the admission variables on the academic achievements. The results of this paper may be helpful to K university in designing effective admissions strategies for recruiting students.
