To respond to the threat of Long range artillery of North Korea, it is necessary to establish the Korean counter long range artillery intercept system(CLRAIS). The purpose of this study is to study the operational concept of the CLRAIS against the threat of long range artillery of North Korea, and to develop the operational effectiveness process of the CLRAIS. First, we set up the operating concept of the CLRAIS and established the concept of an effectiveness in a many-to-many engagement situation and a process to derive it. Based on this, a tool was developed to analyze the actual effectiveness. In order to find out the factors influencing the effectiveness in many-to-many engagement situations, simulation experiments were performed by combining various variables such as detection assets, engagement control, and launchpad performance. As a result, it was found that in addition to the missile performance, the performance of the detection assets and the engagement control center had a significant impact on the intercept rate and the defense success rate. These findings can be used to understand important indicators in terms of effectiveness in many-to-many engagement situations in the future development of weapon system, and to determine the development direction and target value of each element necessary for the level of defense success rate to be achieved.

This paper was to figure out why online wine purchasing is not activated despite of the many advantages of having online transactions and to fine key determinants of online wine purchasing intention. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the determinants of online wine purchase intention, and examines the relationships between the determinants and online wine purchase intention. Data was collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store to purchase wine, and data was used to test the proposed research model. The findings showed that perceived usefulness and social influence(subjective norm, image) were key determinants of online wine site trust, but they were not related to online wine site trust. It also was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and subjective norm were positively and significantly related to online wine purchase intention whereas it had no relationship with image. In addition, online wine site trust was shown to influence on online wine purchase intention. Finally, the mediating effects were found in the relationships between perceived usefulness, subjective norm, and online wine purchase intention. Based on the results of the study, implications for future research are drawn.

In this paper, the purpose is to verify the impact of performance expectations, effort expectations, social impact, individual innovation and perceived value on the intent of use and the behavior of use. Used Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to verify the applicability of this model in China, and established the research model by adding two new variables to UTAUT according to the situation of the Chinese market. To achieve this goal, 345 questionnaires were collected for experienced music creators using artificial intelligence nuggets in China by means of Internet research. The collected data were analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation analysis through SPSS V. 22.0 and AMOS V 22.0. The verification of the hypotheses presented in the research model identified the decisive influence factors on the use of artificial intelligence music acceptance by Chinese users. The study is innovative in that it attempts to verify the applicability of UTAUT in the Chinese context. In the construction of the user acceptance model of AI music, three influencing factors will have an effect on users' intentions, and according to the degree of effect, from largest to smallest, they are respectively Perceived Innovativeness, Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy. This paper will also provide some management advices, i.e. improving the utility and usability of AI music, encouraging users with individual innovativeness, developing competitive and attractive pricing policies, increasing publicity, and prioritizing word-of-mouth advertising.
Because the educational significance of reading activities for growing children is so great, the importance of reading cannot be overemphasized. While the reading volume of elementary school students in Korea is very high, as they go up to middle school, the reading volume falls rapidly. This study examined a more effective way to resolve this middle school reduction in reading volume. Middle school freshmen were surveyed on their reading habits and preferences in the sixth grade of elementary school, after which the groups were divided into two groups based on their averages; groups with high/low reading habits and groups with high/low reading preferences). Participants also wrote reading reports for six weeks, kept a record of the days of the week they read for more than 20 minutes, and noted down the time they read in minutes. It was found that 75% of participants did not read one book a week when in the sixth grade of elementary school and it was confirmed that reading many books and liking to read were elements that had different dimensions. For example, about 35% of the participants said they liked books but rarely read them. It was also confirmed that the reading habits formed in elementary school were a strong variable that affected the number of days that and the reading time of middle school students rather than the reading preferences formed in elementary school. This study concluded that a subjective attitude toward reading and actually reading were completely different problems, which suggested that 'habits' could have a greater influence than 'preferences' when performing tasks to achieve goals.

As a communication channel for individuals, social media is affecting various areas such as business, economy, politics, and society. One of the less-studied areas is the law. Therefore, this study collected various information from social media and analyzed its impacts on the legal decisions, especially the Supreme Court decisions in Korea. This study was conducted by compiling information from Internet news articles and public responses. We found that when the negative reactions from the public got higher, the trial duration until the supreme court making the final decisions became shorter. However, we were not able to find the significant relationship between social media reactions and dismissal of appeal nor annulment. Our study would contribute to the information systems and knowledge management research in a sense that the social analytics is applied to the area of legal decisions, instead of using conventional qualitative study methodology. Our study is also meaningful to the practitioners because that big data analytical business can be applied to the field of law by creating a new database for the emerging legal technology. Finally, law makers can think of a better way to standardize the legal decision process to minimize the reverse effects from social media.
The study aims to explore the factors that affect the value perception, satisfaction, and frequency of smart phone taxi applications in Shanghai, China, and commuters. According to a survey conducted on the actual use of taxi application, the majority of the customers responded that they have been using taxi apps for more than one or two years, and the results showed that they use taxi apps once or twice a week. It also showed that the actual use of taxi apps varies depending on their age and academic background. Among the value attributes of smart phone taxi applications, the respondents perceived ease of use as the highest at 4.41 points out of 5 point scale, while the risk perception was the lowest at 3.34 points. Finally, when social demographic characteristics and the nature of taxi app use were controlled, the value perception variables had a significant influence on taxi application satisfaction. The higher the perception of service quality, usefulness, and system usability, the higher the satisfaction levels were. In particular, the impact of perceived usefulness and system usability perception was high.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the perceived level of aging anxiety and the variables affecting the perception of aging anxiety by three different age groups and to find out what alternatives should be socially prepared to lower aging anxiety. We used survey data collected from 1,017 adults who are aged 18 and over and the subjects were divided into three age groups: 18-44 age group, 45-64 age group, over 65 age group. ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were performed to answer the research questions. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1) There was no difference in the perceived level of aging anxiety according to each age group, 2) 'perceived elderly stigma' was found to affect the perceived level of aging anxiety in all age groups, 3) 'perceived maximum age possible to work' was influencing the perceived level of aging anxiety in 18-44 age group and 45-64 age group, 4) 'perception of fairness to the operation of social systems' was a statistically significant variable for the perceived level of aging anxiety in the 45-64 age group and over 65 age group, 5) 'perception of age integration' and 'aging-friendly environment' variables had significant effects on the perceived level of aging anxiety only in over 65 age group. Suggestions for reducing the perceived level of aging anxiety have been proposed.
In this study, I examined capital market shock reaction effects of 29 OECD countries with the past 24 years sample period consisting of daily stock market return using T-GARCH model focused on volatility feedback hypothesis. US daily stock market return is used as a unique independent variable in this model in consideration of its characteristics of biggest market share and as an origin country of Global Financial Crisis. As a result, France, Finland, and Mexico in order are shown to be the strongest countries in the aspect of return spillovers from US. Canada, Mexico, and France are shown to be the highest countries in the aspect of explanatory power of model. The degrees of shock reaction are proved to be higher in order in Germany, Chile, Switzerland, and Denmark and those of downside shock reaction are seen higher in order in Greece, Great Britain, Australia, and Japan. Canada and Mexico belonging to NAFTA are shown to be higher in the return spillover from US and in the model explanatory power, but they are shown to be lower in the impact of shock reaction, suggesting that regional distance effect or gravity theory cannot be applied to financial spillovers any longer. In the analysis of subsample period of Global Financial Crisis, north American three countries do not show any consistent results as in the full sample period but shock reaction in the European countries are shown to record stronger, suggesting that shocks from US in the Crisis Times are transferred mainly to European region.
This study investigates the relationship between the social supports & the transformational leadership from career mentors and high school students' GRIT & career preparation behavior. The purpose of this study was to provide baseline data for Development of Career-program so that they can provide effective career advice to students, through analyzing preceding researches that highlight the impact from career mentors on students' GRIT and career preparation behavior. For this study, the questionnaires for students' GRIT & career preparation behavior were completed by 257 sophomore high school students participating in the career mentor program. also, This data was analyzed to find student's perception of social supports and transformational leadership from career mentors. Correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship among four variable(GRIT, career preparation behavior, career mentor's social supports, career mentor's transformational leadership) and regression analysis was used to find the influence from the career mentor's social supports and career mentor's transformational leadership on student's GRIT & career preparation behavior. The result showed the change of students' GRIT & career preparation behavior have risen on average. Also, it showed the change of students' career preparation behavior is influenced by career mentor's emotional support, informational support and individualized consideration. Lastly, the change of students' GRIT is influenced by career mentor's emotional support, appraisal support and individualized consideration. This result was able to identify the relationship and influence of career mentor who were limited to social support by their parents and teachers. And, it suggests that the appropriate social supports need to be provided to students by understanding the type of social supports that meet student's expectations.

The purpose of our study is to confirm the usefulness of our new youth entrepreneurship program. In this study, I suggest design thinking as a new Youth entrepreneurship program which is consist of 9 dimensions: opportunity discovery, opportunity utilization, creativity capacity, career preparation behavior, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial intention, self-preservation, social problem solving, and educational program objectives. To verify this new program, I conduct a pilot test in middle school and high school; the sample target is randomly selected one class in each school. My main finding is two. First, our new program successfully improves Youth entrepreneurship. Particularly, the improvement of opportunity utilization and entrepreneurial intention are prominent. As reasons, studies about food industry entrepreneurship is an unfamiliar subject for adolescent. Considering that entrepreneurial intention rapidly changes after the experience of entrepreneurial education, researchers need to focus on this variable. Second, I confirm the effects of gender, motivation, prior experience, interest oneself and other's recommendation about the entrepreneurship program. As a result, gender and prior experience do not have an important influence. On the other hand, voluntary interest and other's recommendation are influential. The most important factor is the influence of a teacher. Therefore, researchers need to examine the more specific mechanism of each dimension in the future.
