Switching Noise Spectrum of 2-Phase SRP-PWM Based Inverter Fed Drives with Double Zero Vector Mode (2중 영 벡터 모드의 2상 SRP-PWM기반 인버터 구동장치의 스위칭 소음 스펙트럼)

  • In case while modulation index (M) is more than 0.7, the spectrum of motor voltage and current of a conventional two-phase SRP scheme are not reduced considerably. To solve the problems of a conventional two-phase SRP, this paper proposes a two-phase SRP(DZSRP) with double zero vector mode which zero vector is selected as V(111) in case of $M\;\geqq\;0.7$, and zero vector is selected as V(000) if M < 0.7. For the validity of the proposed method, a 16 bit micro-controller C167 was used and the experiments were conducted with the 1.5kw induction motor under load condition. And the experimental results show that the switching noise spectrum for all the M are spread to a wide band area.

  • For the high power variable speed applications, the DCTLI(diode clamped three-level inverter) have been widely used. This paper describes the analysis of the neutral point current of the DCTLI and the improved space vector-based PWM strategy considering the switching frequency of power devices, that minimizes the fluctuation of the neutral point current in spite of high modulation index region and low power factor. It contributes to decrease the capacitance of dc-link capacitor bank and to increase the neutral point voltage controllable region. Especially, even if second (or even) order harmonic is induced in load current (at this situation, is was investigated that the general control method can not suppress the neutral point voltage variation), this PWM can provide effective control method to suppress the neutral point voltage variation. Various simulation results by means of Matlab/Simulation are presented to verify the proposed PWM.

  • Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) has become a popular choice in electric vehicle applications, due to their excellent power to weight ratio. The paper is proposed maximum torque control of IPMSM for electric vehicle drive. The control method is applicable over the entire speed range and considered the limits of the inverter's current and voltage rated value. For each control mode, a condition that determines the optimal d-axis current ${^i}_d$ for maximum torque operation is derived. The proposed control algorithm is applied to IPMSM drive system for electric vehicle drive, the operating characteristics controlled by maximum torque control are examined in detail by simulation.

  • 자동차의 배출가스가 가져오는 대기오염문제로 배출하지 않는 장점이 있는 전기자동차의 도입이 계획되고 있는 한편, 세계의 자동차관련메이커들은 꾸준히 개발$\cdot$개량을 추진하고 있다. 그 기술은 착실하게 진전되어 근거리역내에서의 교통수단으로서는 실용역에 이르고 있으며 앞으로 실용화를 위한 시험이 본격화될 것으로 보인다. 삼릉전기(주)에서는 보다 고성능의 전기자동차의 실용화를 위하여 유도전동기와 선진 구동제어 기술의 연구$\cdot$개발에 진력하여 유도전동기와 선진 구동제어기술을 조합한 구동시스템을 개발하였다. 유도전동기는 고속화, 냉각의 수냉화, 스테이터절연의 고내열화, 저손실코어재의 적용 등으로 소형$\cdot$경량화를 기하였다. 컨트롤러는 인버터의 파워소자에 구동$\cdot$보호회로를 내장한 IPM(Intelligent Power Module)을 채용하고 유도모터의 고효율화와 토크제어의 고응답$\cdot$고정도화를 양립시킨 고효율$\cdot$고응답벡터제어를 적용하였다. 또한 속도센서의 생략으로 코스트저감과 신뢰성의 향상을 위한 속도센서레스제어의 적용을 검토하고 있다. 이상으로 소형$\cdot$경량$\cdot$고효율$\cdot$저코스트를 조화시킨 고성능의 전기자동차구동시스템을 실현하였다.

  • This paper presents circuit models and control algorithms of distributed generation system(DGS) which consists of Z-type converter and PWM inverter Z-type converter which employs both the L and C passive components and shoot-through zero vectors instead of the conventional DC/DC converter in order to step up DC-link voltage. Discrete time sliding mode control with the asymptotic observer is used for current control.

  • In this paper, a novel overmodulation strategy for space-rector PWM(SYPWM) inverters to utilize dc link voltage fully is presented. The proposed strategy uses the concept of SVPWM based on the zero sequence signal(offset voltage) injection principle. So, by modifying the pole voltage simply, the linear control of inverter output voltage over the whole overmodulation range can be achieved easily. The proposed strategy is so simple that its practical implementation is easy. The validity of the proposed strategy is confirmed by the experimental results.

  • This paper is presented the analysis results and simulation results of cascaded H-bridge 7 level inverter with various modulation index. Stepped waveform having number of switching was used to eliminate harmonic components. Switching angles according to modulation index are calculated numerically. Therefore, 3 times of switching with 7 level topology and QWS(Quarter Wave Symmetry) could eliminate 5th and 7th harmonics. The harmonic characteristics are compared to those of space vector modulation method which known as common modulation method in industrial field. Stepped waveform method showed higher ability to reduce, especially lower order of harmonics.

  • 본 논문은 동기 전동기 속도 및 토크 제어를 위해 필요한 전류 센싱 방식들의 특징을 비교분석한다. 동기 전동기 전류 검출 방법 중 가장 많이 사용되는 홀 CT (Current Transducer)를 이용한 방법과 3상 인버터 각 암에 3개의 Shunt Resistor를 통하여 전류를 검출하는 방법을 적용하여 동기 전동기를 벡터제어하고 각각의 장단점을 분석한다. 분석내용을 PSIM을 이용한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증한다.
